Staff is amazing. Food was delicious. They offer daily specials. When you sit down and eat they even bring you your food. Plus they make their own fresh hamburger patties, which not many restaurants do. And they make their own ranch and some other sauces too. It was not too noisy for it being almost full of people. Found myself in Bakersfield for the day and was really craving a hot dog. There were no places around other than this place so I figured I'd give it a go. With a name as simple as "Juicy Burger" you would expect the food to be pretty fairly average as well. Well think again. Juicy burger did NOT disappoint! I can't vouch for how their burgers were because I got their street dog. But man was that one of the best hot dogs I've ever had!! With cheese, grilled onions and jalapeños, the flavor was immense!! Not to mention after ordering, they offered me to help myself at their SAUCE BAR! How original and cool! Never seen anything like that. Visited last Sunday to treat my kids to the ice cream social with the ice cream bar. My kids had fun creating their own sundaes and the ice team was delicious! The social had games set out and my kiddos enjoyed that. Can't wait to come back because I have my eye on that pumpkin aioli burger special! Was in the area today stopped by there been wanting to go here for a while as I love burgers and ordered the double cheeseburger combo and it was fabulous and it definitely lives up to his name. It's a very juicy burger all fresh ingredients. I can't say enough how the flavor of the patties and then nice sear on them and good fries too nice crinkle cut seasoned good and the service was so nice. Very helpful. Offered lots of specials and fresh lemonade although I declined because I was in the mood for Dr Pepper but I will definitely come here again. This is a great burger restaurant and the inside is design really cool with lots of burger and drive-in nostalgic pictures on the wall and very clean and lots of options to choose from. Good Burgers! [Bakersfield CA] Somewhere halfway home from Vegas we decided to stop in Bakersfield to get something to eat and also satisfy our sweet cravings. We found this eatery next to a boba shop. A counter service restaurant we walked up to the register to place our order. The owner was welcoming and friendly. We ordered the Mushroom & Swiss Burger (combo). 1/4 lb. beef patty, Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was delicious. The fries were crispy and very good. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. There is a flatscreen television where a child was watching. Family owned restaurant located in downtown Bakersfield. I just finished another AWESOME Double Cheeseburger Combo. This place far surpasses any hamburger place in town. I had to drive across town to get there but it was well worth it. Not a better burger in town. The burger was delicious and so big I found it difficult to even take a bite. As I have said before, do not take it to eat in the car it is way too juicy. I love the fries and even the ketchup is delicious in my opinion. I have reviewed this place before and go there quite often and I still highly recommend it to anyone. Full of flavor at every bite and bacon was crispy. My husband had the Brekky burger with a fried egg. Buns were nicely toasted and got a bite of the egg yolk in every bite. I went into this restaurant out of desperation on a whim last month, extremely hungry, and did not know much about the place. I am currently on a low-carb/ketosis variety diet and doing really well. However, I am much healthier with my eating habits lately, but I still feel guilty when I indulge sometimes. Especially when I treat myself. Anyways. I was bordering hangry and it was ridiculous. So I ordered a cheeseburger protein style and a chicken salad with blue cheese, crumble and ranch dressing. They actually were kind enough to let me taste test the balsamic vinaigrette w/ plain vinegar because I thought that dressing might be nice with the salad instead of other options. I sampled until I found the one I liked. I chose the ranch. This was so insanely kind, and I felt valued as a customer for the first time in ages. I am so grateful for the time she took (while the store was empty) to help find me the best dressing for my salad. I am new to this diet and I have not done it in over 15 years. She was so kind to offer me all the options and help me feel as if her help was taylor made for me. She's a gem and was the cashier. The cook seemed very polite. The home sauce was a little tart, but also brought in sweet and spice components. I enjoyed it immensely. I also ordered the breaded chicken salad, I believe Baja style. I really enjoyed it. The chicken was cooked extremely well, the cheese was perfectly melted, the lettuce was fresh and crisp, and the sauce is just solid. Light but flavorful. I asked them to add blue cheese crumbles and it elevated the salad so much. The portion was a reasonably large size and the price was fair. Now, the cheeseburger itself. Near perfection. The lettuce was nicely crisped, tomatoes were juicy and not under ripe, onions were thinly sliced, and the burger sauce was a proportionate dollop of spicy, creamy goodness. The best kick after a juicy bite. It really was this good and surprisingly memorable. I've been fortunate enough to have had my share of food around the state and country. This was a darn good burger. I would highly rate this place! I am eager to return. Also, the service was top-notch! I wish I could remember your name, Girl at the counter. I believe she had dark black hair pulled back in a ponytail and looked quite young. If I see her when I return, I will ask her for her name if I see her again. I got take out from Juicy Burger on a Friday. One of the specials was a Philly Cheesesteak combo. For #11.99 I got the Cheesesteak, fries and a drink. My sandwich was huge! I ate a few French fries and they were hot and fresh. Everything was so good! Everyone was so nice. A really friendly restaurant to go to. As far as I could tell it was very clean inside. My only gripe is if you need the restroom, you need to leave the restaurant and walk down a very creepy hallway. Although Juicy Burger is nowhere near my house, I can see making a trip over there.
