Reliably what I need and easy to deal with. They are polite and efficient every time I visit.

Kyle and Xavier took advantage of me! charged me for topping off my fluids (which they initially claimed were free with the oil change) then on the receipt there was a DISPOSAL FEE???? Make this make sense if you are adding fluids to my vehicle. Next time choose Jiffy Lube read more

Excellent customer service, everyone was extremely nice! They kept me informed every step of the way! The service was fast and it was really cool to be able to see them working on the car from below via monitor. Will definitely be returning! The price was also fair. read more

10/10 experience! I got an oil change and they were super quick and thorough. The oil change also came with checking my other fluids and I believe the air in my tires. They also explained/showed me the different pricing options so there were no surprises. I would advise to check online for coupons as well and remember to show them prior to paying! I believe I paid $83 or $93 with taxes read more

I love this place it's so convenient the manager Irwin greeted us when we pulled in. He asked if we wanted water tea or coffee while we wait. They cleaned off our window as we were getting our oil changed. They are able to look for several things while you are here and always ensure your tires are at the right psi. Everyone was friendly and attentive read more

I've been to this location several times already and they're always pretty quick and very efficient. I usually come here for oil changes and routine maintenance. The staff is always friendly too and the cost is fairly reasonable. read more

Everyone showcased excellent customer service skills except for a young little boy on the inside of the garage. No manners or respect when it came to directing me how to pull into the spot. Full blown attitude and disrespectful tone. Light skin with braids. If this location let go of him it would make the service and overall experience 10 x's better read more

A Total Joke. I arrived at the center around 8:30 on a Saturday morning and pulled up to the door of the left-side service bay. A man on the other side of the door gestured me to move my car to the right-side bay, which I did. Then I waited. And waited. I was the only customer inside or outside the building. And I watched four guys inside chat amongst themselves and ignore me. After five minutes I left and drove up the road to Valvoline. Very disappointed. For all my previous visits, the staff was very professional and friendly. My experience was similar to those described in many other posts in this thread. Hard to understand. Four men, one customer. And no one can even open the service bay door. What were they doing? read more

All around great service for a great price! I definitely recommend this place. Anyone who says otherwise probably is a hard customer to deal with. read more

A well organized, clean shop. There was no hard sell on extras with the oil change. Very pleasant, friendly service.

Before I go to any business I always check their Yelp reviews and this place had a pretty good listing so I gave them a try. I called before going in and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. When I arrived (I came during a slow hour) I was seen within 10mins. Walter and another guy, I didn't get his name helped me out. They told me all the things my car needed and gave me the option to fix it right on the spot. I just wanted an oil change for now but I will definitely be back to fix any minor issues that come up. Thank you guys! read more

Great location, great crew- I was in and out quickly and although they recommend additional things, they never pressure you! highly recommend! read more

This location is always friendly to me and my family. My son loves going to the lube center because he knows he'll receive a juice box and he enjoys watching the person go under the car on the tv screen. I like this location because they clearly communicate what's going with my vehicle and get me in and out quickly. :) * free car wash coupon at the Crofton location * go on the Lube center - laurel website for couponso read more

As a first-time customer, I highly recommend that you visit The Lube Center of Laurel, MD. The Service Technicians Koffi Ahiakpor (Bottom Technician) Walter Benitez (Manager) Raymond Stewart (Top Technician) even the Tech In the (next bay) were very professional and knowledgeable, these guys' warm personalities are what we need in this world to provide top-quality customer service, keep up the great customer service gentleman. read more

I feel strongly that they stripped the oil pan threads on my BMW costing me a huge amount of money to repair. If I could give them a zero, I would give them -0 or the bill for my damage. The manager made all kinds of excuses but all I know is my car was not leaking oil prior to going to get the oil change. When I received an oil change from this business, my car had oil leaking everywhere. This was a nightmare. read more

The guys were absolutely great!!! Hilarious as hell and so welcoming. I've never been to a shop like this that checked everything and were so kind. read more

First time trying out "The Lube center" had a great experience with my oil change & definitely would recommend bringing your vehicle in for the services they offer. The staff were very friendly & professional. They did a all around inspection of my vehicle, offered me complimentary coffee & gave me recommendations of service that my vehicle required.I honestly think the value of the services is very fair & definitely will be coming back. read more

Time for an oil change and I decided to come here. Fast & knowledgeable staff. A little on the pricey side but I love that you get the convenience of staying in your car, while they change the oil, brilliant idea. read more

I have come to this location for over 2 years for multiple cars in my family. They are always friendly, fast, and cost effective. I have a vehicle that is always giving me oil troubles - older car. Irwin has gone out of his way the last few visits to explain what he is seeing, what they can do, and recommended someone that could take a further look to see if there is something behind the scenes. Always a pleasure to use their drive through services and feel well looked after. Highly recommend read more

Fast and efficient. Friendly staff and professional. Definitely in and out as you wait in your car. You actually see the work being done vs the dealer your car is hidden for hours. I will always support. Thanks guys for everything. read more

