I have eaten here many times and have at this point had most of their dishes on their menu multiple times. They are constantly inconsistent with what they serve, one day a dish will be wonderful, order it again and its portion size shrunk and the quality has gone to just edible. This is across the menu with what they put out, order one day and you're happy, next three times with the same dish & you wish you stayed home and eaten Asian from the frozen food section of the grocery store. read more

Food was good but very poor service. Waited over 1 hour for our food and ended up having to take it to go. Server seemed like he was having a bad night. Never offered to refill our water. Honestly think they forgot about our order because our friend got her food (my friend and I didn't get our order although we ordered 20 minutes before our other friend). One of my favorite restaurants. Joy can cook some really great authentic Thai food. Service is also very good.The Thai Basil has become my , well, one of my favorite dishes. The Spring rolls rock!! Love the Curry, as we as all the cabbage dishes. Like sitting at the bar, love when they have the Thai beer , can't think of the name, but it starts with an S. Best Thai food I've ever had and I've lived in two major cities. They are willing to make it really spicy for you if that's your jam! I love the honey glazed beef, thai basil chicken, and pad see ew. This is not fast food. The chefs make these dishes with love. read more

The wait times are long, which thankfully we knew from word of mouth. We placed an order online an hour and fifteen minutes in advance and still had to wait another 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The hostess was being very unprofessional and telling people she hopes they have nowhere to be in a snarky tone as they walked through the door rather than politely letting them know what the wait time for food was. My fresh rolls were inedible due to how stiff the rice paper wraps were and didn't come with nearly enough sauce (tiny container) for both of them. The rest of the food gave us both instant stomach aches that had us taking turns using the bathroom for the rest of the night. They charge extra for rice. The fact that rice isn't included with the curry is laughable, but what was even better was paying the extra dollar for rice and receiving the saddest looking tiny scoop of rice anyone has ever seen. It's always exciting when a new restaurant comes to town, especially something other than Mexican food, but this place needs to do better if they want to make it. Disappointing. read more

We enjoyed our dinner at Joyful Thai so much. The two dishes(Orange chicken and Drunken noodles)and appetizer(tempura vegetables) were expertly prepared and very tasty. The restaurant was crowded but our wait was not more than 15-20 minutes. The wait staff of 1 was doing a good job of getting around to everyone and let us know it would be a longer wait for our drinks. We were impressed and we will be back to try some other dishes! read more

I would love to see Joyful thai go back to their quality they had as a pop up. I ate there in both okanogan andTonasket. I've ordered on line, showed up for my order and was told it was not in their records. I re ordered and waited 45 minutes. That was about 4 months ago. Yesterday, decided to take 2 friends and try again. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for menus. We ordered our food after waiting and waiting for the waitress to return. 15 more minutes and she returned with one order of spring rolls, no plates, no silverware. She Returned later finally with 2 plates saying that was all the clean plates they had. Finally got silverware. Each course came with a wait instead of as family style and the final item " got lost". The waitress asked us if we had been served it! Then when it arrived, the pad Thai was horrible, mushy noodles, briny taste to the sauce. We returned it and said we couldn't eat it. Finally got our check and the food we couldn't eat was still on the check. Disappointed to see the food and service so poor is an understatement. 2.5 hours I'll never get back. read more

These guys have the BEST, freshest food! I am soooo excited they are open in their own place in town! Love their fried rice and egg rolls and whatever that sauce is that comes with the egg rolls! YUM!!! Plus the place is decorated so nice, it's clean and the staff is great! read more
