I ordered two firearms online months apart. Great selection and both times the firearms were at the store in about a week. Went down to the store & filled out the required paperwork and was called the next day to pick up my purchases. No hassle friendly service. Go to their online store they have a huge selection of firearms at some of the best prices around and from literally a hundred different manufacturers. read more

They have unique guns that none of the big box stores carry. I found what I wanted on their website and came in to do the paperwork. I got a way better deal than most places without having to resort to auction sites. No pressure, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Much to my Wife's dismay, I will be coming back here. read more

If I'm buying a firearm from out of state, he is my go to FFL. Great collection of firearms and great prices.

Love this place. I have bought most of my fire arms from them. Greg is a stand up guy for sure. Have to love their daily deals they post of their SM. Great prices on ammo and firearms. Super fair on pre owned as well. Very good selection of other self defense items as well. Great local shop so stop by see what they have. I love buying local and from small businesses. Will be a customer for life. read more

Greg was one of the nicest people I've ever met and was super down to earth explained everything to me and made the experience amazing. I came out all the way from Florida to stop by and he made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend to come to the store if you need anything for your guns, including ammunition, he has unbeatable prices!!! he also has extremely rare guns you could pick from which I would definitely check out! read more

If you're buying or wanting to sell firearms allow me to save you time on where to go, it's here. I took a starting pistol in to have it repaired. The man who helped me figured out what was the matter, it was a simple repair and he did not charge me anything for the repair. The staff struck me as very friendly and fair to customers. read more

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me a very fair offer on my pistol, and the whole process was smooth and professional. From now on, this is where I'll be buying my firearms. I highly recommend stopping by and even if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, I'm sure they'll go the extra mile to help you find it. read more

A pleasure to transact with. The owner is a good guy who knows a thing or two about a thing or two. Staff is personable, honest, and clear in communications. They will not nickel and dime you, they are patient, happy to answer questions, and if you are unaware of something significant they will bring it to your attention. Prices are reasonable for transfers, and they have a number of firearms in stock that are priced competitively to online retailers. Check before buying online, because you may save money buying in-store. Bottom line: I left Juggernaut a happy customer, and if you give them a shot you will too. read more

I had two FFL transfers done through them and they were terrific. Greg handled the whole thing, I had to wait for another set of customers to finish up which is totally fine. They had maybe ~30 rifles of various types in there, from ww2 era bolt action stuff to some bling'd out ARs. Their handgun selection, I think all semiautomatic, was pretty beefy. Guessing ~50 different models sitting there? Decent ammo selection too, not huge bulk stuff, but they had a pretty broad variety and I think every caliber definitely some odd ball ones too. Lots of mags, AR parts, tools, etc. In all in a good experience and a good shop. Big fan, happy to hit them up again in the future. One thing that's nice is that for FFL transfers they have a whole page on their website talking about sales tax, timing, and paperwork. I got a call on the weekend when my rifles showed up. Just great communication and easy peasy. read more

Today was my first time coming into Juggernaut Arms, and not even 15 minutes later I am purchasing a firearm I've been wanting... The worker Craig or Greg was welcoming, friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable. For a small shop? They do have quite a bit of descent accessories, firearms, and prices. I have quite often visited other well known local gun shops, and most of the time I leave without purchasing anything... Definitely 5 stars deserved. read more

Juggernaut Arms is an excellent place to purchase firearms, ammunition, and firearm's accessories. I have been patronizing this business for the last 7-years. Greg and James are both outstanding in their abilities to provide excellent customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have purchased numerous firearms from them, as well as, having them receive multiple firearms from other dealers for transfer to me. I really like their web site where you can shop for the firearms you want and order them on line for a later pick up. I'm a retired LEO (2 careers: Municipal, and Federal) and I must say that Greg & James are professional in their business practices and a credit to the firearms industry and the firearms community. The one owners of the store got a hold of me today after reading the review I left them and said he would reimburse me for the "transfer fee" they charged me. That was cool he did that. It's probably not his fault as he said that he was not there during the transaction. read more

