Love their excellent customer service. Juice is good, but most importantly their service makes me want to come back. :)

Ordered a raw fusion from Upland store won't go back. It took 11 min to make and there wasn't even anyone ahead of me. When I received my drink it didn't taste anything like juice. Tasted like gritty applesauce with no sweetness, super bitter. She kept watering it down a few times while blending. There were only two people working and they definitely weren't a team the dude didn't even help her considering she was struggling and had been standing there for over ten minutes. The girl handed me my drink and kindly said thank you for your patience. I'm super bummed with this drink it's not drinkable and I wasted $6 also the place was very dirty. It was super hot outside so we decided to grab a smoothie! We had a coupon for buy one, get one free and the really nice associate told us that they accept Jamba Juice ones too! However, Jamba Juice does NOT accept Juice It up coupons. The store was really clean and we only waited for two minutes! This is my new favorite Juice It Up. We will be back for sure. read more

Ordered a bowl and smoothie. Bowl came out after kind of long wait, but thought okay since was a little more busy than I've seen it. Called my husband up, but after them doing three people's bowls that came after us. We finally went up to check was going on and the young man said he forgot. At least he apologized, but they should do one customer at a time so that doesn't happen. Long wait for a simple 2 item order that should have been quick. read more

After my first bad review about this place, I am re-rating this place. The manager, Reggie called me on my personal phone and apologized for what happened when I first went there. I was asked to give them another chance, and I will give them another chance. I mean, the manager took the time to look up my information and to call me personally to apologize. Awesome smoothie...fresh ingredients....horrible customer service. No one up front when we get there.....cashier seemed a little confused in general. But whatever. What drove me to do this review was the fact that that a group behind me were being denied use of their coupons. They each had seperate coupons and had separate transactions yet the blonde cashier kept stating she would get in trouble by the owner if she accepted the coupons....no other reasoning. When questioned again she rudely asked if the other customer wanted the owner to be contacted. I would be appalled if this were my employee. read more

This place is dirty. The floors are dirty, and so is the overall appearance. The staff was unfriendly. The kicker....they charged $.15 for paying with an ATM. Go somewhere else. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Juice it Up for many years. I was disappointed to find out that the worker has been adding yogurt to my smoothies, even though the ingredients of the smoothie I order (Ultimate Acai) does not have yogurt. As someone who avoids dairy, I wish they would have told me, seeing as how it doesn't say it on the menu. If you are vegan or have a dairy allergy, please make sure that they do not add any dairy to your smoothies, even if the ingredient list says otherwise! read more

This is the second time I've been to this Juice It Up and both times I've encountered a problem. The first time the guy making my wheatgrass shot held the shot by the rim as he walked it over to the counter and the tip of his finger went in my shot with no gloves. The next time I went the were out of ginger to make a shot so that was irritating but then when she was making my wheatgrass she moved her hair out of her eyes while cutting the grass. Gross. I will go out of my way to the Ontario location from now on. read more

They're open again! I love Juice It Up! I came in to this JIU and ordered a Ultimate Berry Bowl. Not only was it perfectly thick and delicious but it was a satisfying meal. This place is super clean, too. I get grossed out easily when places aren't kept well but this place is very clean. I would definitely go back to that Juice It Up. read more

Good fruits and veggies, good smoothies and such but horrible customer service. First ONE person making all the drinks and about 7-9 people just waiting. Got here at around 1:25pm and got my drink around 1:50.. More workers would be nice. Nothing against the place just lack of employees!! 3 stars in more than enough. read more

This place closes earlier than is posted on the door. I arrived at the store at 6:48pm and the "OPEN" sign was lit, but the doors were already locked. The hours posted on the window state they close at 7 pm. Are the employees really in that much of a rush to go home that they can't even stay open until the advertised time? read more

Came in for a wheat grass shot. Stood for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Not a greeting, not any notification that they would help me in a minute. Two employees were busy fulfilling other orders and made eye contact with me twice, but never said a word. Walked out, not coming back. read more

I'm not even sure why I'm giving them a two star. I went in after the gym one morning there was only one other customer infront of me. There were 2 associates and the owner I believe. I waited over 10 mins to be helped while both associates help this one customer that was ordering a double shot of grass. After the 10 mins I finally got a Hello from the associate not even the Manager/owner. He was to busy undressing the customer with his eyes. The owner gave horrible customer service didn't even greet me or the other customer that came in after me. Plus once the customer with the grass shot left he followed her to the door and watch her get into her car and leave GROSS!!! I'm pretty sure there under new owners because I've never gotten such horrible service there. Plus my smoothie was horrible and I always order the same one. read more

