We had such a good experience! Went to buy some ammo and we got a pinky extension too only $8 what a deal! They were nice enough to install the extension on my magazine for no charge. Cheap prices and great service! read more

If you have read any of my other reviews, I hold customer service as a base to my reviews. And this store delivers! When I moved to NV from CA, I came by here to check out the local shops, right off the bat I was treated with great customer service even though I did not purchase anything. I ended up coming back after purchasing a couple of suppressors through Silencer Shop and had to use the kiosk inside the store to complete some paperwork. Not only did Juggernaut have the best prices listed for the suppressors in the area, they were super friendly when answering questions. I purchased some accessories and the prices beat anyone locally for the items I was looking for, and some of the online vendors even with free shipping. Thank you James for the great customer service, including working on two of my guns! read more

I stopped by today to check out the store and ask questions in regards to gun laws and the owner was very helpful and very concise with his information. I am very appreciative and look forward to coming back in the future thanks again read more

Good honest advice with competitive pricing. The follow up services include gunsmithing with a smile. Fast background check. Whether it is your first gun or adding to you're collection, Greg makes you feel welcome and appreciative for your business. read more

I could not give this shop enough praise I've been a customer for going on five years and they have never let me down from purchasing firearms to new parts and installation while answering all of my dumb questions they've always been good to me and I would recommend the shop to anyone read more

purchased a colt le rifle from these clowns. advertised as used 90 percent complete. reviews and pics made the rifle seem to be accurate. but when I got the rifle it was learned that the only thing colt made was the lower receiver the rest was cheap aftermarket parts. this was falsely advertised and a rip off. don't buy from these crooks. read more

Great place to do business everyone enjoys Greg and his crew. Prices are very good and almost impossible to beat --anywhere ! Most people that complain are either "Kolifornians" or introverted folks that do not mingle well anyway ! Greg can't be blamed for not wanting to issue lay-a-way for folks that have bad credit or don't have a credit card ! I've been doing business here since they first opened and have never had any reason to go anyplace else ! Friendly , good prices , willing to help all customers and offer excellent advise to beginners. The inventory keeps on growing too . Get on in here and say "Hello" ! You'll not be disappointed in any way . read more

It's a small store tucked in the industrial section of Sparks. It's packed full of handguns from Sig's to Steyrs. They have a small selection of long guns. Greg is very friendly and can answer the questions you have. The prices are good that I had to do a double take. They are cheaper than the big stores (Scheels/Cabelas). If you have another firearm in mind, they can special order also. I will recommend this gun dealer to all my friends and family. read more

Greg and Everyone over at Juggernaut are top notch. When it comes to price, availability, cleanliness, knowledge and customer support Juggernaut Arms is the only place I will buy my Firearms. Thank You Greg for your Support read more

Have had good and bad experiences here. Unfortunately all the bad ones have been recent. Very short with you when you ask for help or opinion on product or something to do with guns. Have been mocked a few times for mispronunciations or for asking for help. Guess you gotta hope you catch these guys on a good day to get good service. Great selection on accessories. read more

True enthusiasts when it comes to weapons Knowledgeable when it comes to anything weapons And passionate when it comes to customer service Will be sending them anyone I know and will deal with no one else when it comes to ordering parts and weapons Thanks for making my visit a great one Till next time Also a huge factor were the prices "unbeatable" Call them for anything weapon related They won't disappoint read more

Greetings, I had the man that works there with a beard cant remember his name install my Glock night sights on my Glock pistol being i didn't have the tools necessary for the install. The work was performed while i watch on the front counter. I checked the work afterwards and found it to be great job excellent work. I would recommend there work thanks again Parish sparks, NV read more

This place is great. Forgot the guy's name, but he was very helpful. Other places in town (just read my other reviews) weren't even on the same planet as Juggernaut. I had a gun transferred that I won in a raffle, didn't have to pay tax (since I didn't pay anything for it...other places still charge), very fast processing, and because of that I bought a bunch of accessories and ammo. I have come back since then and the place is still great. Between the prices and customer service, I don't think I'll go to another gun shop in town. read more

I transferred a gun to them from a customer that bought a gun from me on gunbroker. Very unprofessional, told the customer he did not have the gun. Checked tracking and it was delivered 4 days previously. Called left a message did not return phone call, called him again and finally said he had the gun. I asked him why he told the customer he did not have the gun and he said he wasn't able to locate it "yesterday". I included the customer's information on my FFL that was enclosed with the gun and he still asked me for his phone number so he could call him right now. I transfer plenty of guns and have never treated another dealer this way or had one treat me or my customer this way. Very unhappy and I would look for a more reliable person for transfers. read more

Have been shopping here since 2018 and has been my go to FFL. Great pricing on their inventory and services. Staff is always willing to answer questions to the best of their ability. Definitely a top tier shop. read more

I'd searched high and low for my carry gun. I'd been to other places in town but James and Greg took their time and let me compare different models to find which one would work best for my hands. Ultimately, I chose a Glock 42! Price was great, and they even threw in a free box of ammo. I will be back again. read more

