I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Junk Removal Specialists! The whole process from quote and scheduling to day off was super positive and easy! I live on the 3rd floor of a walk up and they removed a large L-shaped couch, and probably 10-12 bags of donations & trash within 10 minutes. They were incredible, professional, respectful of my home, and wore masks the entire time! I also loved that they donated my items for me. Can't recommend them enough! read more

Great and Prompt service. We recently completed renovations at our house and there were some cabinets and granite that we needed to dispose off - something that we could not trash. These were taking a lot of space in the garage, prohibiting the use of the garage. After requesting quotes on yelp, Francesca was the first and the fastest to respond. She offered immediate availability and a flat fee. After confirming details on Yelp, her team was here the next day and took out the junk in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate the fast response and prompt service. Kudos to the team! read more

This company was great from start to finish. Francesca was very responsive with the quotes and setting up appointment times. The guys (3) came earlier than quoted so I wasn't fully ready, but they got to work and got my living room set out in less than 10 mins. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

The guys called me when they were on the way, and removed everything I wanted . They were fast and efficient! Loved talking to Francesca, and what she quoted was what I paided! Great experience. I reached out on a Friday afternoon, got a quick response for a quick removal of a mattress, table, chairs, and some trash, and they were here within 24 hours! Francesca was really great to correspond with, and the guys that came to pick up everything were super polite, on time, and even took a few extra things for us at no charge. The removal specialists were prompt, polite and respectful of property. I will be sure to spread the word and use them again, if needed.

I got a great fair quote for dismantling our old shed and removing the junk from our back yard. They responded quickly to my quote request and scheduled the service quickly once I decided to hire them. They communicated their arrival time and came when promised. Two very nice guys. They were incredibly fast, dismantling the old shed, removed all the refuse and other junk, and left the area clean. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

EXCELLENT experience! Francesca was very responsible to setup my outdoor shed removal and other items that I'd pulled out of the shed, and texted her pictures. Price was good. She offered a team with a quick turnaround. They arrived timely, knew what they were doing, and got the job done well in just one hour, while two hours were reserved. Very nice team, kind, professional, with a great attitude. I actually had a good time watching them knock down the old shed while I was up on the deck with morning coffee. I'm thankful to have found them to help me out, I'd definitely use them again, and highly recommend! read more

Perfect experience. On time, professional, and quick. Will be my first choice when having junk removed again.

The team of two that was sent did a fantastic job. They were quick removing a large piece of furniture and were very professional. Given the pandemic going on, both wore masks and gloves and shoe covers to ensure no transmission would occur. I would highly recommend them again for a job. Price was very competitive with other junk Removal companies. read more

They were great. Arrived on time, were very fast and had no difficulty with some challenging items. We set up the price based on text photos of the largest items and they went with that price even though I had added a few extra smaller items to the junk pile. read more

Junk Removal Specialists were fantastic. I highly recommend them. Great communication and professional. Their price was very competitive and I was able to get service the day after contacting them through Yelp. I had a 10x10 shed that I took down and they had it loaded in 30 minutes. One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had! Lost a day of work stay home waiting on the to arrive. Driver started the day by delaying the pick up...by 7:00 pm that evening, I no longer was getting any notification. Never showed up....and the company charged my credit card $314, which I am still trying to get resolved ...3 months later!....Do not use this company! read more

Excellent from start to finish. I had in-person estimates from four companies from a huge job. JRS priced the job almost 50% less than the others, explaining they could do so because they have a 26 foot truck while most companies would have to send two 12 foot trucks or do multiple trips. They arrived on time. Crew of four workers were professional and detail-oriented. Very happy with the work. read more

These guys did a great job being flexible with my schedule and hauling away my queen sized mattress. I gave them four stars instead of five only because the driver was half hour late, but they let me know ahead of time and I would definitely hire them again. Thanks! read more
