There was a lot of natural light in the coffee shop, definitely a visually-appealing, 'aesthetic' place. I got an iced red tea and it was delicious. The tea was botanical, smooth and fragrant. Amazing experience! Excited to come back and try the coffee and pastries, which looked super fresh.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

Sightglass coffee is pretty good, coffee snobs can definitely appreciate the difference. They are serious about how they roast their beans, which is fairly obvious from their set up. I'd walk over to Sightglass to purchase my coffee, just for the coffee to-go for my day. There are apple places to sit upstairs, and it feels conducive as a study spot and/or a space for working from your laptop. The noise is minimal, and the hums and the chatter downstairs from the coffee bar is almost comforting. The last time I got my coffee though... and was sitting at one of the tables to mind my own life and my own studies/work, I heard some annoying and obnoxious chatter that made wonder what they're looking for... and not in a good way. They sounded like bar maids. I don't appreciate such at coffee shops, so I left. I hope less bar maids and their "friends" frequent coffee shops, because I really value the space to pursue other interests in coffee shops like Sightglass Coffee. Unfortunately, I cannot control the traffic and I doubt that the coffee baristas can, either...

I got a vanilla latte with oat milk and it was SO creamy and well balanced. The espresso tasted great, the vanilla wasn't overpowering, and everything worked really well together. I'm actually someone who rarely finishes an entire coffee, but I liked this one so much that I finished the whole thing! My one disappointment was that I specifically came here hoping to get some work done and found out they don't have WiFi. It's a little surprising considering how many tables they have, and the space otherwise seems like it would be great for working. Definitely something to keep in mind if you're bringing your laptop. But purely based on the coffee, I had a great experience and would absolutely get that latte again!

The shop itself is beautiful--very modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It's definitely the kind of place where you'll want to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The drinks are a little on the pricier side, but honestly, they're worth it. I ordered the Matcha Velvet Latte, which came with a really nice matcha cloud on top. The presentation was great, and the drink itself was delicious. One thing I really appreciate is that they carefully measure everything that goes into each drink, so you can expect the same consistent quality every time you visit. Highly recommend the Matcha Velvet Latte if you're a matcha fan!

The americano was nicely mixed to begin with and paired well with the creamy, slightly sweet and slightly salty matcha cream without compromising the matcha bitterness. There were two lines - one for the kiosk and the other for staff. Since the latter line was shorter I thought I could get my order in early but the lady was *struggling* to get my orders straight and I had to repeat multiple times + she ultimately had to ask her co-workers how to edit.