My wife and I came by last week on our trip to Reno. The guys and gal at the counter were friendly and welcoming... they even let me check out all the toys no questions asked. It was a relaxed environment which I wish other shops would emulate. The shop wasn't that big, but there was a lot to look at. In my experience, most other gun shops don't even acknowledge their customers. I did see a few customers come in and another customer pick up a rifle. Will stop by again! read more

This is my fav firearm store in town, very knowledgeable & helpful staff, big selection (always changing and getting bigger) and lastly the best prices in town! read more

Great people I always get the help I need! Today I stopped by to get some help with my rifle and they got me all straightened out! Thanks Greg and James I always appreciate you guys! read more

Great Prices, Great Service, Great Staff. The selection of firearms & accessories is (in my opinion) the best in town. Great work guys!

I was in the area and figured I might as well drop into a gun store, so I went to yelp to weave out the bad and hopefully choose a good shop. I read the reviews on many stores around the area and didn't find anything attractive until I checked out the reviews of juggernaut arms. My wife and I walked in and found a guest talking to an employee, who acknowledged me and carried on with his customer. I looked around, picked out a few things, and brought them to the counter and once Greg finished up with his customer he attended me. We struck a conversation and carried it for a few minutes. We talked about California (the state I lived in at the time) and got to know each other which made the experience feel welcoming. This shop is perfect for people who are getting into firearms, as well as for those who are expert marksman. They have a knowledgeable staff, nice selection of handguns (not much in rifles), and the customer service was awesome which will have a returning customer if I'm ever in the area again! read more

This review is my initial impression on this local gun shop. I'm new to guns and building ARs. Been hunting a few times with my dad, but have only shot a 7mm Rem mag rifle. Also have gone shooting with friends that are into this hobby, but have only shot their guns. Now I'm starting to get into it myself and planning to build my first AR. I went to this local shop with a buddy that's also starting out and just wanted to look around and maybe gain some insight on how to build ARs, how transfers work, and maybe even purchase a gun from them. We were greeted once we walked in (I believe it was Greg). I walked around for a little bit looking at all the cool things they had on stock. The shop is on the small side, but it doesn't disappoint with the amount of gear, parts and firearms they had there. I wanted to ask about transfers after, but I've read that local shops typically scoff at doing transfers because it doesn't really support their business, but when I asked about it here at Juggernaut, they were more than helpful on explaining to me how it works. I asked if I can get a certain company's lower and transfer it from them and he said absolutely, they already have their FFL and wouldn't have any issues with it. Great! Not once did they push me on buying something off the shelves instead. I follow them on IG, and they do have great daily deals! So sooner than later, I will most likely buy a firearm from them. They have individual parts for ARs as well if you're planning to build from the ground up, I'm sure they'll have everything you'll need in house. They have an array of pistols on shelves that you can freely pick up and get a feel for. You can also ask to see rifles and other cool firearms on the wall racks. Overall great experience. No cons that I can think of, except for the small space. But trust me, you can spend an hour just by looking at all the great gear they have. I will definitely be using this shop for all of my transfers and gun related purchases. read more

Super cool place! Small, personal, nice staff! BEST PRICES IN TOWN. The guys there must not make any money...... I have seen them sell things for less than what other gun shops in town are buying the for. Awesome small business. I look forward to seeing how the grow in their competitive market. Defiantly stop by and say hello. read more

I've been following the FaceBook page for a while and saw they had .22 ammo in stock at reasonable prices. I went up to get a box the next day but they were sold out (as is the case everywhere). I spent some time checking out the small shop, and here are my impressions: Well lit, well organized, great inventory for being so small. The guy working there is going places...solid business model for sure. A lot of places try to mark up their guns to cover all their expenses in one or two sales, this place makes money by pushing volume. If you're looking for guns, ammo, parts and accessories, it's worth a call or a trip. I will see them again for sure. read more

Juggernaut Arms is top notch for firearms sales and gunsmith services in the Reno and Sparks area. My family, friends and I have used them for new gun purchases and gunsmith work. Their prices are excellent. I know of no one in the area who sells new guns for less money. We have had basic gunsmith services performed though them, too, and the work has been very good. Their hourly gunsmith rate is the lowest I've found in the area. The customer service I have received through Greg, one of the owners, is excellent. He's very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Juggernaut Arms shop. read more

This was an amazing experience. We went in to buy my husband his Christmas present and Greg was super helpful. And even though the background check place he needed to call had a super long wait time, he kept apologizing and letting us know what was going on. Also, there were a lot of people in the little store but he talked to everyone and made us all feel like we were valued customers. We will definitely be back when it's time to get myslef a gun and my husband a few more! read more

