Took staffer way too long to get manager over to fix problem, then again way too long to process order and pay for it. 2) Finally, my turn. I was told they couldn't fill my mugs due to COVID, even though other BC McDonald's locations had filled them. 3) My order was put in the queue with other orders. Staff stood around and waited for food to be prepared for other orders, when they could have filled my order and had me on my way. 4) Women's washroom was out of order. Urinal was out of order in men's washroom. Hey McDonald's: if you're going to promote McCafe your service needs to be tailored to do a much better job.