5 star service. Helped me in assembling a new AR and they are very kind and knowledgeable. I would come here for any need I have from gear to new buys. The service from their gunsmith is beyond superior to anything else in or around town. Would highly recommend stopping by for anything you need. read more

We like to come here to buy ammo right at opening on the weekend. It is located in an industrial area, but the street parking it vast and roomy. We have purchased some guns here and those procedures went smoothly. Staff always asks if you need help looking for specific items. Downside is that it can get busy because of how small the store is. Upside is that they manage to stay well stocked. During the pandemic there was a time when the hours were changed, and we didn't learn until they had their closed notice at the door. They were consistent in communication when they had ammunition shortages during that time. It is easy to contact staff through Facebook too since they've responded rather quickly to my messages in the past. read more

This is gotta be the best or one of the best gun shops in Reno. I've hit up about four different ones so far and this one is one of the more organized, well stocked and friendlier shops. I try to stop off here every time I'm in Reno. I always get what I need, get helpful and friendly service and always leave happy. This last time it was really hot outside and the air-conditioning inside was a beautiful thing. read more

falsely advertised a Colt Le6920 as complete and fully functioning. Hey it's been 4 years since I left my review about this place. I still love Juggernaut Arms. Definitely the best gun shop in Washoe County. They did a awesome job during Covid to keep guns in stock and have ammo available. Still my favorite place to use. read more

i went into Juggernaut Arms today to pick up an AR i had ordered from out of state, and i honestly cant remember the last time i experienced such amazing customer service. Greg was there, and talking to him felt like talking to an old friend. i have never set foot inside of a firearms store before so i was pretty nervous. i was expecting some know it all gun enthusiast to be there and to be sure i felt like an idiot having not gone thru the transferring process before. It was all such a refreshing experience that ill never forget. i simply HAD to relay this information to as many people as i could. Thank you Greg for proving that there are still good, caring store owners out there. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming. Purchased some magazines that no one else had in stock.

Such a reliable, knowledgable staff! We preferred to shop here. Only downside was not knowing their schedule mid-pandemic time, BUT what's nice is when we called for hours the staff tells you their Facebook had up to date schedule changes, so stay tuned there! Prices are reasonable, and it is small business, so we feel better making purchases here when we can. They are stocked on what we need, and if not they let you know the next shipment. We also made a weapon purchase that was delayed but they were informative and patient in communicating with your questions. Complete transactions at the register is high tech, sanitary precautions are taken to keep social distance in small space!! though customers start flocking in the staff is superb at multitasking while demonstrating friendly customer service. read more

This is the best shop in the area because the owners are down to earth people who are very helpful, friendly, and truly understand what awesome customer service means. For example, when I was picking up my new arrival today, the stock I brought to install was missing hardware from the manufacturer and couldn't be properly mounted. And even though I didn't purchase it from them, they offered to put in the correct piece and install it for me to make sure I was squared away. You guys rock keep up the great work and see you again soon! read more

Came here when all the other gun stores denied me availability to put on some night sights on my M&P. They are alittle shop tucked in the industrial area of sparks. A word of advise. Do not go to this shop with a full wallet unless you have outstanding self-control. I always intend to go in for one specific thing, but end up leaving with a full bag of goodies. That said, this shop has a great selection of guns, gun accessories, ammo, and knowledgeable/helpful staff. Greg has recently helped me locate and fix a problem with one of my builds, install sights on one of my handguns, and provided me with helpful tips regarding future builds. This is one bad ass gun shop. Reno is lucky to have them. read more

This was my second online purchase of a firearm since the virus arrived in March of 2020 in Northern Nevada. I decided I was going through GunBroker this time. Glad I did and glad I selected Juggernaut & Greg. This was my first time visiting a smaller gun shop. I really don't like going to the Big Box stores any longer, unless you're there when the doors open. So, I did a transfer through Juggernaut at a decent price and a speedy turnaround with no complications. Looking toward the future, I plan to use Juggernaut again on my next online purchase. They also do gunsmithing and I plan to have them work on one of my faulty 1911s. Of course, they have an inventory of firearms too. So, if your looking for a different shop, check out Greg at Juggernaut. Easy to get to from any place in town, or a quick car ride north and south on 395 to I80 east. read more

