Excellent communication and help from their front office for determining the size of the load (Sent a word document with pictures to Francesca) - the estimated quote matched the actual price (no 'Oh we need another 1/2 load to...") The men who arrived (on time with a 30 min arrival announcement) were very courteous and respectful - even asking if it was OK to disassemble the items they were taking away. They efficiently packed the hauling truck (over 500 Cu feet!). No damages were made in the process (including the yard). The price was 'hundreds' of dollars below a quote from the more popular removal companies (and other 'quick' quotes). They have already been given as a reference to someone else. - It takes time to describe what needs to be hauled and gather comparison quotes - So, start your search with Junk Removal Specialists, from now on I will. read more

Good Haul came through for us when we needed help getting a Habitat for Humanity home cleaned up and ready for a very special home dedication the following day. Their team removed the trash and debris and helped us get the property looking clean and ready for the family to celebrate this important moment. They were professional, dependable, hardworking, and understood that this was more than just a cleanup, it was about helping us prepare a home for a family and making sure their dedication day was something they could be proud of. We are so appreciative of Good Haul for stepping in and helping us get everything ready in time. It is wonderful to work with a local company that understands the importance of giving back to the community. Thank you, Good Haul, for helping make a special day for a Habitat family even better. We would absolutely recommend them! read more

Five stars are not enough to rate this company!!! The owner, Francesca, is extremely responsive and timely and communicates so well. The junk removal rate is fair, more than reasonable and the lowest I could find. I liked that I was able to get a quote up front for the items I wanted to get rid of. As opposed to other companies I called where they just wanted to schedule estimate and pickup in same day. Hard to rely on if your in a time crunch and on a budget. For local moving you also can't beat the rate $$. No added on fuel or travel time or extra fees. Just flat rate which is so reasonable. The movers who arrived were on time, protective of my items, communicated well, and worked so fast that they were done way ahead of time. Again 5 stars are not enough, I can't recommend them enough!!! read more

I was very, very pleased with the excellent service provided by Junk Removal Specialists in removing a heavy piano today. The men showed up within the time frame I was given. The two gentlemen who did the work, Luis and Catalino, were very professional and very pleasant. Francesca, the contact lady, was also very pleasant and professional. She quickly responded to all of my emails and phone calls. In addition to the excellent employees and service provided by Junk Removal Specialists the price they charged for this removal was several hundred dollars less than other junk removal firms I contacted. I would highly recommend this excellent company for your junk removal needs. read more

Great communication and great work from a great company! Francesca responded to my request quickly with an extremely competitive estimate. She texted later to offer an earlier time slot, which I took. The driver called to give me a 30-minute heads-up and showed up right when he said he would. I'd prepped as much as I could, but the crew was professional and made short work of what was left of the job. Everyone was masked and friendly, and I settled the tab on the phone after the crew departed. The stuff is now gone and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with this company. Will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need help hauling junk! read more

I needed someone to remove one dining table from my apartment. I got a quote from 5 companies and Junk Removal Specialists answered within 5 minutes and had the best rate. They offered to pick up the table the next day. I talked with Francesca who was extremely nice and professional and she answered my emails almost immediately. 2 gentlemen came to pick up my table, they were nice, clean, efficient, careful and followed all the directions I gave them - I live in a condo and our rules and regulations have to be observed for pick up and deliveries . I was impressed by this company and highly recommend them . read more

I had contacted a few firms for an estimate to remove my fridge. A couple companies had to come over to check it out and give me an onsite estimate. Really! One company even said that moving a fridge is quite a complicated task. Francesca of Junk Removal Specialists asked a simple question and I had an excellent estimate in a matter of minutes. Everything was done by email and text. Two man team arrived as stated and on time. Quick, careful and professional. When I need to dispose of more stuff there's only one call I'll need to make. I shopped around for a company to remove some unwanted things in my condo (much too large to move myself), as I was moving out and need those things gone. Junk Removal Specialists came in with the lowest price, so I asked them to come and take my junk away. Francesca was a delight to work with, and the estimate was spot on. The team showed up on time (and Francesca kept me informed on when they would arrive), removed the junk, didn't put a single ding on any wall. They were professional and efficient, and they earned their 5 stars! read more

This was the fastest and easiest experience! I had an old large, heavy reclining sofa that needed to be hauled away. Just removal Specialists was one of the first businesses to reply and provide a quote immediately. The price was reasonable and affordable. Francesca, was friendly, and answered all of my questions. The movers who came to pick up the sofa, took it apart to ensure that no walls or floors would be damaged. They were in and out within 10 minutes. Professional, affordable, and easy. Junk Removal Specialists did an amazing job! I hired them to remove a small sectional sofa, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, arrived on time, and worked quickly-- in and out in no time. The price they quoted was fair with no surprises, and the payment process was simple and convenient. It's not always easy to find reliable service like this, but they definitely delivered. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing junk removal! read more

Francesca and her team are top notch! Great communication. Friendly and professional. I had a giant heaping pile of junk filling my garage. I was afraid that not everything would fit into one truck. But I was so pleased to see Carlos and his assistant taking great care to maximize the space. Somehow they made it all fit in one load. They were punctual, friendly and swift. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and price. I highly recommend Junk Removal Specialists! read more

So simple! No hassle! Francesca got back with me right away and had availability within two days for pick up! They got everything out of my basement and garage and were done in 30 min! Will definitely call them again when I have more junk to get rid of! Highly recommended!! read more

Yesterday afternoon I reached out to Junk Removal Specialists through Yelp and received a response right away from Francesca. We soon had a pick up scheduled for today with a good estimate. This morning the crew arrived with their truck on time and politely asked permission to come up the driveway. They quickly loaded our junk and soon departed. Scheduled pickup next day. Crew came on time, picked up very have and bulky sleeper, recliners from the 2nd floor, picked up other sections from garage and left. 15 min all together. No markes on the walls, spotless job. 20 min after the crew left we got a call from the office - follow up and payment. Got 10% off as a first time customer. Very happy. Will use this company every time we need. read more

The Francesca's team did a remarkable job clearing debris after other contractors left a bunch of removed tree branches and other debris piling up on the communal property right outside my backyard fence. The job was done professionally, on a timely manner, and for the right price. Thank you so much for your business, Francesca. Way to go! read more
