Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Great large menu and cozy bar in the back ! I had a Rueben with salad with honey mustard dressing and my mom a small burger. We really liked the food service was fast and we shared the other half of the Rueben and ate three hours later, was perfect tasting ! Would love to try other menu items extremely tasty though and great experience in this rustic charming town !

What a great little stop in Republic. It has the appearance on the outside of possibly being a dive bar but in reality there is a nice restaurant area in the front of the building. There is also a bar and large that goes with it, but in the back part of the building. We stopped in to cool off from a hot day on the cycles and grab a cold drink and appetizers. They iced tea hit the spot and the apps were very good. The mozzarella sticks were actually better than most, mushroom app was tasty, and the chips and dip was excellent. Our server was very friendly and kept the drinks full. One of the big bonuses is that the restaurant area was clean. Something we always appreciate. Another table had the nachos and they looked awesome, so we'll be back to try those.

We were greeted with a warm friendly server and a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. We chose to sit on the patio and happy we did - it was a beautiful day, good for people watching and the birds were singing their tune. After reviewing the menu we put in our order. We all got some variation of Eggs Benedict - add avocado or bacon. We each had a different drink. I had the bloody Mary and found it to be one of the best I've ever had!! Friends had a long island and a wine spritzer. They each enjoyed the libations!! The eggs were perfectly cooked and the homemade hollandaise sauce was KILLER!!! Another person waiting tables came by to check on us. When we replied how much we were enjoying our meal, he said "well then, you need to come back on Monday. Our chef makes all the desserts and they are simply the best. We offer a sinful chocolate cake and a cream brulee cheesecake that will knock your socks off." I was convinced in that moment that I needed this cheesecake so we ordered 2 to-go. It did, in fact, knock my socks off!!!! I was very impressed with this beautiful little restaurant, their service was remarkable and the atmosphere was so inviting. Whatever you do...come here and eat, drink, and be merry!! One last comment: a few days later we were visiting the brewery next door and ordered the Cowboy Nachos (smothered fries)...OMG, so good (recommend a side of their homemade ranch - you're welcome)!!!

It has a great theme with the wooden spoons everywhere, cool old tin panels in the ceiling as well as the burlap bags. You order at the counter, pay and get your numbered wooden spoons which you place in a glass milk carton at the table you choose while awaiting your food. There is plenty of brick inside the restaurant which is always something I like. The woman who took or order said that the owner had bought the place behind them and they were blowing out the wall in between the two establishments so the kitchen can service two places. Sounds good right? The problem we had was that the breakfasts we got were not hot, I mean barely warm. My sunny up eggs were barely done, still alot of clear in the whites. My two halves of toast were put together, butter to butter. The second pieces together for my entire meal I was going to put marmalade on after I had finished all but them. The butter had not even melted into the toast, it was still whole butter. Everything tasted quite good, but it has to be hot. We would certainly return, but it fell just short of the mark. Too bad!

The staff were all super friendly and the waitress knew every local by name and greeted them all. She was just as friendly to me and brought coffee in a Harley mug as she saw me pull in on mine. This is definitely biker friendly with a nicely paved lot. The Mickie omelette was outstanding and the smaller version was just right for me. The toast they use is some of the best I've ever had. It feels weird to give a shout out to wheat bread, but it's deserved. This will be a must stop for future trips through the area. While it may look a little tired on the outside, what happens inside is well worth the stop.

They just serve breakfast and close at noon. The parking lot, and inside dining area, is usually quite busy. It's bright, it's clean and now under new owners. I ordered the blueberry pancakes with the "German sausage." The Grouch took my order, all the while displaying UNgrouch-like qualities. She was cordial, prompt ... very pleasant; all the things you would look for in quality service. My breakfast came quickly. The pancakes were delicious; loaded with plump blueberries. The sausage was somewhat disappointing. As I'm finding out up here in the PNW, "sausage" more than likely means a fat, smoked hot dog. At least, that's been my experience whenever I order it ... in quite a few places now. Nevertheless, it was tasty and juicy and went well with the pancakes. And, FYI, the coffee is good too. Prices are very reasonable. I'm sure Little Gallea will be around a lot longer with the new crew. I'm hoping they'll expand to accommodate evening dining someday soon. Until then, I'll keep enjoying the breakfasts ... with bacon next time.
