Visited Osoyoos on a recent trip to the North to spend time with nice people and wanted to drop a few dimes on a good meal. Known as the wine "capitol" of Canada, this lovely little town in the Okanagan just across the U.S. border sees its population grow from roughly 7k to over 60K during the summer beach going season--Winter is a very good time to visit. 15 Park looked like it might fit the bill based on their food porn photos so I strolled there from my cheapo lodging and was seated at an empty bar. This Bistro is located in the Watermark Resort and, normally, requires a reservation due to limited seating. They had a Sunday pre-fix menu option that included prime rib, a salad, and dessert--An easy decision. The meat was cooked to crimson perfection and the meal was divine. Really enjoyed chatting with the bartender and host ... their service was impeccable. Highly recommended if you find yourself in Osoyoos. read more

Fabulous place. Osoyoos seems to be filled with them. This one is part of a hotel complex situated along Osoyoos Lake. The beauty continues across the lake to vineyards along the foothills. The food is delicious at lunch time when we went. From the Shrimp Gyoza and Bao Buns ( which humorously means Buns Buns), to the Ahi Tuna Tacos, it was all amazing. Even had a great Rosé though I forget which one. The park burger and Tuna Poke Bowl were also big hits with the family. The service was great. Very helpful when ordering and on top of everything. Always with a smile. They gave us a delicious chocolate and ice cream something for my wife and I's Birthdays. I don't recall if it was complimentary or if our friends ordered it as to take a phone call and it was there when I got back. I'd eat here over and over if I could. While on vacation my boyfriend and I stayed at the Watermark Beach Resort, and for our first meal decided to pop on into 15 Park Bistro, conveniently located off the lobby of the hotel. We were seated immediately outside under their gazebo, and were swiftly presented menus. Upon review he decided to get their bbq pork ribs, and I went for their full size Caesar salad with grilled chicken as an add on. We also ordered their Wine Flight, that came with 3 three oz glasses of our choice of wine. We picked a Chardonnay, a rose, and a red, though I'm not sure which type he chose for the red as it was a last minute pick :) The Caesar salad was obviously made in house and fresh as can be, with big pieces of pancetta and perfectly grilled chicken fresh from their grill. The dressing was delicious, savoury, and creamy, yet light and uplifting. His ribs were quite literally falling off the bones. Though he said the bbq sauce wasn't anything special, the meat was tender and moist. The interior was trendy, modern, clean, and just the right amount of communal and intimate. Like sitting on a patio at a family event, with friendly staff and fresh grilled items wafting through the air. I would sincerely recommend 15 Park Bistro to anyone visiting Osoyoos for a classy, upscale luncheon, or other meal. Though be advised it's worth the high price point for the quality received, it may be more than some would be willing to pay. For us, within our budget on vacation, it was a one time fair, though we still think about how on point everything was. read more

This restaurant is inside the Watermark Beach Resort. The covered patio is right by the lake which is quite pleasant especially in summer. I started with a glass of their 2021 Chardonnay. It was smooth and a little fruity as I don't like it too dry. I later learnt that you can request sampling. As I wanted to save room for dessert, I ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese, which is not a big portion. The dish could have a little more lobster. The flavour was good - just what you expect in a Mac & cheese. It was toasty and not soggy, which had a nice texture. Perhaps it's located in a nice hotel, I would have a higher expectation. For dessert I had the Dark Chocolate Gateau. It was rather milk chocolate, not dark chocolate in my definition. It was decorated with bourbon salted caramel, espresso anglaise and hazelnut sponge. Don't get me wrong. It was a nice dessert. Perhaps for dark chocolate lovers, this wouldn't cut it. The service was good in general. When the server was busy serving multiple tables, expect to wait a little. The food was served in a reasonable pace. I would try other dishes when I'm in town again. read more

If there was a option of 20 stars this place deserves it. Your trip to Osoyoos is absolutely incomplete without dining here. We planned our trip to Osoyoos a week before and I we stayed at the beachmark hotel and 15 park bistro is their in house restaurant. I called a week before to book a table and let them know it's our anniversary. Once we arrived in the restaurant everyone greeted us with anniversary wishes and Tom who was our server was the most outstanding guy that there is!! The manager and the bartender were really nice too. They gave us sparkling wine on the house to begin the celebration ! My sons Mac and cheese were the best we had. He was so happy! The spicy chicken lettuce wraps were a disappointment as they were very sweet. The main event was the main course . My oh my!!! My husband had the steak and said it was the best piece of meat he had ever had and I had a similar opinion about the chicken I had. I cannot believe a meal can be this delicious! The mashed potatoes with crispy layer were out of this world. The brandy peppercorn sauce was so good that my mouth is still watering while writing about it. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious too. Overall, amazing service, mind blowing food and very good ambiance. Hell we are coming back in summer!! read more

