I've never been greeted at the window, just been asked what can I get you. As a barista, I understand how trying the job can be, but in a small town it's important to be cheery and welcoming. The baristas aren't bad people, or rude, or mean. They just seem like they don't want to connect with their customers or make an effort in that area. Let me clarify: I've never been treated rudely by any barista there. I just believe they could make an effort and be a bit more friendly. The quality of drinks and rapid service are incredible.