My husband and I were finishing up our Memorial Day weekend holiday together, and decided to swing by this gun shop to check out some Glocks. At first, when he told me we were stopping by, I had a feeling of annoyance because I didn't want to spend the last hours of our vacation time together in some dark, musty, old gun shop with testosterone raging so high you can feel it from a mile away. We arrived at Juggernaut Arms and to my surprise, it was clean, bright and had some friendly faces behind the counter. There was a little waiting area with chairs and a small table, which is great if you have a husband like mine who can spend 8 hours at a time there and you really don't want to keep moving around because you're in everyone's way. Greg, the owner, was working behind the counter helping multiple customers. He is very easy to talk to, listens to what you are looking for, and is overall pretty easy going. He assisted my husband answering questions, pulling out guns from his stock in the back, and works with you to find exactly what you are looking for. There is a great sense of humbleness and humility to Greg and his store, and you can see it by his actions. He is a business man out to service the Reno area and provide a great selection of firearms and service. His prices are fair and low, and overall it was a really great experience. Greg and his store have a very "Yes we can" attitude. He is a fair business man and very personable with his customers. We ended up buying a Glock, and I am positive that will not be the only firearm we purchase from him. Finally, a gun shop that is clean, not "Weird", and offers GREAT service! I highly recommend Juggernaut Arms, it's pretty much hands down the BEST! read more

Absolutely fantastic service, great prices, and overall just a great shop. Their firearms are consistently priced lower than most of their competitors (for example: I bought a M&P 22C from Sportsman's, only to find it for about $80 cheaper at Juggernauts a few weeks later). That's saying a lot, because profit margins on firearms and ammo aren't great in general. They also have a great selection usually, especially now considering the circumstances. They have always been willing to entertain my questions and steer me in the right direction, even though they are often very busy. They go the extra mile for their customers. Customer for life right here. Not even going to bother going to other gun shops for any future firearm purchases. read more

Very poor customer service. As you walk in and make eye contact with employees, not a single word and no greetings as if you were a ghost! This was twice, one day after another. Came in trying to buy a gun and a silencer the owner greeted me as soon as I came in but was the end of it. He was talking to another customer, seems like they were more interested in small talk, but no help for me. I should have known as with all gun stores they small talk to not help the buying customer. I was viewing the handguns and he didn't say a word like do you need help with the something instead still small talk to the other guy that didn't buy a gun and was just a customer wanting to talk. Instead I was walking around the store like an deer in headlights and walked out with nothing. On another day gave them the Benefit of doubt. I asked to buy a silencer for my AK and didn't know the bolt size I brought in my gun which has no serial # or markings since it was stamped homemade gun. He thought it was illegal which it isn't if you build it for personal use and not sell it. After that he completely ruined it for me and spent a few grand somewhere else. read more

I went in the store to get some aftermarket sights For my Springfield XDS mod 2 3.3. I asked the guy at the register with no hair if the sights that I have grabbed from the shelf fit specifically to my gun that guy stated "yes it should fit". I bought the items I went home to install the sites, the front sight went in in perfectly but the rear sides wouldn't even go in as if someone probably returned That item with the wrong rear sight. I went back to the store and the same bald guy was working at the register I let him know of my situation and what I have done and this guy said did you open the package I said yeah but the front side went in perfectly but The rear site would not go in, Then he told me "there's nothing i can do because You've Opened the package and installed them" Nowhere on the receipt that it stays at all sales are final. Never going back due to the bald guy not being knowledgeable with the products that he sales. read more

My husband and I first went to a major sporting store by boomtown to order 3 firearms. After 3 weeks the person who is supposed to order firearms wasn't there and had never ordered them. At this point my husband was getting frustrated. I told him we will find someplace else in Reno. After all they aren't the only store in town. We found Juggernaut Arms on Yelp and they had outstanding reviews. We went there to check them out. Spoke with James and got the firearms ordered for us and they arrived in 3 business days. We still have not heard from the buyer at the big chain store. Oh well, their loss and Juggernaut Arms gain. It was well over a $1,000 purchase. Thank you Juggernaut Arms for a great customer experience. You guys rock!!! read more
