I came home tired after picking up a morning shift on sat may 20th, i was craving a crepe and decided i deserved a treat i called to place a delivery. I specially said to the lady on the phone if you guys deliver to my house to make sure because i was to tired to go out. Tried the veggie burger today and it was SUPERB! I saw a rather sickening video and it made me want the cut out all meat. One of my friends recommended I tried the veggie burger and he was spot on! The burger was delicious. After a small chat with one of the cashiers she recommended I add the chipotle sauce. I'm so glad I went with her recommendation. This place is great. read more

I placed a order for pick up for 2 wraps at 7:50pm, the lady on the phone told me it would be 10 min, sounded great right.i arrived at the spot at 8:20pm and did not receive my 2! I order from this place all the time and regret giving them chances after chances when they constantly get my delivery orders wrong. Not once but THREE times. They do not know how to follow directions at all and know nothing about customer relations. First time I asked for hot sauce on the side which they've forgot. Second time around I asked for salmon with my salad and got chicken instead. I had to wait 30 minutes AGAIN for it to be redelivered. Lastly, I ordered the Signature Salad with hot sauce on the side. They added the hot sauce and didn't include the dressing that is normally put on the Signature Salad. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and tried to blame us for not ordering correctly when we clearly stated our order and even asked for the order to be repeated to us on the phone. To make it even worse they tried to charge an additional 50 cents on the bill. Not only are they horrible on deliveries but they are also extremely rude in the restaurant itself. The staff are predominantly Spanish speaking and assumed my Asian girlfriend spoke Spanish. Upon them finding out they frowned and whispered amongst themselves. Afterwards they told her to leave the table for no reason. I'm not one to quickly pull the race card here but it was so obvious that it was the case and sealed in our decisions to NEVER go back ever again. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I use to live in this neighborhood for the longest time and I recently moved. All I miss is this place. Seriously. This is the only healthy place and surprisingly IT IS SO GOOD. Everything. You get exactly your highest expectation and a little more. My boyfriend and I would eat here often and let me tell you, he's is so not a health-freak like I am. My man loves his meat and goodies but he loves this place! Recommendations? Everything. But definitely try the banana oat smoothie and the veggie burger. And for dessert (because in this place, you will want a dessert, guilt-free or not) get the nutella crepe (fyi: I don't like nutella but I LOVE this). I came in with a crepe craving, but their make-your-own salad tempted me with the reasonable price and good offerings. When the salad arrived, it was gorgeous, and was a lovely medley of fresh spinach, cheese, peanuts, blueberries, and avocado. The waitstaff were very friendly and welcoming. This place seems to be a victim of its own success, however, because it was absolutely packed to the maximum and it was difficult to maneuver around the patrons, waitstaff, and man who was orchestrating the many delivery orders coming through. I've been here for a couple of times for dinner and ordered lunch during work days. So far I have not experienced any issues with staff, everyone has been nice. I either make my own salad with grilled chicken with their house salad dressing. The salads are always fresh and delicious. Stumbled upon this place during lunch time. Wasn't super busy and the lady at the counter was helpful in assisting me on my lunch choice. I ended up getting a turkey spinach wrap. It was, meh. Spinach wrap seemed like it sat out for one too many hours and my wrap was pretty much drenched in sauce. Its not often that you come across a place in an area where nothing seems to stand out anymore. Luckily, there is this place. Something a little different if you are tired of the diners, typical Colombian restaurants and pizzerias and Thai spots. I order here atleast twice a week. I either order the turkey burger with fries, or cheeseburger with fries/salad. The burgers are juicy, and sadly, since I am a fan of food, I want to order two, but then I dont because that would be too much punishment for my body lol. I have ordered the creamy chicken breast as well as the chicken bowl (grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans and veggies). All are tasty, I dont expect them to get it right all the time, but 95% of the time, they have gotten it right. As a loyal costumer to this healthy food place and to Emoji Burger I called from my job which is in Elmhurst Hospital and they denied my order because of their past with other costumers taking long or not picking up their phones! I had to basically convince them to send me my food. Apart from that they wanted me to provide a personal number which I couldn't do because we cannot be on our cell phones while working! BEWARE !!!! Prices on menu are not what they charge! In the last 3 weeks 4 different people I know have been charged more than what's on the menu. Yaina, the rude young lady who was working there said the new menu was being printed but had not been received! She said " hurry up make up your mind cause we busy! ya wan it?" Food is pretty decent though but not for the price that's not on the menu.The wraps are excellent and the salmon is very good .Their salad was on the wilted, tired side, and the broccoli and carrots were prettty much almost raw. Finally, Jackson Heights has a healthy and "everyone friendly" food establishment! (Suburban White Guy Here) I love the salads, wraps, and entrees. I will try the crepes and smoothies next. I have been waiting for this since I moved here in 1994. I hope they get smart and drop menus at every business and apartment complex in the area and emphasize their delivery service. I want them to survive, so I have a healthy choice when I order out, rather than the calorie adding Chinese, Italian, and Latin American choices available right now. Called and the lady on the phone told me is on its way when i could have walked and come back to my house gotten the food by myself .
