Great spot for more formal dining with ample dining space located upstairs (there is an elevator for those who need it). The menu offers appetizers, soups, pasta, pizzas, salads, entrees, and desserts with at least several options under each heading. The food was tasty and well cooked, and the portions were ample to generous. The service was attentive. The establishment makes it clear that there is a mandatory gratuity for groups of six or larger, split checks are not guaranteed for larger groups, and there is a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions. Be mindful of what you order. It can add up quickly. My companion and I wracked up a $200 bill between our drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Free parking is available after 5pm in the Cherry Street Parking Lot.

Never, ever, ever anything but perfection at Judy's. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit but then pile on exceptional service and a meal beyond compare. Perfect night out with my mom, my uncle Ken and his amazing new wife Kathleen, and of course my most beautiful wife Michelle. To everyone at Judy's, thank you so much for a job well do

Dinner for work. The drinks were strong!! Bathroom is all the way downstairs when you walk in. We had a limited menu since it was a group dinner. The bread was good. The scallops were gritty and the filet was ok. For dessert I had the key lime pie. I think it had been sitting out for awhile because it was falling apart and runny. Parking lot across the street, we took the shuttle from the hotel.

Went to Judy's on a Saturday night and the place was jumping! Seemed like a good sign. Alas, we had a very mixed experience. We parked in a lot across the street which used to be hourly of maybe free but it's $10 now. We used park mobile to pay. We made a reservation for 6 the day before which they did not have but fortunately had a table for us anyway. Bumpy start. The whole dinner experience lasted just under 3 hours and when dinner was served it took almost 5 minutes to get everyone's meals. The meals: 4 out of 6 were excellent. They had a pork chop with cooked peaches which were awesome! We had 2 fillets and one was great but the second was cooked to temp but was a but dry and unseasoned. The veggies on this dish were also unseasoned and undercooked. Most of us had totally seasoned and cooked sides. We got a NY strip that came pre-sliced and it was cooked to temp but it was luke warm. It was the last of 6 dishes to be served, perhaps it sat for some time? We had a veggie lasagna which was not recommended by the server but was very much enjoyed. The service was OK and gratuity of 20% was automatically applied due to being a table of 6. Almost 3 hours is just too long and the food should be served at the same time. I had much higher expectations for Judy's. We're going to give it another try and hope we caught them on an off night.

We really picked the right restaurant. Problem was the menu all looked so good we had to make choices ! Started with the grilled beet napoleon. My wife had the swordfish and I had the filet . Followed up with an awesome piece of cake and great coffee . Our waitress Shannon was awesome all the way . She even gave us a ride to the show we were going to after dinner . That was a true first ! Really solid place in a beautiful old building . Absolutely made the right choice !

Decent, but certainly not a fine dining experience. My experience wasn't great, but my appetizers were good enough that I'd give it another try. Better communication could easily have allowed many of the issues to be overlooked. First, the good: the appetizers I had were tasty. The vibe was very cute. The bad: I was sat at 5:40 on a Saturday, and needed to leave by 7 to get to the Santander Performing Arts Center. I ordered appetizers and a salad. I asked if the protein on one of the salads could be switched, she told me she'd find out but asked me for a back up order. She never told me the original salad I asked about was out of stock, just input my backup order with no communication. However, that wouldn't end up mattering. I had the dates which were PHENOMENAL! My fried green tomatoes were good, but they were fairly cold, and the lettuce they were topped with was frozen. I was stuffed after the apps and asked the server if I could cancel my salad. She told me it had already been prepared. 20 minutes later the salad I couldn't cancel because it was already prepared still hadn't arrived (I also was without a drink for that time, and was never given a chance to order another). I flagged down a woman who appeared to be a manager and said I needed to close out. I never saw her again. My server finally went by and I said I needed to leave. She didn't respond to me, presumably because she was slammed but it was unbelievably off-putting. I understand busy, but a sentence explaining what you're doing (which I didn't get from her or the "manager") would have made a huge difference. They took the salad (and an espresso I'd ordered that didn't arrive) off my bill. I would have appreciated them discounting a glass of wine or something n for the inconvenience, but I didn't even get a verbal apology. I'd give it another try, but this experience was not good.

