Sharing, just because I'm too grossed out to go all the way back to ask them what happened with the order. My recommendation is to save your money or spend it at somewhere like Popeye's if you are hankering for spicy fried chicken. This was my first time here, after my friends raved about theirs in or near Oakley. The chicken left a weird pasty thick filmy after feel...not sure how to describe, but nothing I've ever noticed before. Was bummed too that it didn't have any spice and was supposed to be spicy. My friends said the first time they got theirs it wasn't spicy like the second time they got it, even though they ordered spicy both times. So, maybe they don't spice evenly enough or consistently?? Regarding the pie...I knew not to expect the pie to look exactly like the menu photo. Regardless, I had a lapse of judgement and ordered it half-full of hope. It was so hollowly worse than I even imagined it could be. I decided to crack it open and just taste a bite from where the gel congregated. Way ridiculously bummed. One star for decent gravy, not that I need it for anything now. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine. They looked like they double-checked every order. Maybe still ask before you leave to be sure you got spicy, if that's what you ordered. Good luck! read more

Ordered online @ 15:22, small spaghetti & 12 pcs chicken bucket. Confirmation says order ready for pick up i@ 16:15. @16:15 order not ready, they cant even find my order, I have to show them the email confirmation before theyre able to finally find out what I ordered. The 2 your guy who prepare the ordered looks like new, no idea of which order to prioritize, a lot of people already standing by the counter, obviously upset too, manager Mary look at the trays in the counter like looking for something, I asked, Mary can you help, its been an hour and a half and I still dont have my order, she said just wait and left and never came back. The yourg cashier have a blank stare, the young lady at the counter is not customer oriented person, the work flow and training needs a lot of improvement, I miss Jollibee Daly City where crew are Happy and fast. I have to beg for my order and the young lady just kept chatting with co worker instead of bagging the food, finaly got my order without napkins or utensils at almost 2 hours wait. The chicken are soaking in oil, the spicy one have no spice at all. My last purchase at this store..... read more

I've had Jollibee's a few times Love the rice, gravy & peach mango pie My only complaint is I've ordered 2 piece orders with drumstick & breast but every time I've ordered breast have received a back piece instead Do they not have breast? I feel a little deceived! read more

Tell me why all the workers are so friendly! Place looked clean, service fast, and food good. First time trying this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. If you have to go to a Jollibee, go to this one. read more

Service is the worst. They forgot my order. An hour and 45 minutes wait. Last time I be going to this place.

Comfort food. Always hits the spot. While the chickenjoy with gravy is the main reason we drop by here, I'm loving the Aloha burger nowadays. Definitely interesting and a joy to the palate. read more

I love Jollibee, the food is fantastic and at this particular location the customer service is amazing. I went in yesterday and ordered a bunch of stuff but sadly my adobo rice was over cooked and mushy. I brought it back and the workers were so apologetic and gave me lots of extras for free to make it right without me even asking. I definitely recommend this place, also the seafood city that's attached has awesome stuff inside and it's fun to walk around for a little adventure. read more

Long line out the door!! Was it worth the wait??? Definitely! The line to order was moving. By the time I got up to order, the cashier informed me that it would be a 20 -25 minutes wait. I said sure why not! The wait actually wasn't to bad. I know that my order was going to be fresh! Their fried chicken was in high demand. Now I know why this place is always busy! I took my order to go. I just couldn't wait to get home. The aroma of the chicken was hard to resist. I started picking at the chicken. Perfectly fried, tasty and not greasy. This place is so busy that the chicken doesn't even get a chance to be under the heating lamps. Which is a good thing. My husband is quite picky and stuck up about fried chicken, but he really enjoyed Jollibees! read more

I am absolutely surprised about the lack of average stars this place has! My bf is from the Philippines and when we moved to Cali he was most excited to live close to a Jollibee! We honestly go here every other weekend. Their spicy chicken makes my mouth water just thinking about it! The only downside I could think of is they discontinued corn as a side andddd at certain times of the day the line is outrageous! Food is always good and I'd recommend this place to anyone read more

I love this place to specifically get their chicken and their filipino spaghetti. Especially if I'm really hungry and I'm looking for something filling and fast. It isn't so close to my house, but I don't mind driving. The food is great! Chicken is ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS SO CRISPY!!! Tender and juicy on the inside! I have to admit that the chicken skin is my absolute favorite. I usually save the skin for last since it's so yummy. The filipino spaghetti is everyone's favorite. I do want to warn people who haven't tried it, it is greasy and sweet. To some people, the taste can be different and it also has hot dogs. One of my favorite dishes due to the flavor! This restaurant is limited on seating and they do tend to fill up fast. However, they do have the seating outside of this restaurant as well. Usually if it's really busy, which it usually is, I never see any employee's cleaning off the tables. The past 3 times I've been there, I've had to just wet a napkin and wipe off the table myself. I understand that the constant flow of customers can hinder employees to forget their duties, but I don't believe that this should be an ongoing issue. As for the customer service, the employees are very nice and fast when taking your order. But this restaurant is considered to be "fast food", but at times I find myself waiting for more than 15 mins... The other locations I've been to, always make sure their customers receive their order within 5 mins at the least. Giving this place 3 starts due to cleanliness and customer service. I know they can do better than this! read more

Worst ever waited and gave up after 45 minutes to order, they obviously made DoorDash orders a priority over in store customers.

