I love that Jollibee is located at the mall entrance, so you don't have to walk all the way into the mall to grab some delicious food. The line can get pretty long during weekday lunchtime and dinnertime and all day on weekends, but they hand out pagers to let you know when your order is ready. There's also an option to order ahead online and pick up in a designated area. The dining area has expanded since Red Ribbon closed down, and the workers are always friendly and welcoming. What sets Jollibee apart is their chicken. It's always crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, and not greasy at all. They even offer a spicy option, which is twice as good! Their Palabok is pretty decent, and their pineapple juice is always refreshing. However, I'm not a big fan of their spaghetti and burgers. Sure it's pricy but Jollibee absolutely hits the spot when it comes to fried chicken cravings. Meat is always moist, flavorful, and thoroughly cooked. This is typically served with a side of gravy for dipping- the idea is kind of strange but very delicious. Beside the poultry, I always grab myself an order of palabok fiesta [vermicelli noodles topped in garlic sauce with pork, shrimp, and boiled egg]. I have ordered from Jollbee before, but the one that's over in San Francisco area and I was impressed with the food there no difference here . I order their three-piece fried chicken or fries and took a chance and ordered their hamburger.. well let's start with the fried chicken. It was outstanding large pieces. Very crispy. Very delicious.... I just ordered the regular. I didn't check to see whether or not they have spicy or not but when I got it was great their pieces were large. It was actually very good. The next day as fried chicken should be... I would say there as good if not better than Kentucky Fried chicken or Popeyes or the one thing that I found it stood out. Why is there biscuits unlike Popeyes chicken biscuit this biscuit actually taste good and with the gravy, you dunk it and you eat it wonderful now the french fries the ones I got. I'm not sure if it was because of the delivery, but those could've been a little more crispy and of course they don't put salt on it so you need to be sure and request so you can add additional salt, but that's all personal preference and I decided to try their hamburger just a regular hamburger that I found pricey but I think that's because of the prices but for us a regular hamburger, it had a tendency to be costly about five dollars or six dollars ...but it was worth the price to at least experiment within so that you need to give that a shot to... so overall, I was quite happy with this location and their french fries and fried chicken so if you're looking to give some some fried chicken somewhere or you want to take it in a basket pick it up here definitely worth the extra money that it seems because!!!!! read more

I called the store right away, provided my receipt information, and explained the issue, but the person on the phone hung up on me. I called again later I explained my issue clearly on the phone, but the staff kept saying "hello? hello?" like they couldn't hear me -- even though the call was connected and I could hear them just fine. It felt like they were pretending not to hear me on purpose, which was very frustrating. My order consisted of the 1pc chicken joy meal with the pineapple quencher as my beverage. This meal also comes with gravy. I loved the pineapple juice and the chicken and gravy were fine. My chicken had a nice crisp and flavor, the gravy was a nice addition for dipping my chicken. The spaghetti however, not my favorite. The sauce was sweet, topped with cheese and chopped hot dogs. I ordered the two piece meal with mashed potato side and it came with peach mango pie. I also got the spaghetti since I've heard it's good. The spicy fried chicken was good, especially with the gravy. However that spaghetti was not it for me. Now I already knew ahead of time it has more of a sweet sauce and the flavor was familiar even tho I can't think of what it was but I just didn't enjoy it. May taste bland, but I usually eat it with ketchup or chili sauce. Get the spicy version if they don't run out of it, I think it's better. The palabok was not that exciting. New Ube pie while interesting, it's pretty bland, opt for the mango/peach pie instead. Cost It's pretty hard to find decent food at a good price these days. The chicken is on the expensive end compared to other fast food joints, but Jollibee is now on the top of that list. I've always loved the crispness of KFC chicken, but Jollibee is just as crispy without the excessive saltiness! Even smothered in gravy, Jollibee isn't too salty. I read online that the spicy chicken is extremely spicy, but I tried it and it wasn't bad at all. The spice gives it just a kick and I enjoyed it more than the original! The prices have increased due to the social climate and quality of their food, but the quantity of the food has diminished from what we've experienced in the past. My bf and I got the chickenjoy & pies deal (10pc bucket w/ 3 pies) with spicy chicken, 2 peach mango pies, and a pineapple coconut pie (seasonal). We got our order pretty quickly. Maybe less than 5 minutes. We decided to eat at the place while the chicken was still hot and crispy. One thing I thought was strange was that they didn't have any napkins or utensils available on the outside. I had to go up to the counter and ask which might be an annoyance if you underestimate how much you'll need. The workers there were pretty nice and friendly though. The chicken pieces were HUGE. I was done after one piece honestly. The 10 piece lasted 3 meals for me and my bf EACH. The chicken was VERY crispy. You could hear the other person crunch on it like an ASMR video. The inside of the chicken was very moist, but at the same time, I felt pretty grossed out by how unnaturally moist it was (think about how grossed out you were when you read the word "moist" :P). It was like eating oil and butter straight up. It was a lot better the next day after air frying it. In regards to spice, it was pretty mild but you could tell it was present. They also had gravy but we didn't really touch it. The peach mango pie was crispy on the outside and bursting with filling. I'm not much of a peach person so I didn't care for it. The pineapple coconut pie, on the other hand, was bomb! After waiting the full 35 minutes, I was given original chicken instead and only then informed that they had run out of spicy chicken. This is completely unacceptable service. If you're out of an item, customers should be told immediately when they order, not after they've already waited over half an hour. The lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is appalling. I understand restaurants can run out of items, but basic courtesy requires informing customers upfront so they can make an informed decision about whether to wait, choose an alternative, or go elsewhere. Bro and I came by this morning and order the chicken combo comes with two bags of fries and two large size cups of sodas for a mere $18! a tremendous savings. Once we placed our orders they would give us a pager and ready for pickup when it lights up. The chicken sandwiches served on a bun were golden crispy fried, crunchy, tender layer with unami mayonnaise no lettuces, onions or tomatoes simply delicious as it is. By the way you can request spicy or plain and the employees were very attentive and friendly which made our visit quite pleasant. Spacious interior for those who wished to dine-in. This place is super packed during lunch, and online ordering becomes unavailable to a certain point. Came in on a Friday around 12pm and the line was almost out the door. It look around 25 minutes to get to the front and another 10-15 to get our order. Super spacious on the inside with lots of seating available! Cashiers were working super hard to get everyone's order out asap. The only problem I found was that it was hard to hear what the cashier was saying bc the surrounding was pretty loud. I got the Jolly Spaghetti ($6.99) without the soda. Would definitely recommend if you have never tried filipino spaghetti before!! It will change your life, a lot more sweeter than regular spaghetti. My go-to Jollibee! With the convenience of it being in Great Mall, it makes for a great meal after a day of shopping. I've eaten here several times and each one hasn't disappointed at all. I ordered online ahead this time around, scheduling a pick up to avoid a wait. Upon getting there, it wasn't too clear of where exactly to pick up my food as it wasn't in its designated area. After asking however they helped us right away and we had our food! The Chicken Joy here is a must have and is their most iconic item; dipped in the side of gravy it's the perfect combo! The Palabok here is nice and flavorful, but the noodles can be mushy. I prefer it over the spaghetti when choosing a combo, because 60% of the time I get a spaghetti #1 I can never finish it and #2 the noodles are at times hard. The peach mango pies are amazing as usual, especially when it's eaten right away! The halo halos always make a great dessert on a hot day too. The flan topping is a 10/10 :,) The chicken sandwiches are mediocre, the breading isn't as crispy as the regular chicken joys.
