Never had a good experience here. Completely unreliable. Been there multiple times during regular…read morelisted business hours to find the shop closed and no posted sign or message on the machine. Made appointments and confirmed multiple times just to show up and have them to say I'm not on the schedule and turn me away. And then there's the actual mechanic work. I had SO many complications with the initial installation they made, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but their mistake caused me to be fined. The issues pursued on and off for MONTHS before I finally took my car to a more reputable mechanic. He said it was a "very crappy installment" and removed and replaced all the parts H&H worked on. I have had zero issues since. I also now go to Caton Auto in Laurel for recalibrations, which are MUCH cheaper there and the staff is incredibly helpful. This shop is closest to me, but I drive all the way to College Park now because I can actually trust the service there. Fortunately, I will never have to go to this shop again.

From the moment we checked in, her tone was dismissive and condescending, and she made remarks that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. On top of the disrespect the office was disgusting, smelly and very dusty. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address this behavior immediately so no one else has to go through what we experienced.

They provided drinks for my boyfriend while he waited because it was so hot outside and even made calls to our towing company on our behalf when an issue arose with them. He got our car fixed as soon as he could and went above and beyond to check other working parts of the car without us asking him to look at it. I arrived at the shop 20-30 min after that phone call and found that the car would not start when I arrived. As mentioned previously the car was running and was driven to their shop and had to be towed out. The owner states they would like to handle this offline. As stated they will not return my calls and in the time it took to write that response he could have called me but did not. They did not charge me (I would hope not after damaging my car and performing unauthorized work) but it cost me $1200 to just to repair the damage they caused. The receipt is attached. I don't want anything from them at this point beyond admitting their mistakes and an apology for damaging my car and lying to me about it. But I know that's not going to happen so I just want to warn others to beware of this shop. Use their services at your own risk.

They earned 5 stars because although there were some inconvenient and frustrating scheduling discrepancies that occurred regarding my pick up date, they rectified the situation. The customer service was great. It was easy to get an appointment and connect with my insurance company to get the damage fixed. It has been my intent to call them to see how much they would charge to solely detail my car in the near future because it was that shiny all over and so spotless inside.
