    I will most likely not use the location ever again. For a multitude of reasons. Let's get into it…read more When I first pulled in there were two customers in front of me. When I got into the line I was told by an employee to pull up to bay 3. I did so. I am idling there and then another employee came up to me and told me that bay 3 was closed. I was told to back up and pull into a spot and wait until one of the other two cars pulled into a bay. This wouldn't have been bad, but the lot is so narrow here and if another vehicle had pulled into the lot, I would not have been able to do this. Then a vehicle left the bay and one car pulled through. I was instructed to pull up to the bay to be in wait. What is supposed to be a 15 minute service turns into anywhere from 30-45 minute wait. While sitting in wait at bay 1, lo and behold bay 3 opened up. A bay I was told to vacate, I would have been in by this point. Instead, another employee came out and told me to move to bay 2 and I would be in within a few minutes. I move again, and while I pull up to bay 2, I give them my information so that when I get in there it won't be that long of a wait. I explicitly told them I just wanted an oil change and that was all. Nothing else. They then try to upsale me on so many things. Radiator flush, transmission fluid change, wipers, air filter, upgrade to a synthetic oil. Then the best of all, they told me that my vehicle has started to have an oil leak. Funny, no oil under my car no matter where I park, no low oil light either. I know you need to meet quotas, but if I tell you I only want and oil change, respect that. I do not want to pay top dollar for a service I can get done elsewhere for cheaper, or do myself. Especially when you show me something that I had just done myself a mere six months ago. Also, when I tell you that I don't drive very much now, respect that as well. I don't put the wear and tear on my vehicle as much as I used to. I appreciate the hustle, but respect my intentions.

    If i could give 0 stars, i would, this place is a scam i went up here this morning and and was…read morecharged closed to 1000 dollars for front rotors and a set of break pads, not only did it take all of three hours, the employees are constantly joke, rambling or playing around, or on their phones. they constantly try and tact things on to increase your TOTAL, i also saw one of the employees taking someone's air filter to the dumpster, and when he walked back out the filter in his hand appeared to be dirty with oil stains. then he walked up to a customer and said your filter looks like it needs to be changed, absolutely insane to witness. after the 3 hour wait I'm told after all services rendered we now need approval, when i told Winston or whatever his name is the man i was dealing with that my vehicle is a fleet vehicle, the correct way would have been to identify the issue, then notify my fleet for approval for repairs, then render repairs, Winston was very rude, gave me the middle finger, and told me he doesn't fight, he Shoots, while pointing his fingers at me, as if to shoot me. when i left for some reason one of your employees purposefully sabotaged my front right blinker, so that it would not work, it was working before i came, when i came back to get it fixed I'm told to get in line, then they threatened me because i refused to have to wait, for a mistake they made, 20 mins later the manager comes out rips the bulb out of the socket and slams it on the ground, rushes to put a new bulb in and does it in a manner you could not believe, then slams my hood with full force. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you value your hard-earned money, have self-respect for yourself and family, and value your life because driving without a way to signal is dangerous and illegal. IN SHORT GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE and avoid this. YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Confronted the manager regarding this issue, he did not take any accountability, feigned ignorance, and simply did not care whatsoever. This location has no values, please just go somewhere else, anywhere else but here.

My car had been making a whirring noise when I started it. I dropped it off at noon on Wednesday. The technician called back and said that it wasn't making the noise when he started it, but suggested that it might only be making the noise in the cold; I could leave it overnight and they could see if it was making the noise in the morning. I have a nasty cold and wasn't planning to go anywhere on Thursday anyway, so I agreed; now that he mentioned it, I'd only been hearing the noise first thing in the morning when it was below 30 degrees. So far, so good. Thursday (today) rolls around. No calls. My nasty cold and I took a nap with the phone right next to the bed, sure I'd be woken by a call. Nope. I called them at 11 and they had no idea what I was talking about; they just had a sheet saying that the car was fine, and no one had told them to start it up again in the morning, so that was a giant waste of my time. They did find a nail in one of the tires (which no one had mentioned the day before). I said fine, go ahead and replace it. 2 pm rolls around. 3 hours since they said they were going to replace the tires, more than 24 hours since I dropped it off. I called them back and asked if my car was ready. No, it wasn't. They hadn't even started on it, because when I'd called and given the go-ahead to replace the tire, they hadn't quoted me a price, so they couldn't replace it yet. Why didn't they call me immediately after they realized they hadn't given me a price? Who knows? So, to recap: my car has been there for 26 hours and counting. They aren't addressing the thing that I dropped it off for, but they did find a nail in the tire after sitting on the car for almost 24 hours. And they refused to tell me any of this, or make any progress at all, until I called and begged them to do it. How will this saga end? Who knows? They've officially had my car for longer than I was in labor with my first child. Never again. Never. Again.