This place is completely under rated. They have healthy juices in comparison to jamba juice and have green juices! It's amazing when I am about to do a cleanse or am feeling unhealthy. I love going to it because its right across the street from my work and the workers there are so friendly. I haven't tried their smoothies but their green juices are so yummy! 1 star because there employees don't honor the closing times. They are lazy and like to close 45 mins prior. The 1st time it didn't bother me but when it happened the 3rd time all within the same week that is ridiculous. Not only I was rejected service but 2 others as well. If your sign says closes at 7 don't turn off the open lights and lock the door on customers at 6:20 PM. I never leave reviews but this service was so bad I had to put them on blast. Managers/supervisors please get your staff in check. read more

Service sucks and you can definitely see the associates do not want to be there. When I went up to do my order the guy was vey rude when I asked him about the sizes. They dont greet you, and im the only one waiting for my order at the moment. I went into juice it up with my family and ordered 3 acai bowls and 1 small strawberry wave smoothie and my total was 28$ SERIOUSLY ! 28 DOLLARS for a smoothie and a couple bowls that are basically smoothies with granola and fruit on top ?! And because I used my card they charged me a fee ?! What ?! I just spent 28$ and you want to charge me a fee for using a card ?! It gets better, While the employee was making my bowls he tells me "oh by the way we are out of bananas, do you want me to just add more strawberries instead ?" Really ?! You couldn't tell me before we ordered all three bowls that you were out of banana ? So basically I received a smoothie in a bowl with some granola and soggy strawberries that were purple because they were bad they even tasted rotten... Then when I sat down to taste one of the bowls it was absolutely TERRIBLE ! I stopped eating, it tasted like watered down juice ! Really bad ... I gave my mom the other bowl thinking that maybe it was just mine, after she started eating it she stopped two bites in, I asked her if everything was okay ? She said honestly that was the worst bowl I have ever had ! Moral to my story juice it up does not use anything fresh things are frozen and soggy, they charge you for using there card machine, and they over charge you for something you can make at home 100 times better ! read more

Hands down the worse service ever! NICOLE was working on the Saturday morning of 10/8/17. My wife went in to get us simple juices! When she ordered and paid for what we wanted, she was charged then as NICOLE started making the juices my wife was told that they did not have all of the fruit to complete the drinks. Isn't this something that should have been established prior to taking her money?? She was then asked if she would just like a refund since we can't satisfy you?? Next comes NICOLE snatching the receipt from her hands! My wife was so disappointed and distraught that she immediately called me at work! I attempted to reach out to NICOLE who once she realized who I was hung up in my face! She then confronted my wife asking her why did she have her HUSBAND call??? My wife replied he called because he cannot believe the level of horrible customer service that I'm getting in an establishment that we regularly frequent! As my wife made her exit, NICOLE directed not to ever come back! I tell you, you really have to be cautious of who represents your business because they can really misrepresent you and steer customers away! The one on Mountain near the 10 fwy was on point! Great customer service and they also stated that they clean up a lot of messes constantly from the Upland location. They have my business from here on. read more

My acai bowl was like I ordered soup....then they added blueberries and clearly that's not what I ordered ..I also asked for extra tippings on the bottom and that clearly wasn't there either.....that's what I get ..SMH such a wasted $7 read more

I'm SO glad this opened up near Claremont! I had an acai bowl (the Ultimate Berry Bowl) there last week. It was delicious! Great cut up bananas and strawberries on top and the perfect consistency. The employees were very friendly and the owner was warm and welcoming! If you come from the gym, you get a 10% discount on your order! The store was clean and well maintained. One of the worst Acai bowls I have ever had. More of a soup since they don't use real Acai but rather Acai juice. Stick to the smoothies.

Will not be returning. I get the same smoothie each time I go and have them add banana. Because it makes a little extra, they usually put it in the bigger cup. This location refused & argued with me.....guess they would rather throw the extra in the trash. Clerk was extremely rude and reminded me that each franchise is different. I let her win & just purchased the next size up & then she didnt fill it up all the way. Not sure what point she was trying to make. Will drive further to go to the ones that actually believe in CUSTOMER service or Jamba Juice. read more
