After few days it started to make a weird sound and i didn't know where it was coming from..I took it to dealer and they gave me a diagnostic of "WRONG SIZE" of break installed and "AFTER MARKET". Please Do not go here. They're crooks, took my truck in to get a flat fixed and they told me that the flat couldn't be fixed because the big screw punctured the side wall of the tire. Liars we got home my husband removed the tire and checked it and all we found was a small screw. The flat tire could of been repaired. What kind of a business does that!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to double check my tires warranty, and had it confirmed before I got to the store and while I was there. Now I'm extremely disappointed as I've been coming to this location for almost 10 years and never had a major issue until now. I had my warranty confirmed again in the store and then an hour after I leave the store and my vehicle I'm told that my tire has no warranty. I'm then told that it's cause that specific tire was bought from a different just tires. Which I have not been to in years and this is a new tire from the one in Pasadena. And then I'm told even if I did buy the tire from the Azusa store it was closing and there is no way to contact that store because the calls that go there come to Pasadena. And again they would not honor my warranty because that store is closing. Then when I told them I wanted to speak with the district manager not even the GM if this is how the customer service is at the store. I'm told they will call me when I'm car is done and no call... so I call them and am told my car has been ready for the past 2 hours I should of known cause he mentioned the time but he also said he would call himself and that his name is Brandon. I then come to get my car and they did not put my hubcap on... I have to pick up my son and now I'm late and they aren't doing anything to rectify this. I will be calling the BBB I will be reaching out to the district manager as I can't believe how terrible the service was there. I went in for a patch on a brand new tire (1 week old) without even bothering to look where the nail was located they right away said I needed a new tire. Talking about patching the tire would be a liability, the nail was on the center but some how the side wall "could be damaged" what a joke never again read more

Called before brining in car and the worker stated that the standard rotation and balance for my car would be $40 total. I go to the location and was informed by a different employee that each tire rotation would be $20 with $20 for the balance-- totaling $100. I did not appreciate being given the run-around by the employees. I purchased a set of 4 Tires mid-July 2018, spent above $800 and was not treated with courtesy. The salesman, who's name is Sarkis A. or sales associate 025, was smug and mocking towards me. He mentioned a rebate and did not give me paperwork to obtain the rebate. When I went back to get the paperwork, he didn't apologize, didn't explain the process and I had to figure it out myself. What was worse is him saying, "Enjoy" as I walked out. I only went to Just Tires because I really needed new tires, but this Sarkis character was just horrible to deal with. Robert was incredibly helpful to me even though I showed up with a flat tire at 730 PM and they close at 8 PM. They have wifi and water here and it's a nice clean location. He even offered me a phone charger if I needed! Great customer service is always helpful at places like these because having a flat tire 20+ miles from your home is extremely stressful! I called to ask about patching a tire and the guy on the phone was super rude and very unprofessional. I asked how much it would be and he said something about a run flat being $80 and a regular tire being $30. I wanted to clarify what a run flat was, if that's even what he said, because to me that sounded like if I was running on a flat tire and he was crazy rude when he explained that it was a tire for a BMW or what ever. I told him to forget it because he was rude and a A-hole. I called Discount Tire center down the street. The guy there was polite and patient when answering my questions. I had to get my wheels aligned and since this was the only place open on Sundays, I went here to get it done. After the alignment was done, they told me that the rear suspension had some problem and that they couldn't do complete wheel alignment. They asked me to consult my mechanic. I took my car to my mechanic and after inspection he told me that he could not find any problem with the suspension and asked me to take it back to just tires. That i did and this time the just tires technician informed me that an adjustment bolt was the problem and should be replaced. If they had told that to me the first time i went there, it would have saved me the labor cost from my mechanic. Well anyway i got the adjustment bolt fixed by my mechanic and I took my car back to just tires to get it aligned again. Now the fun starts. I took an appointment for 5 PM as I wanted to avoid the long wait. However it did me no good when i reached Just tires at 5 PM as they told me there was 1 car ahead of me. So much for the appointment. They told me to come after 45 mins. I came back after 1 hour and they told me that my car is ready. But after waiting for 5 minutes, the guy told me that they had not started work on my car yet and to come back after 1 hour. No word of apology, no smile, nothing.. i was taken aback, how could anyone be so rude. Not wanting to create a scene there I told them to give me a call when my car is ready so as to avoid me having to walk half an hour back and forth b/w there and my house. They agreed. 