Worst Jollibee location that I've ever been to. Service was slow and apathetic. Chicken was lukewarm and dry. I was there during lunchtime. Doubt if I'll ever return to this location. Long line out the door!! Was it worth the wait??? Definitely! The line to order was moving. By the time I got up to order, the cashier informed me that it would be a 20 -25 minutes wait. I said sure why not! The wait actually wasn't to bad. I know that my order was going to be fresh! Their fried chicken was in high demand. Now I know why this place is always busy! I am absolutely surprised about the lack of average stars this place has! My bf is from the Philippines and when we moved to Cali he was most excited to live close to a Jollibee! We honestly go here every other weekend. Their spicy chicken makes my mouth water just thinking about it! I love this place to specifically get their chicken and their filipino spaghetti. Especially if I'm really hungry and I'm looking for something filling and fast. It isn't so close to my house, but I don't mind driving. The food is great! Chicken is ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS SO CRISPY!!! Tender and juicy on the inside! I have to admit that the chicken skin is my absolute favorite. I usually save the skin for last since it's so yummy. The filipino spaghetti is everyone's favorite. I do want to warn people who haven't tried it, it is greasy and sweet. To some people, the taste can be different and it also has hot dogs. One of my favorite dishes due to the flavor! This restaurant is limited on seating and they do tend to fill up fast. However, they do have the seating outside of this restaurant as well. Usually if it's really busy, which it usually is, I never see any employee's cleaning off the tables. The past 3 times I've been there, I've had to just wet a napkin and wipe off the table myself. I understand that the constant flow of customers can hinder employees to forget their duties, but I don't believe that this should be an ongoing issue. As for the customer service, the employees are very nice and fast when taking your order. But this restaurant is considered to be "fast food", but at times I find myself waiting for more than 15 mins... The other locations I've been to, always make sure their customers receive their order within 5 mins at the least. Giving this place 3 starts due to cleanliness and customer service. Not safe when handling money or credit cards during COVID. Cashier handles money and credit cards one customer at a time without sanitizing in between or customer self swipe cards option. She will take a customers credit card then take another customer credit card or cash without sanitizing in between therefore passing germs from card to card or cash to cash. A manager should revisit the workflow as it is not safe. - allow customer to swipe their own cards . - when handling money and changes to customer Needs to sanitize in between. I don'thave experience at other JB's... but this one is pretty good! I've only tried a few things,. but they have been good each time. The spicy chicken sandwich has a nice, fat piece of boneless white chicken on it, with fresh lettuce/tomato... it was awesome! This time I got a sandwich and a side of gravy for dipping, and though the lines were long, all the workers at the front were hustling to get orders filled, rang up, and to the customers. Always a must stop for me to pick up orders here before visiting family in Pittsburg. If you guys don't know Jollibee by now you're definitely missing out. Parking is in the seafood market plaza so their shouldn't be any problems finding any. Workers were Friendly and efficient. There is always a line but it shouldn't take that long. Lines move fast. I ordered spaghetti, palabok, and their chicken. I've tried them all. The chicken is always excellent, crisp and juicy. Spaghetti is different than traditional spaghetti in that it is sweet. Still great though. I would recommend you try it if you haven't. Palabok to me was meh since everyone has a preference. Tasted shrimpy to me. Called sooo many times and for the very first time, someone pick up but he mustve no idea what a phone etiquette is, said "hello" and stayed for few minutes listening (i can hear his breathing and he was whispering to someone in the store) and hang up. They are really slow, the line is really long (which i understand is not under their control) but their service is SO SLOW... especially when you order their Spicy Chicken. They almost always have to fry it from the beginning, meaning they do NOT prep for the anticipation of it. I've been to other Jollibees location at San Jose, Milpitas, Honolulu and my order gets ready in less than 15 minutes with me ordering their buckets. Be warned! You will wait at least 30 minutes for your order. My parents were told to wait 30 minutes, so they did. After 30mins, my Dad returns to ask about their food and was told to wait an additional 20 minutes. That's almost an hour wait! He lost it and asked for his money back. It happened to them twice. As much as I love Jollibee in general, I try to avoid this location due to poor service. I mean, it's a fast food restaurant, the longest you should ever wait is like 15-20 mins. On a different occasion, I went with my kids and our order was not even complicated. It was 3 spaghetti with chicken. And we waited 30 minutes for that as well. When I went to ask, the worker says it would take another 7 minutes. I didn't want to disappoint my children so I decided to wait. It sucks because you try to give it a chance but each time you go, it's the same bad experience. A lot of people come for your spaghetti with chicken, you should already anticipate that. I love jollibee, the chicken is hands down the juiciest and most crispy of any of them. The pies are like the old McDonald's apple pies, mango or banana. I'm not really a fan of their burgers but i didn't take a star off because it's not a burger place and i think it's all about the chicken. Plan on a bit of a wait, i didn't knock anybstars off for the wait because it's always way fresher than the other chicken places so i feel that's the price for freshness. First off, let me just say that I love Jollibee. The food is great, I love the fried chicken, spaghetti, and halo halo. My one experience at this Jollibee was not great. I went for lunch on a Friday at 1pm. It was fairly busy, but the line to order was short. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, aloha burger, large fries, and a halo halo. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food. I asked for it around 20 minutes in and then they started putting it together. For a fast food restaurant that is typically pretty quick at getting food out, this was a really long time. I was hoping for a quick in-and-out so I could get back to work. The food was good. The burger was tasty, on the sweet side with the pineapple, and I really enjoyed it. The fried chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and had a mayo-garlic sauce. The lettuce in the fried chicken sandwich was pretty wilted though, probably because it was sitting on the heater tray for a while. The fries were fresh and hot. For the halo halo, they ran out of jellies so they asked me if I wanted extra ice cream or leche flan instead. I really like the jellies, so I was disappointed. The beans in the halo halo also tasted undercooked. I will say everyone that works at this Jollibee were really nice, even though it took so long to get my food.