Friendly service. Ample seating for the outside. There's heated lamps incase you need it. Inside is small but beautiful. Nice variety for wine. Halibut was good... only thing is would be nice if it came with a bit more carbs for $32 it needed to include maybe a small side of bread. Lobster nachos were loaded. read more

We went to celebrate a birthday and after driving for over 6+ hours from Vancouver, we quickly dropped of our bags at our Airbnb, and made it just before they were closing. We started of with the chicken thai chili lettuce tomato wraps which were very good. Then we ordered the lobster mac n cheese which was hearty but could not taste the lobster. We paired our meal with a bottle of the Tempranillo which our waitress recommended and it was a nice pairing. My friend also ordered the French onion soup but it did not have melted cheese on top so she thought it was ok. We had the white chocolate soup which did not sound as divine as it tasted. Was a great meal on our initial night in Oliver. We had to look for parking but there were spots available nearby. read more

Friendly service and ok food. They do not have beer on tap. This is odd at a beach resort. Your seating choices are outside by a loud pool or inside in an echo chamber. Either option is loud! The bartender has no prep area due to the non-functional bar layout. Be prepared to get friendly with all the servers, depending on where the other guests' drinks are made. read more

Came here at 7:45 PM asking to order take-out. The hostess says the kitchen is too busy and I'd have to wait till 8. No problem - it's visibly packed and even the bartenders by the front are breaking a sweat and working at a furious pace - I get it. 8 o'clock rolls around, I wait another 5 mins and am able to make eye contact with the hostess so she comes and lets me know that the kitchen is completely slammed and can't do take-out. I'm thinking, "then why did you ask me to wait till 8 and it's now 8:05 so you've wasted 20 mins of my time." Thankfully she asks what I want so she can try asking the kitchen if they can fit my order in. Luckily she says they can and I wait another 25 mins. No apology for the wait, by this time I have been sitting at the front for 45 mins. Look, I get that the restaurant was legitimately busy but the two girls beside me who were waiting for a table and could not get in right away were treated like royalty - given free cocktails, chatted up by the bartender to make sure they were okay, showered with apologies and offered appies while they waited. Here I can barely get someone to take my order and have to negotiate just to get the kitchen to accept it. Please don't take your take-out customers for granted. Would've been nice if someone apologized and even just offered me an iced water - doesn't cost anything and makes a good impression on your guests. I'm giving this two stars because even though the portions were super small and expensive for what you get, the food was legitimately tasty. I'm on a keto diet so realize a burger is going to be significantly smaller without the bun but the patty was tiny and it was an extra 8 dollars to add bacon, cheese and mushrooms. I added 3 dollars for the lobster bisque which was super tasty, albeit again a very tiny portion. Three days on the road from Calgary just eating keto-friendly sandwiches with the almond flour bagels I brought, I was happy to have a hot, tasty meal. Just please improve customer service for takeout guests and consider increasing portion sizes. Thank you. read more

Great atmosphere, food was really good but portion size of the lobster ravioli was appetizer at best. Ridiculous to charge $32 for a main course that consisted of 6 ravioli that lacked Lobster. Common Chef, throw in some bread to at least curb the appetite that a person comes in with or include this item on the appetizer/kids menu at half the cost. read more

My friends and I have absolutely fallen in love with 15 Park Bistro. Their weekend brunch is incredible! Hands down best waffle I've ever had. The servers are always so friendly. My friends and I always request Thomas or Francois because they're always making such great recommendations. My personal recommendation would be the Moroccan Chicken Bowl along side a Lakeside Lemonade or ask for a surprise from their bar tender Danny. read more

I've never been, so as I couldn't book at my usual place, I would give 15 Park Bistro a try. Annie was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. She also prefaced that they were short staffed but you couldn't tell as I received all my orders in a timely fashion. Jordan was the manager that night and he was also quite good as he was on the floor in support and performing table checks often. The food however was subpar. We ordered the Tomato & 'Tanto Latte' Burrata Salad, which was good, but I ordered the 12oz Double Cut Brined Pork Chop, and it was not what I expected. I expected a nicely grilled, bone-in chop but I received two tenderloins that were slightly overcooked. I was grateful Annie recommended the gorgonzola sauce as that helped. For the children: chicken strips/fries...(fairly standard) and the bacon cheeseburger. The cheese was baked on which added to the dryness to the burger. The setting on the patio was nice however I did not expect the mosquitoes. I felt as a long-standing bistro that has been in the water, they would have measures in place. 15 Park Bistro reopened with a beautiful renovation. Full menu overhaul and it is a combination of really nice tapas to food your children can also enjoy. With the outdoor grass area and patio we have enjoyed both a hi-end dinner and also a family friendly one. Great cocktails and a wine list that offers a wide variety for both price and pallet. Met a friend at the restaurant for a drink and food but was very disappointed with the experience. To hear the bartender tell another guest a racial joke about his Mexican gardener is appalling!