1.5 hours passed, it was almost 8 PM, their closing time, still no call. So I called them and they told me that my car was ready. I asked them why they didn't call me and the guy replied that they finished up only at that moment. No apology nothing.. I then walked from my house in that cold evening and reached Just tires. The guy made me wait another 5 minutes and finally handed my keys and asked me to sign on a piece of paper. That was it, no explanation regarding whether my wheels are aligned properly now, no apology for making me wait for 3 hours, nothing.. i got absolutely disgusted and just walked away. I can't believe that in this age, any service company can employ people who can display such disregard towards the customers. 1. Prices are high and they nickel and dime you to death. 2. I caught them going through my trunk. I walked outside and the contents of my trunk were spread out on the ground. Great experience overall. I ordered tires over the phone and they came quickly. When I went in, I learned that I needed a wheel lock key to remove the tires. It was late on a Saturday, about 5pm and I was worried they wouldn't be opened but when I had called and explained my situation they were more than happy to help! They even gave me directions. These guys really need improvement. I purchased a new car about 2 years ago and it needed tires that can handle rain and snow, unlike the tires it came with. There are a lot of tire store options in the area, I settled on Just Tires because they had a good price on a quality tire. Installation went fine, and I've gone in for periodic servicing. A couple months ago, I went in to have the tires rotated and balanced and the air checked, just prior to leaving to drive to the Bay Area. I get in the car and hit the highway. The "check tire air pressure" light stays on. Which is normal for a little while, but it should not still be on 10 miles later. So I call them (from the car, yes) and they recommend I take it to a Goodyear tire place once I get to the Bay Area. I was worried enough about it that I stopped and bought a tire pressure gauge and checked it myself. BOTH FRONT TIRES WERE INFLATED TO OVER 60 POUNDS. The manufacturer's recommended max is 40 pounds. I let the air out myself with the tire gauge, got back on the highway, and the light went off. I called and let the manager have it, he was very apologetic. It was a really dangerous and stupid mistake, but I accepted the apology and moved on. A couple weeks ago, I got into the car in the morning and the "check tire air pressure" light was on again. I took it in to them and they found a nail. They proceeded to patch the tire and only charged me half of the normal fee because of my previous experience. Fine. The problem came when I went to leave, I asked to have them check the tire pressure and show me the readings. So they pulled it into the bay and showed them to me. But the guy who did it implied that the wrongly inflated tires could not possibly have been their mistake and I must be some sort of idiot female who can't read a tire gauge. Well, they need to take ownership of their mistakes and learn from them, so they don't put someone else in a dangerous situation, not tell me I'm an idiot. I hope they read this review. read more

I just went for a quick cheap oil change. I liked that I could book online and got a discount too, $23 total. Thats pretty much everything good about this place. I arrived promptly for my 4pm appointment, to the minute. The place was empty. They didn't take Amex. He had to go check my mileage, even though I had written it down literally a minute beforehand and supplied it when I booked the appointment. They made me wait 40 mins, then come over and tell me I have a massive oil leak in my engine, and advised not going ahead with the oil change. I chose to just do it, freaking out because this was my first oil change on my own and had no money for any type of repair. Waited ANOTHER 40 mins. They come and tell me its done. I go out to my car to find my seat and radio completely different (I hadn't bothered to count the change but sure that was different too). My change oil light was still on and there was no new sticker telling me when to get it changed again. Except for the seat there was no sign anyone had seen my car at all. I went back and asked about the change oil light, they said it was due to the leak. So I left, having a panic attack. I freaked out over a week till I could see an auto repair man, spending what little I did have. There was no leak. He reset the oil light for me and gave me a $75 dollar bill. My $23 oil change became a 80 mins in a waiting room, a week of panic attacks, and an additional $75. I won't go back. read more