The bathrooms are a bit strangely dark and a bit creepy as a result, but seem to be maintained and well stocked. Customer service is hit or miss, contingent upon the staff attentiveness. There's always plenty of staff, but sometimes it's just not as attentive to customers as the posted reminders behind the counter suggest. We love the healthy and hearty portions and wish more locations would open in the area, instead of junk fast foods serving burgers and greasy chicken. So, anytime we get the urge for a delicious customized salad- it's worth the 20-30min drive. Catering options are also available.

I selected one of their seasonal offerings as seen in the attached photo. The order was ready for me to carry out when I arrived; and I remember thinking that it tasted OK when I was back at my hotel room. I didn't think it was the greatest thing I've ever eaten; but I was also happy to be eating something that wasn't carb-heavy after all the other "on the go" snacks I'd had that particular day. Plus I was happy that I didn't need to muster up the energy to sit down in a restaurant just to enjoy a salad that evening. This was definitely a good option for me as a traveler who was passing through town, didn't want dinner from a Sheetz, and just wanted to enjoy a lighter dinner in my quiet hotel room.

The staff was kind enough to let us order pizzas with two flavors (as long as both were with sauce or without sauce) and we were excited to try the many flavors they had! My friend was vegetarian so all the pizzas we ordered were vegetarian. My favorite was the primavera because there were a lot of toppings that gave the pizza a delicious crunch and had it was a mouthful of taste. The tre colori was my friend's favorite and the pesto sauce was a nice touch that paired with the cheese. Unfortunately, our 2nd pizza was one we did not like as much. We wanted to be more adventurous and ordered the tartufata (black truffle) and quattro formagi pizza. But without the sauce, there was no acidic tomato sauce to balance out the flavor which made the black truffle/blue cheese flavors stand out very strongly. The tartufata is still a good choice for those that love truffle oil but it was just a bit too heavy and oily for my friend and i. We had the same issue with quattro formagi but i think the issue was more that we realized we just dont like blue cheese. Overall, this was a good experience! Staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. We also sat on the outside patio which gave us a great view of the city and the sunset. Definitely would recommend as a good hangout spot with friends!

I mean I guess it wasn't that long ago, but it feels like a lifetime has passed in between. The bar that night was full of familiar faces. Groups of friends from both Wilson and Wyomissing neighborhoods had been unified with a common aspiration. After nearly two full days of agonizing rain delays, we were all about to witness the Phils bring the city of Philadelphia its first championship in 25 years (since 1983, before so many of us there that night were even born). This isn't Santino's of course, but it's impossible to separate those memories, which is probably the case for many of the folks still coming here who can remember fondly the mingling with family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors. I'm glad this remained a restaurant and didn't turn into another spa or something. It's a bit harder to go to a spa and think hey I used to drink Jaegerbombs right over there by the koi pond and speaker playing soothing rainforest sounds. You can tell just by the sequence of naming conventions (from "Santino's" to "Tino's" to finally "State Hill Craft Cocktails & Kitchen") the kind of vibe they're going for here. The "Tino's" era, though brief, proved that you could keep the neighborhood charm and just slightly ratchet up the presentation, especially in the food and bar departments. Over time the menu has shifted from fine-casual Italian to more upscale comfort food, with wagyu meatloaf, lobster mac & cheese, and the always elegant, always dashing meatloaf patty melt. State Hill Craft Cocktails & Kitchen or whatever iteration of dining establishment will be there 15, 20 years from now (Luxe Carwash expansion perhaps) will bring together members of the community that wouldn't ever otherwise cross paths. New friendships will form, and old ones will strengthen. The atmosphere was electric that night in Santino's nearly 20 years ago. Everyone was elated, even people who didn't watch sports were happy because they could see other people were happy. For one night we could push everything else aside, the weight of responsibility and care lifted from our backs. A reminder that joy could be had, and our existences, though flawed, remained full of promise with even better days ahead. This is probably the least helpful review you've ever read LOL
