I never seen any mechanic who is so passionate about his work and committed himself to find best solution for his customers at very reasonable price. I will taking my car for complete tune up and other services he recommended based on what may be needed depending what my dealer already may have done it already. He suggested me to find details about last service I did at dealer and what they replaced and accordingly he will take care of the rest. One very important thing I observed and he made my day....looking at my high end and well maintained car; he did not shown or demonstrated any greed like all other mechanic shops including dealers where I serviced my car to use scary tactics to force me to do any additional repairs or service to replace other parts like air filters, spark plugs and various fluids etc. Mr. Hugo is a great soul and has amazing skills and acumen. I highly recommend all who want to get their automobiles fixed to visit Hugo's shop. I will be suggesting all people in my network to get their automobiles serviced at Hugo's considering the quality of work and best value in this economy for our hard money well spent with very hard working and talented individual like Mr. Hugo. God bless Mr. Hugo and his families for doing such a great service to communities. Thanks Hugo for taking care of my air conditioning system as an emergency considering my wife's health issues while finding time with your very busy and hectic schedule. I will see you soon Hugo and thanks again for getting job well done.

The receptionist's behavior toward me and my family was blatantly unprofessional and came across as openly racist. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address this behavior immediately so no one else has to go through what we experienced.

I returned my car to Pugh Garage after 8 months regarding tire rod replacement. Another mechanic…read morenoticed an inconsistency when looking at the receipt for work done at Pugh in February vs the parts on my actual car. Pugh was the ONLY shop I used for this repair. I also have documentation showing that I purchased specific Mevotech tie-rod ends (MS86633 and MS86634) for my vehicle and provided them for installation. However, the tie rods currently on my vehicle do not appear to match the parts I purchased and provided to Pugh. When I brought this concern back to Pugh, they blamed other mechanics rather than taking accountability. The other shop did NOT perform any tie-rod work, and I provided receipts to confirm this upon Pugh Garage's request. I understand 8 months is a long time but I would not know there are mismatched parts on my vehicle until having to bring my car for other repairs to a new shop. I wasted time and gas just to leave without a resolution. My advice is to take pictures of the parts you provide and have the work independently checked afterward. It seems as thought they expected me to have seen they did not complete their work prior to now as if I would have had reason to go looking under my car like a mechanic when that is not my profession.
