Never had a good experience here. Completely unreliable. Been there multiple times during regular listed business hours to find the shop closed and no posted sign or message on the machine. Made appointments and confirmed multiple times just to show up and have them to say I'm not on the schedule and turn me away. And then there's the actual mechanic work. I had SO many complications with the initial installation they made, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but their mistake caused me to be fined. The issues pursued on and off for MONTHS before I finally took my car to a more reputable mechanic. He said it was a "very crappy installment" and removed and replaced all the parts H&H worked on. I have had zero issues since. I also now go to Caton Auto in Laurel for recalibrations, which are MUCH cheaper there and the staff is incredibly helpful. This shop is closest to me, but I drive all the way to College Park now because I can actually trust the service there. Fortunately, I will never have to go to this shop again. read more

Marvin serviced my car today and he was fantastic! He was honest and fair. My car is old and it has multiple challenges. Marvin was patient and he gave me good advice based on his expertise. The work was done efficiently and pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend H&H to others. read more

If any business deserves a 10 it would be this company, Ive had 2 cars repaired by this company, they are honest with their opinions about vehicles, the price is fair and honestly I trust their opinions and price that I rarely even ask how much it would cost because I know they are fair and not trying to rip people off and especially because I'm a woman, they are almost my go to guys outside of my grown children about my car, While working on my car they kept me updated if they ran into a problem '2 auto parts stores gave me the wrong part' H & H contacted me I asked them to order the right part from their supplier and bam my car was fixed..... advertising is very important and word of mouth is even more so, may God send many blessings to this company Thank you H&H Service!!!!!! read more

My A/C conked out Sunday afternoon. We called H&H first thing Monday morning. Joel told us to come in right away and looked at the car as soon as we arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. We weren't expecting the repair to be completed until Tuesday, but within a few hours he called to report the car was repaired and ready for pickup. Highly, highly recommend this family-owned business !! We have finally found our go-to mechanics! read more

Masood was an excellent tow technician. He arrived approximately 20 mins late to pickup my vehicle (it would have been nice if the company would have communicated to inform me of his late arrival) but his service and professionalism was impeccable! read more

Eddie took suuuccchhh good care of me!! He saved me from having to replace my engine. Please see him for all your auto needs!

II have been coming here for a while after being ripped off at dealerships. I called the shop to get an estimate and the immediately scheduled a diagnostic appoint the next day and then the day after i had an appointment with Eddy. He was very informative about the issue and the potential impact of not repairing it soon which was good for me because He took his time to explain everything. He was patient and professional and the work was completed with care and attention to detail. He also sent pictures and videos to keep me informed on his progress. The best part about this place is their prices are FAIR. The Lexus dealership was trying to charge me almost two times more that what i paid for him to replace the water pump and belt. I highly recommend their services! read more

H & H Auto Service - Old and new water pump - Auto Repair Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

H&H has done a couple difficult jobs for me on each of my foreign & domestic cars. They have extensive experience & know how. Also, I've found their pricing better than competitors. They have limited space to park cars around their shop which motivates them to move the job along. Yet, l've never felt their efficiency ever got in the way of doing a professional job. Use them! read more

I am convinced these other reviews are from friends and family of the owners of this place. I have been coming here for four months now for my recalibration of my Intoxalock. My last place wasn't doing them anymore because of Corona virus. Every single month they try to give me a different price because they forget the initial price they gave me of 30. I have never come across a family that is so deceitful. I make sure to bring my brother because I literally felt uncomfortable after the second month. One of the mechanics his name was Kevin I believe, he gave me the hardest time about giving me another blow piece when he was the one that told me to throw my initial one away. I was riding around for a month with no blow piece or sticker on the bottom of my breathalyzer, he was so careless, and showed he could care less about the service he provided me. Then laughed and said he had no more. They don't come free. I was so appalled and disgusted. Before I was going to Api in Elkridge and man do I miss them. Api was so professional, efficient, and followed their guidelines. I just came yesterday for my fourth recalibration and I won't be going back. I am fed up with the unprofessionalism, the other mechanic there tried to once again give me another price for recalibration and when I stated no it's this amount because I purposely asked for written receipts and thank god I did to show proof. They are dishonest, deceitful, and rude. I am never going anywhere near this place again. If you have been here please check the work that has been done. They are crook and liars. read more

H & H Auto Service - Left no sticker on the bottom, I even asked two times. Without the sticker, it has a sticky residue that sticks everywhere - Auto Repair Near Me - Laurel, Maryland