The owner of this business is reveling in the current chaos of what is happening in our country right now. He is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't care about customer service...at all. I am retired LEO. When I was in there, I literally saw him sell a firearm to a person that had just been given the money by another person. The owner, told them to do that stuff outside before coming in. Seriously?! I reported it to SPD and BATF, so we will see what happens. This place is shady and only cares about the bottom line. I tried to have him hold a firearm for me and that I'd be there in 2 hours. He literally laughed at me while telling me first come first serve only. This business is corrupt, shady, and unprofessional. They've already had a brush with law enforcement for deception about a few weapons. I hope LEO does something because this place is sooooo corrupt. I mean seriously? You allow a person to purchase a firearm when the actual buyer is handing him cash in front of the owner and he tells them to do that outside next time? Can you say, "blatant straw purchase." Do the right thing fellow gun enthusiasts - purchase elsewhere. I am done with the crooks at this store. read more

Came to this store a few times to get a few odds and ends when my buddy was building my AR. The guys were super nice and super genuine. I came back to find to odd ball new guns and they managed to get both for me. Very cool guys, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. They will be my only place that I stop in and get my stuff now. Been to the other stores, and it seems they are interested in just making a sale or seem super arrogant, not here. They were more interested in getting me exactly what I wanted. And the price is great! Small operation but a very vast amount of cool toys and accessories. Thanks again for the great service guys. read more

Great bunch of people. Friendly and always willing to help find rhe firearm or equipment you are looking for.

Greg was a real pleasure to deal with. The store has an excellent, inventory and good prices. It is clear he has a loyal fan base and I can see why. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I searched several websites looking for an AR-15 equal to the one I carried in 1971-1978. Most of the websites had TONS of scammers listing fraud ads. I decided to deal with a professional. I checked out the local dealers in the Chicagoland area and found nothing but arrogant jerks behind the counters. I'm service oriented and I'm NOT giving these Chicago jerks my money. Luck was with me when I found Juggernaut Arms, LLC. I dealt with Greg Hattrup, and, I will tell you this, THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT TO WORK WITH. He was professional, understands the business, is willing to educate you, AND, he was more than extremely fair in his pricing. My friends know I research the people I do business with, so, they call me for my recommendations. Juggernaut is my "Go To Guy" for firearms. PLEASE DO BUSINESS WITH JUGGERNAUT ARMS, LLC, because, they work hard to earn your business. And, don't YOU deserve the very best? read more

Without a doubt, this store has everything you need for your 2A needs. The selection option of products is spectacular, but even more important, the staff are exceedingly helpful and polite. I needed an FFL to transfer a firearm for me and with no hesitation did they provide the service at a good price. What surprised me even more was that yes, the salesman did ask if I needed anything else (I was only in for the transfer), he was not pushy, nor did he try to up-sale me to some other product in their inventory. James was happy to perform the FFL transfer and background check without me buying some other item. "No purchase necessary", they offer a service and don't complain that you didn't spend an arm and leg in the shop... their exceptional customer service has guaranteed that not only will I be a new customer, but I will spread the word about Juggernaut Arms to the many friends and family I have who need firearms/gun-related items. I've lived in Reno for near 30 years and kick myself for not knowing they were there! Juggernaut Arms is my new "go-to" location for my firearms' needs! Five stars? They deserve six! read more

I met Greg through mutual friends and he had mentioned about stopping in to his store when I have time. I finally made it in the other day and wish I would have made in back when I was first invited. Greg and his staff are very well educated on not some but any and all products they carry. They are a very laid back no pressure business. They want you the customer to make sure you are going to be happy with your purchase or don't purchase anything until you are ready. I went in and was not sure between two different brands of guns which to go with. Most shops would tell you to buy the most expensive one regardless if you like the feel of it or not. It was closing time when I was in but again no pressure to buy or rush me to hurry out. This store is all about the customer. I decided to think about it and went back yesterday and was treated as if I had been a long time customer. I decided on the gun I wanted and the purchase could not have went any smoother and faster. I have not been treated so well in a business like this in some time. Thank you Greg and your staff for all your patience and knowledge. I will be a lifelong customer. read more

Super great service! And most of all very good pricing! Greg is very helpful. Definitely our new place to get what we need for guns.

I can't comment on the other reviewers problem with layaway, but I my service from them has been excellent. They have the best prices period. Go ahead go look at their prices and compare them online, they are normally the same or less. Also there is never any pressure to buy and I dont feel akward just looking at their selection without buying. Overall their service is great with no bs, and when I buy something I am normally out within 30 minutes. All my firearm purchases will go through them as long as I live in Reno. read more

Juggernaut Arms - Bought my p238 for $530, still the lowest price I have ever seen. - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

Nice selection of pistols and ammo. Great prices and friendly atmosphere. Not real big but that's what nice.

I've purchased several mil-surp and antique firearms. They often disappoint. Dealers claim a certain quality level but generally don't deliver. Juggernaut Arms is a notable exception. The E. German Makarov I purchased from them was even better than its description in their ad. They returned emails promptly and delivered on time. I highly recommend this dealer. read more
