Spicy Korean bbq
Sean C.

I'm going to be pretty lenient as they recently opened and this is the very first review they have on yelp. *This is only based on their wings*. As this place has much more than wings please do not take this review as the entirety of the establishment * they have pizza, burgers and much more. Wings: 20 wings on wing Wednesday(10 original, 10 spicy Korean bbq). Comes with one 5oz ranch. The wings themselves were ok, I really wish they would be more crispy and I didn't even drive far before eating them(about 5 minutes). Sauces were just okay as well, I honestly didn't care much for the original hot and I usually love that at most places. The Korean was slightly better but not as good as wingstop. In general they had just a very slight weird taste to them I couldn't put my finger on(perhaps the oil that was used). Ranch also not as good as wingstop but not bad either 6/10 Value: on Wednesday they are really great value. 20 wins for about 16$ is really good, however I'm not a fan of the 15$ purchase minimum on wings for the promotion. 20 wings is a lot of wings and not everyone wants to eat so many. I'd rather it be 15$ minimum for the order so I could maybe get some sides(fries, onion rings, milkshake, etc) 8/10 A few suggestions: -Please get an online ordering system if possible, especially with things like wings, people don't have time to go to the establishment and wait for them during their lunches. This would great increase the amount of people that can drop by( thankfully you can order by phone ahead!) - play with the sauces a bit more, I've never not liked original hot since I like buffalo sauces but this one lacked flavor for some reason. - perhaps make more of a combo available for Wednesdays as well, 10pc, fries, drink for like 10$ or something similar Lastly, as I did order to go, I can't comment too much on the inside, it didn't seem like there was room inside to eat but I could be mistaken. Overall the staff was friendly and I was able to pick up my food relatively quickly. The establishment also looked relatively clean and was not that hard to find. I'll try and give another menu item a go at a later date Final score: 3.6/5 great value for decent food

CHICKEN SANDWICH-MANGO HABANERO

Personally wasn't a fan of the chicken sandwich. Although the staff were extremely friendly, the texture of the chicken sandwich was rubbery. Not sure that it would classify as a fried chicken sandwich. Maybe other items on the menu are better!

Where the heck is this place? I can't picture it. Is it east or west of North Chester? I drove down Robert's Lane & didn't see it.

Order at the cash register and patiently wait for your # to be called as your stomach growls at you with hunger. But one thing at Firestone you never wait that long. Those cooks are amazing and fast and good at what they do. The screens in every inch of the building so that you can't ever miss your event. Bring all your friends after an event, work, of a tee off and cool down with a couple of cold draft beers that rotate constantly

Of course, I had to try their famous tri-tip sandwich and added a side of fries. The sandwich was loaded with tri-tip, tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their BBQ sauce. The fries were a great addition and made the meal even more filling. I also ordered the Southwestern salad with chicken, and when I opened the container, I was honestly impressed by how much food they packed in there. It was huge, fresh, and loaded with chicken, avocado, black beans, corn, peppers, and plenty of toppings. Definitely not one of those salads that leaves you hungry afterward! I also have to give Firestone Grill credit for the sauces. They gave me two large containers of BBQ sauce AND two generous containers of dressing. As someone who hates when restaurants give you one tiny sauce for an entire meal, I appreciated that more than I probably should. No sauce rationing over here! I did takeout this time, but they offer self-seating and have a full bar, so next time I definitely want to dine in, grab a drink, and enjoy the full experience

A Delicious Thank You to Teachers!…read more What an incredibly thoughtful way to give back to the community! One of our teachers at school entered a drawing for a free catered lunch from Locale Farm to Table, and we were so lucky to win! The drawing was the owner Heather's way of giving back and showing her appreciation for teachers. She was especially touched by our teacher's story, which made the win feel even more meaningful. Many of us who work at the school already dine at Locale and absolutely love the food, so we knew we were in for a treat. Heather brought some of their most popular dishes, including a hot honey goat cheese spread with Pyrenees bread, roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts, a fresh garden salad, and a chocolate and strawberry pastry for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! What really stood out, though, was how much thought Heather put into making sure everyone could enjoy the meal. She heard that we had some vegetarians among us and went above and beyond by preparing additional dishes without bacon so everyone had plenty to eat. That extra touch meant so much and really showed how genuinely caring and thoughtful she is. Having this incredible meal right before the first day of school was such a special treat. Teachers and school staff work incredibly hard, and feeling appreciated in such a generous way was truly wonderful. Thank you, Heather, for your generosity, kindness, and for supporting our school community! We are so grateful, and, of course, already looking forward to our next visit to Locale!

Service was excellent, Dakota was such a nice waiter. Food came out fairly quick and they didn't mind that we moved tables. Food tasted AMAZING. I got the Cowboy BBQ salad with fries. I also got the apple juice to drink which was nice and cold. I got an Arnold Palmer with watermelon Fresca and it was good too. Prices were pretty good, seeing it's a farm to table eatery in this economy. They were also very kind about our dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease and my sister is dairy free, so she substituted a few things on her burger. We inhaled our dinner, it was soooo yummy Seriously tho, Dakota was the best waiter, give him a raise or som
