Moving and needed to get rid of an old living set. Called around to a few places. JRS was the only company that gave me a straightforward price instead of an estimated "range." The price they quoted me was below the minimum of the range I was quoted by other companies. It was super easy to schedule the move. (Francesca is awesome. She texted reminders and also promptly responded to my text on payment methods). Their employees called me prior to their arrival to give me a heads up that they were on their way. The guys who came were very professional. They were quick and efficient in removing my furniture. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend them! read more

So happy to have found and used Junk Removal Specialists. I needed a couch removed to make room for a new one...and date of removal was based on delivery of new couch. Not only was their price quoted the best but they were also the most responsive. The owner literally messaged via Yelp within minutes of wanting to book a date/time. Amazing! Pick up window was between 12-2 and they arrived at 12:30. Pick up guys we're so friendly. The process was seamless. Thank you! read more

Excellent service! Contacted this morning for couch removal and Francesca was prompt with her reply (she was the first to reply!) and actually gave me the lowest quote I received out of the ~6 vendors that quoted me. I initially re It was quick and easy. Staff were masked and gloved appropriately (and nice!) and the entire process took 5 minutes or less, total! I opted to pay with a card and Francesca was able to do this all over the phone (she called very quickly after the movers left) and I received my receipt by text message instantly. I will be using this service again once I go through Spring Cleaning in a couple of months! read more

Quick and affordable removal of my couch! Absolutely no complaints, had really fantastic service. Great communication by Francesca and her team. Junk Removal Specialists had the best price and provided prompt service. Workers were professional. Billing was efficient.

I cannot say enough on how wonderful our experience was with Junk Removal Specialists. From the ease to booking via Yelp to the actual pickup of our living room furnitures. Francesca was super quick to respond, from the initial quote request and follow-up questions. Her quote was more than fair - not the cheapest nor highest. Her pick-up team was fast and efficient, was in and out hauling away our broken sofa and loveseat within 10 minutes. They took their shoes off and wore masks. Very respectful and polite! What a great company! This was a superb customer service experience! First class operation all around! Highly recommend this company! read more

We contacted Junk Removal Specialists on a holiday through Facebook messenger and received a response right away. The person responding seemed nice and professional. We sent a photo of the items we needed removed and they provided us with a quote and also gave us a pickup window if we decided to schedule with them. We got two more quotes, which were the same or a bit higher, so we felt the price quoted was fair. They were there the next day as scheduled, after giving us a call to let us know they would be there soon. Everything was already outdoors, so they went right to work and picked everything up. We would use them again. read more

This is the second time we have used this company. We had an old fridge hauled away, and now some yard debris. The owner Francesca is probably the most responsive business owner I have ever worked with. Her prices are fair, and they make it very easy to book. We will definitely use them in the future for any junk disposal and highly recommend them. read more

If you ever need a bunch of crap removed, I HIGHLY recommend "junk removal specialists" - such a great experience. Super friendly and just happily cleared out that whole storage room and a truly giant bookshelf and gargantuan wardrobe, and a monstrosity of a 1980's double door fridge! And all the rotted crap in the backyard. Done in an hour, $450. I was amazed, honestly, and I'm not easily amazed. Luis and Jimmy were my crew and were so friendly and never wrinkled their noses at anything I wanted them to take out including some rotting, moldy wood furniture in the backyard. Totally so impressed abs even the booking was easy and friendly. A++++ read more
