Never had a good experience here. Completely unreliable. Been there multiple times during regular listed business hours to find the shop closed and no posted sign or message on the machine. Made appointments and confirmed multiple times just to show up and have them to say I'm not on the schedule and turn me away. And then there's the actual mechanic work. I had SO many complications with the initial installation they made, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but their mistake caused me to be fined. The issues pursued on and off for MONTHS before I finally took my car to a more reputable mechanic. He said it was a "very crappy installment" and removed and replaced all the parts H&H worked on. I have had zero issues since. I also now go to Caton Auto in Laurel for recalibrations, which are MUCH cheaper there and the staff is incredibly helpful. This shop is closest to me, but I drive all the way to College Park now because I can actually trust the service there. Fortunately, I will never have to go to this shop again. read more

He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. I called the shop to get an estimate and the immediately scheduled a diagnostic appoint the next day and then the day after i had an appointment with Eddy. He was very informative about the issue and the potential impact of not repairing it soon which was good for me because He took his time to explain everything. He was patient and professional and the work was completed with care and attention to detail. He also sent pictures and videos to keep me informed on his progress. The best part about this place is their prices are FAIR. The Lexus dealership was trying to charge me almost two times more that what i paid for him to replace the water pump and belt. I am convinced these other reviews are from friends and family of the owners of this place. I have been coming here for four months now for my recalibration of my Intoxalock. My last place wasn't doing them anymore because of Corona virus. Every single month they try to give me a different price because they forget the initial price they gave me of 30. I have never come across a family that is so deceitful. I make sure to bring my brother because I literally felt uncomfortable after the second month. One of the mechanics his name was Kevin I believe, he gave me the hardest time about giving me another blow piece when he was the one that told me to throw my initial one away. I was riding around for a month with no blow piece or sticker on the bottom of my breathalyzer, he was so careless, and showed he could care less about the service he provided me. Then laughed and said he had no more. They don't come free. I was so appalled and disgusted. Before I was going to Api in Elkridge and man do I miss them. Api was so professional, efficient, and followed their guidelines. I just came yesterday for my fourth recalibration and I won't be going back. I am fed up with the unprofessionalism, the other mechanic there tried to once again give me another price for recalibration and when I stated no it's this amount because I purposely asked for written receipts and thank god I did to show proof. They are dishonest, deceitful, and rude. I am never going anywhere near this place again. If you have been here please check the work that has been done. They are crook and liars. read more

GO ELSEWHERE... I have never had a vehicle returned to me with so many damages. After taking my historic vehicle here to have something very standard installed, it was returned to me with extensive interior damage, exterior damage, and an electrical malfunction with my airbags. The shop refused to take any responsibility for the damages, despite the damage being immediately apparent upon getting the vehicle back and me having witnessed a careless technician completely run over a curb while driving my vehicle. Because of the type of vehicle, the parts are no longer made and the damage is irreparable and parts irreplaceable...I sincerely regret bringing my vehicle here. For a routine service this place was charging 3 times as much as shops in the area, and requesting cash payments only. PS If you are a young woman, you may feel uncomfortable going here alone. Avoid this place for the sake of your vehicle, budget, and peace of mind. There are MANY other options nearby! read more

Went there to get my tire plugged which had a nail in it. Charged me $60. They had to plug it from inside rather than from outside. Pretty pricey. Otherwise, workmanship is good. Got it fixed right away. Would recommend going else where to get your tire plugged or at least shop around before coming here. read more

I went to this place to get a oil change which cost me 40 dollars, before I pulled off I noticed my change oil light still wasn't going off. I went back inside and told the guy he said he forgot to reset it he came out and supposedly he reset it (Which he didn't) cause the light was still on he then told me to wait a day or so because it might take a minute to go off. So I say ok a week goes by and the light is still on then my low oil light comes on. I take my car to a mechanic and he checks it out, when he checks the oil there is literally no oil in my engine the guy never put any in there because I don't have a oil leak because I have brand new engine in my car. I call H &H and they tell me they don't do stuff like that at this shop which they do because the guy also told me I needed new shocks which I don't. This place is a rip off and they take advantage of women if they can I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I think they could not do the job so they gave it to a business on the same lot so they charged me the original fee and the extra amount from the other repair shop. There was nothing I could do.
