We were also able to get the large front window replaced as one very large pane of glass- which we had been told by other companies, they could not do. Our experience with scheduling, sales, price, installation, and follow up, could not have been better. We also were impressed that this company is based here in the DFW area and family-owned. Highly recommend Woodruff Windows!

It took about 5 months for our door to be completed and installed. The door is indeed beautiful but at the time of purchase, we were unsure between midnight or midnight with copper color (both included at no charge) and were told we could always add the copper after the door was installed at no charge when we could make a better decision. So after installation, we decided do a light copper edging. The painter was told not to do it and we were told there would be a charge but they did not know how much they'll charge. I tried reaching out by phone, email, and text. It has been about a month and still no response regarding finishing the door. Everything was great up to this point. I do not feel that I should be nickeled and dimed for something that was included at the time of purchase then ignored after making such a large purchase. Extremely disappointed.
