Whether it was misplaced, lost, or taken, the fact is that it's gone. My car sat at your dealership for a week, and I ended up having to spend $140 to replace the part. I even had to buy another one on eBay for nearly twice what I originally paid. Had I known my belongings weren't secure while my car was left overnight, I never would have left it there. What frustrates me most is that no one took accountability, no one confirmed what happened, and I was never reimbursed for the missing part. I dropped car off 10/29/2019 to have driver's side door repair, because was unable to open from outside or inside. 2 days later I was sent a picture to indicate had to remove back door in order to gain access to front drivers door, oh and by the way it's going to cost additional amount. Renata is great with explaining everything, like we will do a courtesy check of the vehicle and don't worry it's not a charge. I call 11/4/2019 for an update on the vehicle and wow I have a massive oil leak. I told them I would be picking up my vehicle in the morning, because I've never had a warning light come on. I had an oil change at my regular shop in April and new tires put on in May. Long story short this place created a major problem and there courtesy check the coolant had a green check meaning all is well. How about when I left this shop I literally had oil on the ground and I called Renata and told her they are responsible for creating this major leak. Not too mention her cat had camped out in my car, because it was full of cat hair. The next day my warning light came on for the coolant. Wait a second you said it was dirty and when I opened the hood it looked like they removed the coolant. I had to go and buy coolant and how about less than a week checking my oil it was half on the dip stick and so now I have to keep oil in my car for emergency purposes. I don't know what kind of shop JRS is running, but I will never come here again. You guys tried to rip me off and thought I was going to be desperate enough to pay 1,000's I see the scam you tried to pull Renata. Just because you send pictures and say look at the oil and go through the carfax report trying to determine the work that I had on my vehicle doesn't make you legitimate. I have documentation on all work that has been done and I have documentation on what your shop created. You guys purposely tried to destroy my vehicle and it's time for JRS Repair Auto LLC to be held accountable. read more

I'm completely dissatisfied with all the works they have done on my vehicle. I gave them the benefit of doubt but all I get is nothing but a blatant rip-off and poor workmanship. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my car thereby making me to fix issues that were not necessary, only to be told "maybe we need to fix this or that first" I spent almost $1500.00 on a job that costs only $220.00 simply because they couldn't arrive at a correct diagnosis. They operate with what I call "a trial and error gimmick" and this shows lack of confidence, honesty or maybe lack of expertise on their part or they are just out to take advantage of their customers. I will never visit that shop again even if its the last shop standing in Laurel. read more
