I ordered delivery for the first time. Overall the prices are good and you get a good amount for what you pay. I ordered Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Bowl, and Milk Tea Boba. The milk tea and Boba are pretty good. The Teriyaki bowl is a bit salty but if you add chili it tastes fine. The orange chicken is decent but a bit dry. read more

The convenience store café... Oh Joker's Koffee... well let's see. I was really thrown off by their name. This place is a bit pretentious in that their name, Joker's Koffee, signifies coffee shop (think artisanal coffee shop), but feels more like a small 7-11 type convenience store with a more focused approach on coffee (+ seating). I originally wanted to give this place 2 stars, but I just couldn't do it. I mean, the older lady working the register who was also making my latte was really nice and hospitable. I asked for a recommendation and she was keen on helping me out despite her difficulty with English. She recommended that I try the Vietnamese iced coffee. At this moment I had already set my sights on a picture next to the menu of a caramel latte. So I kindly thanked her for her suggestion and asked instead for an order of the caramel latte. Perhaps I should've listened to her because my drink was definitely on the sweeter end of the spectrum. I ordered a medium sized hot caramel latte that I just couldn't finish drinking it due to the sweetness. On to the positive side of things. This place offers lots of snacks such as Japanese candies (e.g. Hi-chews, etc), packages pastries, muffins, and so on which I'm sure is targeted towards the local high school students. They also offer other convenience store based goods like chips, sodas, bottled water, and such. Seating is ample and the overall shop is clean. An unusual (at least IMO) but pleasant addition to their pastries were their baklavas, which they call their walnut pastry ( if I remember the name correctly). A small piece goes for $1.50. This was my favorite thing at Jokers coffee and sadly not their coffee. read more

The service here was prompt and friendly when I visited. I ordered a coffee latte and it was great. Much better than the bitter brew offered up at Starbucks. The reason I'm giving it only 3 stars is because I found the drinks to be a bit pricey AND the croissant I was giving was a bit raw in the middle. That was such a shame because I had an excellent cup of coffee, but the pastry was just about inedible. You think because this place has "koffee" in the name, it's going to have well, coffee. However, the almond milk latte "koffee" I got tasted like play dough-literally unpalatable. I threw it away after two sips. Judging from the inside of Joker's, they specialize more in Asian snack/on-the-go foods than coffee. Half of it is dedicated to random Asian foods and the rest consists of a small coffee bar and a large seating area. Owners at least got half of the name right- this place is a joke. read more

worse green tea I've ever had in my life. Literally sugar water. $2.00 for a small. Definitely not worth. All the food are from the previous convenience store, they just changed out the logo and put tables and chairs to fill the space. No WiFi, only one outlet to plug your computer. First off I drive by this place daily at about 4pm on my way home from work and always thing about stopping but never do. So finally I did on 11/18/2016. It is in a good location at a busy intersection, multiple ways to get in and out of the parking lot, and lots of parking, also other businesses in the area food ie... As you walk in there is nice size open space with plenty of lighting, seating, some low music that is cool. I was greeted by a Asian man who spoke good English and was kind, and welcoming you could tell he was just being friendly and wanted to give the customers great customer service and that's a +++ these are things you don't normally find at your starbucks or other coffee shops like coffee bean those places are hit and miss with customer service and personal greetings those people are like robots. So at first I ordered the cold brew I like cold brew, but then saw the Vietnamese coffee and I'm a huge fan so I ordered that, a young lady made the drink and it was good just like many other Vietnamese coffee's I've had very strong, and great roast flavor, you can tell they are not using cheap beans and they don't burn them here like the huge corporate places. The girl was nice she spoke English as well, there were about 6 other people inside, sitting down doing what looked to be homework, and others chatting some kids enjoying themselves playing in the corner, it is a nice place I recommend, they have a huge table where you can use laptops open text books quite, nice clean restroom. I will be stopping by again as this will be my stop from time to time on my way home from work as I have a 1.5 hour drive home and sometimes need a pick me up, next time I will try the cold brew. thanks Jokers Koffee! I have been driving by this coffee shop for years and never went in. Today we went to the farmers market and the coffee vendor was not here so we went across the street because it was so close. And I'm so glad we did because the coffee tastes just amazing my sister said it's the best coffee ever. It is organic!! Actually this is the best part! read more

We came and bought a coffee drink and the owner forced us to buy more foods in order to sit in their shop to enjoy our foods. The owner and the cashier were rude and had bad attitudes. Their drinks and foods are overpriced and the pastries are old and hard. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back here again read more

Ordered a small milk tea for supposedly $2.50 or $2.75 paid with a $5 and got a penny back. I'm glad to see that your store name checks out. I think you need to work on your math before you start a business. It's sad that you have to result to scamming to make money. Cashier was an asian man probably in his 50s if not 60s most likely the owner. Seems to be family owned. As for the milk tea, it was bland and watery but it's not like I expected much. Very friendly service. Matcha green tea frappe was good. Others got vanilla latte frappe and mocha frappe - they enjoyed those as well.

The place is not so bad. I do agree that the drink does come out warm and a bit too sweet. However, the place is pretty nice. It seems like a place where people can study for hours with WiFi, plugs, small snacks, and drinks. It's convenient place. I would come back here to study. read more
