He took the time to walk us through all our options, explain the installation process, and answer every question we had. Since this is such a big investment, we were nervous, but he made us feel confident in our decision (especially compared to Pella). Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home (booties, cleaning as they worked), and did everything they could to minimize disruption. We have a cat, and they were so accommodating, working room by room so we could keep her calm and safe. Sky even brought her treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked efficiently, were as quiet as possible, and cleaned up as much as you realistically can after a big job like this. We also appreciated that multiple team members stopped by throughout the day to check in and make sure we were happy. Overall, we felt really well taken care of from start to finish.
