Where to begin... been going here since the 80's. Just one of the last mom and pop businesses still standing.....first ..Sal's.. Golden China....Hunan Gardens........ The juices are made with fresh fruit. The tortas are crispy crunch on the outside and soft on the inside with just the right amount of meat of your choice. AND for those hot days the cervice hits the spot! Go give this colorful hole in the wall a visit! read more

The watermelon juice is always the best. The milanesa torta is my favorite go to when I come to eat here with my family.

Tortas and horchata are so good! Love stopping in here for lunch! The staff are always friendly and they're quick to get food and drinks out. I think the store could use a little bit of an update but overall it's a great spot. read more

At Arco Iris, I somehow tried both one of the best and worst tortas I've ever had. The delicious and flavorful torta was the lomo or pork torta with lettuce, onion, tomato, and mayo. The pork was moist, well-seasoned, chewy, unforgettable, and eaten way too soon because it was so delicious. Unfortunately, the pollo (chicken) torta was dry, unsavory, and uneventful. It was just a hunk of unappetizing breaded chicken in a torta with lettuce and tomato. I also tried a mango licuado, which was refreshing and delicious. I'd definitely like to try more of their licaudos. It's hit or miss with the tortas you try here. However, the interior is nice and the staff was very friendly. read more

Excellent lunch for a small shop. Horchata went perfect with the lomo torta, would definitely come back again!

I ordered a chicken torta $11 and a bottle water. The torta was a sad looking 1 1/2 soggy chicken patty. It tasted just like I described. I had come here a week ago and ordered a fruit salad (energetico) ans was also very disappointed. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back. -Not Good- read more

The BEST licuados in Oxnard! Guava is my favorite followed by the strawberry. The fruits are always so fresh! Be sure to try a torta as well, I love the Jamon torta. The bread is fresh and the "fixings" are generous. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I grew up in Oxnard and Arco Iris was my family's favorite. I moved away 20 years ago, and I am pleased to see that this place is still around. Arco Iris is a must-visit restaurant for me whenever I come back to Oxnard for a visit. read more

It's a must try in Oxnard, it's been around for years, I've been coming here for many years, their Tortas are excellent, always nicely toasted and they are very generous with the cheese, I love Queso fresco on my torta and this is the only Torta Place that actually makes my torta the way I like it, I don't mind paying extra but I like my cheese! Highly recommended! read more

Arco Iris Juice Bar & Restaurant - Ham Torta - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oxnard, California

Food, service and ambiance is not what it used to be. My family and I dined in last Friday and were very excited to eat here since it has been a while. Needless to say we won't be going back due to lack of quality meat in their tortas and also their "fresh" made aguas frescas. I asked if the ownership had changed and they said it's the same as always. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of quality and excellence this place once had. read more

The best licuados on the face of the planet. Trust. The ham tortas are the bomb, too! Small inside, so maybe wanna take it to go if you're not into that, but it won't be the same if you do. read more

Tortas and juices are always delicious. I highly recommend this establishment. My favorite drink is the horchata.

No vuelva a ir! read more

The service was good. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered a torta de lomo and it was good. The meat was a bit salty. I've been looking for a place that sells them. The portion is a good size. You pay for what u get. I might other tortas instead. Overall, goos though. read more

ENERGETICO is DA BOMB!!! Oxnard has quite a few options for juices and such. You can go full on trendy corporate and visit Blenders or Jamba OR dare to be different, and choose the local route and sample our local Mexican Fruit Bars. Arco Iris is one of them, located close to downtown Oxnard beside Buddy Burger, between 6th & 7th St. Parking is located behind the building. Came for a lunch sampling and it wasn't too crowded. The lovely señora up front speaks English, so nothing lost in translation here. Since its a fruit bar, we went with fruit options for our first visit, but quite a few of customers were ordering Tortas(sandwich a la Subway) and they were huge! Our choices for our first visit... *ENSALADA DE FRUTAS - ENERGETICO: This is a fresh fruit salad topped with cottage cheese, coconut shavings, chopped pecans, & honey. Fresh fruit includes papaya, bananas, red apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple, all perfectly ripened. Never liked cottage cheese, but geez, it is so good with this Mexican delight... YUMMY! ;) *LICUADOS - GUANABANA: Pronounced LEE-QÚA-DOS, these are Mexican smoothies made with milk. Guanabana, a.k.a. Cherimoya, a.k.a. Soursop, tasted spot on! Turns out they use frozen pieces of fruit in this thang, and no powdery sensation aftertaste at all. Love this fruit, and I sure love this drink! Oh, yeah, shoulda got a large! Great first experience here! Wouldn't hesitate to bring someone to sample their goods. Another "don't judge a book by its cover" eatery found in Oxnard, NICE! read more

I love coming here.. it's usually with my sister. It's a little divey and a hole in the wall, but we both enjoy the food. Also, the liquados are tasty and huge! My favorite flavor is strawberry. My favorite dishes are the ceviche tostada and the cheese torta. The portions are generous and I always leave full. Usually, your order comes out pretty fast here and they take credit card. Been going here for years and haven't had any disappointments. Great little place to stop for a bite and a refreshing smoothie. read more

I ordered two tortas of headcheese, when I got home there was no avocado and no jalapeños. I called to tell them that my tortas where incomplete. The lady that answered the phone told me that they had ran out of them. Asked why did you not tell me that? Her reply was "because those are the owners orders, if you have an issue with that talk to them. Very poor customer service! It was a great place to eat back in the early 2000's The floor was very dirty too. The guy making the tortas was not wearing a mask nor was the other attendant. I come here often, normally around the afternoon and the wait is never too bad. I always get their ceviche, which I'm obsessed with. I've also had their fruit salads and watermelon water, both are good and the fruit is fresh. They also sell tortas and other dishes. The location is not favorable, but it's really a great spot for a "hole in the wall". The girls are always nice and they accept debit so :) read more

Very bad customer service. Had to argue with the associates to get what I needed. As if they were trying to pick an argument . Very rude.

Called in a phone order for a simple jamón torta and 2 licuados. When I got there to pay they said my order wasn't ready. Ok didn't think much of it but the lady after me ordered hers to go as well. Apparently her complicated order was ready. Wrong, the man whom was making the tortas attempted 3 different times to give her the wrong order every time. Meanwhile the cashier just stood around and could have had the drinks ready or at least start them. Meanwhile the owner was sitting at the table making some goodie bags. I feel that their priorities in serving their customers is not one of them. I used to love coming here with my kids. I don't feel I will ever be coming back. No thank you. read more