Not safe when handling money or credit cards during COVID. Cashier handles money and credit cards one customer at a time without sanitizing in between or customer self swipe cards option. She will take a customers credit card then take another customer credit card or cash without sanitizing in between therefore passing germs from card to card or cash to cash. A manager should revisit the workflow as it is not safe. - allow customer to swipe their own cards . - when handling money and changes to customer Needs to sanitize in between. Very unsafe money exchange workflow. read more

Fast food Filipino food. Most popular for their fried crispy chicken and sweet spaghetti. Place is definitely not fancy, tables need bussing and cleaning, and floor needs sweeping and picking up. Always crowded with patrons since this is the only Jollibee for miles around. read more

Always a must stop for me to pick up orders here before visiting family in Pittsburg. If you guys don't know Jollibee by now you're definitely missing out. Parking is in the seafood market plaza so their shouldn't be any problems finding any. Workers were Friendly and efficient. There is always a line but it shouldn't take that long. Lines move fast. I ordered spaghetti, palabok, and their chicken. I've tried them all. The chicken is always excellent, crisp and juicy. Spaghetti is different than traditional spaghetti in that it is sweet. Still great though. I would recommend you try it if you haven't. Palabok to me was meh since everyone has a preference. Tasted shrimpy to me. I would definitely return next time i visit the area. read more

Love their chicken, by far the best fast food fried chicken in my opinion. I also like their spaghetti too and their breakfast plates. I'm sad that they do not have the spam bites. Worst Jollibee location that I've ever been to. Service was slow and apathetic. Chicken was lukewarm and dry. I was there during lunchtime. Doubt if I'll ever return to this location. Now we get this lame response from customer service. Guess what, the poor service has been going on for a LONG TIME now, with the same lame reply and obviously no change in service level. Not only that, prices are out of control and the quality has gone down. AVOID UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE! read more

I enjoy this newly found restaurant. It's delicious and reminds me of chokehold. The spaghetti is worthy but truly better while not completely sober. The spicy chicken is perfect and hot the two things I'd come back for everyday, are the pineapple juice and the peach mango pies!! read more

Do not recommend this place I ordered the chicken strip combo my chicken was chewy and the gravy was bland and tasteless

This is my first interaction with this Jollibee & it did not disappoint. There is something about Filipino hospitality that makes people feel so welcomed & cared for (even for a fast food joint). The place took all proper precautions & safety guidelines. The staff was so friendly & so polite. & the food was ready in a timely manner! It was so nice to see how organized they are. read more

We never had any good experience at this location. They almost always forget to give us an item from our order. We ALWAYS have to check it before we leave. The most recent experience that we had here, we came around lunch time. We understand how busy it gets so we patiently waited for our order but they did not mention how long it would take to get a 10-piece bucket of spicy chicken. We PATIENTLY waited 30 minutes and decided to follow up. Their only response was "almost coming up." Finally after waiting for a total of 40 minutes and not getting any definite answer of how much longer we had to wait, we ended up just getting the original chickenjoy just so we didn't have to wait ant longer. read more

This location is bad, from the manager, online ordering to phone. Manager has almost always has an attitude towards customers, online ordering doesnt have choices for spicy and they always say (in store pick up) they run out of spicy chicken, even if they do have spicy theyll refuse to change it even though there is no line, it is not your customer's fault that your online ordering site is useless. Called sooo many times and for the very first time, someone pick up but he mustve no idea what a phone etiquette is, said "hello" and stayed for few minutes listening (i can hear his breathing and he was whispering to someone in the store) and hang up. Btw, dont bother answering this review with your nonsense appologies just make sure that the corporate office reads all the bad reviews written here, so just MAYBE they can re access because this location needs a serious re organization. read more

I can't believe the Concord store can't get the spicy chicken sandwiches. It's been months this is totally ridiculous. The other stores in the chain can get them. The sign still lists them so you wait in line for nothing. Used to go to that store 3 or 4 times a month for food but no more! read more

Just bought bucket b and a few other items cashier was kinda slow st no long line behind me bill is not a flat number so cashier asked her supervisor/dispenser, she snapped at the cashier in front of the customers telling her that she shouldonly be suggesting card payments, supervisor seems overwhelmed with what is going on and she is not able to manage her crew very well, effect is long waits for everything and a not so pleasant experience seeing how workers are treated read more

Jollibees is great but this location sucks a**. They are really slow, the line is really long (which i understand is not under their control) but their service is SO SLOW... especially when you order their Spicy Chicken. They almost always have to fry it from the beginning, meaning they do NOT prep for the anticipation of it. I've been to other Jollibees location at San Jose, Milpitas, Honolulu and my order gets ready in less than 15 minutes with me ordering their buckets. But this location, takes literally an hour and a few minutes. They're ruining it for Jolly. read more

I don'thave experience at other JB's... but this one is pretty good! I've only tried a few things,. but they have been good each time. The spicy chicken sandwich has a nice, fat piece of boneless white chicken on it, with fresh lettuce/tomato... it was awesome! This time I got a sandwich and a side of gravy for dipping, and though the lines were long, all the workers at the front were hustling to get orders filled, rang up, and to the customers. I saw that they were working hard and appreciated that! The line can get long, so it must be good-- they are never short on customers!! read more

I love jollibee, the chicken is hands down the juiciest and most crispy of any of them. The pies are like the old McDonald's apple pies, mango or banana. I'm not really a fan of their burgers but i didn't take a star off because it's not a burger place and i think it's all about the chicken. Plan on a bit of a wait, i didn't knock anybstars off for the wait because it's always way fresher than the other chicken places so i feel that's the price for freshness. It's not a ridiculous wait, 10 15 minutes usually. The staff is always super friendly. So if you haven't tried it i would say you should read more

This review is to give the staff kudos. I know people may not give you credit but you all pulled it off short staffed and delays on chicken. There were a lot of people and counting when we arrived.