The Lube Center is absolutely the best. The manager and her team are courteous, professional, friendly and very helpful. Service was prompt and provided information as they went along, offered options and explanations, no hard sell. Often auto service places treat women differently than men - not here. Laurel location- I came here for my first time after I was impressed with hearing about an express oil change spot. I love the fact that you could sit in your car while being service. I disliked how they try to go about providing you with other suggestions your car needs. It's just OK to print it off at the end of whatever service you request on your receipt any recommendations in which they do that also but they also come up to your car window like sales people and try to pitch you a sale. Now that's what we're not going to do‍ I'm convinced some of the things they stated my car needed it, it actually did not need because my car was serviced at a dealership recently and I only came there because I was pressed for convenience for a oil change. Getting 2 stars because of the convenience for me otherwise it would not get 2 stars the techs were extremely nice and pleasant but I'm not sure what the fishy business is about in here. I will not be returning. They did not even reset my change oil light that didn't dawn on me till I was driving home. I'm hoping they even changed my oil because I'm not a mechanic so it's hard to tell what exactly they were doing. $44 basic oil change I normally pay $25 -$30 at the dealership or tire place. Tip: If this is your first time looking for this place look for the big MARLO furniture sign on the corner of Contee Road it's right there. You will see it I drove past this place. read more

Needed an oil change. It was quick and fast. The people were polite and professional.

I love how efficient and fast this place is. I had to discontinue my patron of Jiffy Lube after they improperly installed an oil filter and caused my car to not have any oil in it. Been coming here for three years every since. Went in on Sunday 5/5 and the manager, Roy? Tells me he bought the business from the previous owner and it is now a black owned establishment. Not sure if thats true, hoping someone can confirm. If it is true thats great! But Im not sure because everytime I come in the TV is turned to Fox News Ok Update: Just called WLR the parent company of Lube Center. The Lube Centers are not individually owned or franchised they are owned 100% by WLR Automotive Group https://www.washluberepair.com/leadership/ So not sure if Roy understood my question, but this is not a black owned business but a black managed business. Which is great! But Ultimately I want to support a black owned business. read more

I have been coming here for about a year for fast oil changes and other routine maintenance like wiper blades, light bulbs, filters, refill fluids, engine flush, etc. In most cases I either have a short wait or get in immediately for them to begin. The work is done while you sit in your car, so you're right there, seeing everything that's being done. If you're only getting an oil change, it takes about 15 min once you get in. I typically stop across the street and get some lunch to go (such as California Tortilla), and eat it in my car while they do their work. They are really knowledgeable and make great recommendations but are not pushy about the services. Best of all, they're friendly and not condescending when I have questions about the maintenance on my car. read more

They don't deserve a star! If I could, I'd give them a middle finger. It's snowing today, the hours on their door say 8 am - 7 pm, yet when I entered at 1:30 pm on this Tuesday, the female manager looked at her employee and said "We're closing!" in an irritated tone. When I said I wasn't sure where to park, the employee by the door said "Go park across the street and give your keys to whoever's across the street!" He insultingly laughed in my face. He again joked that I should just leave and give my car to a random person across the street then they'll take care of my car later. Then the male manager rushed over to us, and again, instead of talking directly to me, the customer, who's in front of him, he also looks at his employee and says "NO! NO! We're closed!!" His other employee was kind enough to check the prices when I asked him how much oil changes were, but BOTH of his UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE managers made him stop. You know, because they're closing and there's no such thing as customer service during closing time at their shop apparently... Even though it's only 1:30 pm. I ONLY came here because of the "great" reviews on Yelp, but little did I know they would treat me like shit on a snow day. Bitchy, rude, nasty customer service. I still can't believe how UPSET the managers got when I came in during their working hours. And here I was, willing to throw $300+ their way to change my tires and oil. Screw this place. read more

Came here for the good reviews. Ended up with terrible service. I asked this one guy if he could check my tire pressure as I got an oil change and ended up giving me a flat tire when I got home because he forgot to screw the cap back on right. Like really dude?? You had one job... High mileage Oil changes here are super expensive, $60. I could have done mine at firestone for half the price. Ridiculous. read more

I love the Lube Center. I usually go to the location in Germantown but I have moved since. I didn't want to travel all the way to Germantown so I came to the Laurel location. I went thinking maybe they won't be as nice as the other location. I was wrong the place was exactly the same. They are the standard of Customer Service. Everyone is always friendly and very professional. I got an oil change and they topped off my fluids. I will be back and I'm happy to have found this Business for all my oil needs. read more

Very professional and fast and friendly! I was very impressed by how they talked to customers and how they worked together. I called 4:33pm on a Saturday afternoon and hoping to get a fast service before they close. They knew it was me when i pulled in. They checked everything and they told me nothing i need to get fixed. That means honesty and professionalism. I was always recommended to change things elsewhere maybe because i dont know anything about cars and i certainly do look like so. they did not ask me to change anything unnecessary. It is very hard to find a company with all good ratings. But i believe it is possible with you! I know nothing about a car. But i will come back. This is how much you win my trust.
