Really, really good shop. I live in a rural part of the state so tried a few different shops for transfers and training. I've had decent luck here and there but I'm 100% sold on 11 Eleven Tactical. The owner is a super nice guy, not that typical weirdo-anti-social-gun-shop-worker. I did a regular firearm FFL transfer and it was super smooth and fast with reasonable prices. I also had an NFA item sent there and the shop is amazingly helpful and walking me through that process. Dropped about $1500 at 11 Eleven Tactical USA over the weekend. Absolutely zero regrets. First off, the store is located in Sparks, Nevada which is right next door to Reno. Easy drive and easy to find -- although, the neighborhood is not the nicest. Secondly, these folks have great inventory for all your tactical needs. From range bags, to pistols, to holsters -- it's like walking into a candy store for gun owners. I picked up rounds that I needed along with some magazine extensions. So glad these guys had what I needed. Finally, the service! Both associates who assisted me were very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. If I'm not mistaken, it's family owned and they just opened up their shop a couple months ago. Not the greatest time to open up any new business but these guys will carry a supply of what is most in demand right now so perhaps, it wasn't a horrible move. Anyway, check this shop out when you're in the area for your weapon needs. I would suggest calling ahead of time to confirm they have what you're looking for before making the drive. During the fires near South Lake Tahoe in 2021 I was worried that it would reach North Tahoe where I live. I gathered my firearms and stored them at my cousins home in Reno. Well unfortunately their home caught on fire and my firearms were damaged. I spoke with Greg at a gun show and I showed him pictures of my fire damaged firearns. Greg said he could repair them. So I brought him my M1 Garand and he brought the rifle back to life and It looked better then I could imagine. I have brought Greg my other fire damaged firearms and he brought them back to life too. He was reasonably priced and the turn around time was quicker than I believed. If you need a gunsmith contact Greg at 11 Tactical and he will make it look like new again. read more

Made a deal with the owner over a year ago. He shorted me by 30% of the product ordered . And refuses to call me back . And to add insult to injury I put items on a consignment deal with him that he won't pay me for or even return my property to me. I have called over a dozen times . I've spoken to every employee there and even gone to the shows where they have a booth and spoken to his wife. And still this guy won't call me . Give me my property. Or pay me for it . I discovered this gun store when a firearm I had purchased online was delivered there for background check and pickup. Very cool shop with none of the 'gun store snob' attitude you get in so many other places. This place is fantastic. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and so friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer your questions. Was very impressed with the prices. Had to do an out of state transfer. While other dealers wanted 200 bucks these folks did it quickly for a fraction of the cost. The inventory is amazing. They had everything I needed for my Glock in stock. No high pressure sales, just friendly people that want you to enjoy owning a firearm. Just popped in today for the 1st time to check out a local gun shop. Did not expect what I found. 1st off, Narissa was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that she carries. I was looking for something in particular for my personal use. Instead of trying to pressure me into a product I wasn't sure of she suggested that I come back with my personal carry to make sure that it's the proper fit and exactly what I wanted. No pressure sales at all. Then I saw the price. Very impressive. No price gouging here. Exactly what I'd pay on Amazon, but this way I get to buy from a locally family owned business who really appreciates my hard earned money. They benefit and I benefit. I like the way it works. Also I saw a large display of Lag holsters. A local business supporting a local business. Way to go. Taking my wife here next week because gun stores with an all male staff tend to intimidate women. I spent more time here than I expected to because it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I didn't catch the young mans name who also worked there , but he was very helpful and had me laughing.
