I placed a phone order, hesitantly, as my last phone order a few years ago was also a bad experience. I arrived and was ready to pay. I've been going here since I was young it was great and service was amazing but now... the younger girl there is flat out RUDE and just because my Spanish is not fluent she purposely acted like she didn't understand me to humiliate me but later I heard her speak perfect English OTP with someone... I ordered and Chocolate banana smoothie and it came as just a banana smoothie and I politely asked if she would mind fixing it because it wasn't my order and she rolled her eyes and said something foul about me to the cook and they both laughed!
