When it was time to pay, no itemized receipt was provided, only a tablet showing a total, making it impossible to verify charges with a large order. An automatic gratuity was added without disclosure, and the payment screen then prompted customers to add another 18%or 20%or even higher, which is highly misleading and risks double tipping. This setup appears intentional and designed to overcharge customers. I will be escalating this matter to consumer protection authorities to prevent this from happening to others. Others should be warned. Demand a written receipt or avoid this place altogether.