GO ELSEWHERE... I have never had a vehicle returned to me with so many damages. After taking my historic vehicle here to have something very standard installed, it was returned to me with extensive interior damage, exterior damage, and an electrical malfunction with my airbags. The shop refused to take any responsibility for the damages, despite the damage being immediately apparent upon getting the vehicle back and me having witnessed a careless technician completely run over a curb while driving my vehicle. Because of the type of vehicle, the parts are no longer made and the damage is irreparable and parts irreplaceable...I sincerely regret bringing my vehicle here. For a routine service this place was charging 3 times as much as shops in the area, and requesting cash payments only. PS If you are a young woman, you may feel uncomfortable going here alone. Avoid this place for the sake of your vehicle, budget, and peace of mind. There are MANY other options nearby! read more

The owner is rude, unprofessional, and nasty. Today was my first introduction to this nasty man. He had an attitude with every question and I finally asked him "what is your problem?" When trying to see what options were available, he stated "I don't care" and walked off. Rudest, most discourteous man I've met in a while. If I could rate him less, I would. read more

This is a great shop. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They explained my issue thoroughly and took the time to show me the bad part. They also pointed other issues but gave me timetables and priorities list. I would recommend them to anyone. Fair prices and great service. Kevin was very helpful and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood exactly why I needed to to do certain repairs. A+ family owned business. read more

The quality of service plus the customer service was beyond STELLAR! In this day in age, it's rare to find an auto service repair shop that upholds both honesty and trust. H&H not only have good and honest-hearted workers, but they are trustworthy individuals. On top of that, their skills are definitely FIVE STAR. They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed and let me know other things that were affecting my car. I appreciate you guys! You have a customer for life! - Xavier read more

My heater went out one month before winter started. I was so nervous to go find out what happened because I didn't want to pay too much. After coming here, I was informed that it was just a blow motor replacement problem. With about 40 minutes of patience to let the mechanic work I paid $340 and was all set. Proud owner of an Acura TL. Will be back for other services when needed. read more

At one point, my entire family used their services. I have used their services for more than ten years and even now living in NY, I still drive down and make sure to get my car looked by their mechanics. They are trustworthy, reasonable, and fair with you. I know my car is always in safe hands with their staff. Eddy is my go-to-mechanic and he's easily accesible, will make time to service my car or make sure it's in tip-top shape. It's hard to trust mechanics, but in the last 10+ years, I have never had one single bad experience. Look no further--this is the mechanic you want!! :) read more

I've been coming to Kevin's shop for a couple of years now after moving down from NY. My brother recommended him and I haven't looked any where ever since. Id recommend him to any of my friends and family. read more

My car felt weird so I took it here. Within a few minutes the problem was diagnosed and within an hour it was fixed! They were closing so I offered to come back but they insisted on staying late to fix the issue! I'm new to the area and thrilled to find a mechanic I can trust. Family owned and they make you feel like family! Trustworthy, kind and efficient! Thank you! I feel safe driving my car again! read more

Went there to get my tire plugged which had a nail in it. Charged me $60. They had to plug it from inside rather than from outside. Pretty pricey. Otherwise, workmanship is good. Got it fixed right away. Would recommend going else where to get your tire plugged or at least shop around before coming here. read more

Excellent people. Honest, courteous and professional. They always do a great job. I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else.

I have been going to this epic team for years. Moved away and came back to the same mechanics. Can not beat the personalized service and they only fix what needs to be fixed, never try to cheat you into anything you don't need. Highly recommend to everybody. # 1 location for my family and I. Check it out for yourself, you'll love the service! read more

I went to this place to get a oil change which cost me 40 dollars, before I pulled off I noticed my change oil light still wasn't going off. I went back inside and told the guy he said he forgot to reset it he came out and supposedly he reset it (Which he didn't) cause the light was still on he then told me to wait a day or so because it might take a minute to go off. So I say ok a week goes by and the light is still on then my low oil light comes on. I take my car to a mechanic and he checks it out, when he checks the oil there is literally no oil in my engine the guy never put any in there because I don't have a oil leak because I have brand new engine in my car. I call H &H and they tell me they don't do stuff like that at this shop which they do because the guy also told me I needed new shocks which I don't. This place is a rip off and they take advantage of women if they can I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been bringing my car here since they opened. Great place and unlike other places that take advantage of women and their car maintenance, this establishment has never tried to cheat me about what needs to be done for the car. I trust them with my Prius. I've had oil changes and brake pads replaced. No complaints here! read more

The repairs were done well I suppose. Problem: they quoted me one price then charged me much higher for the same work. I think they could not do the job so they gave it to a business on the same lot so they charged me the original fee and the extra amount from the other repair shop. There was nothing I could do. I had to pay. Kevin is the worst person to deal with. read more
