Just awful. Management was insulting to my entire family, mean, and lacked all empathy. They made an off-color comment about our 8-month-old son, as well. They quoted one price and charged us thousands of dollars extra. We actually paid less for a cross-country move than we did for them to move our stuff 20 minutes up the road. They broke a TV, and refused to honor the claim. They advertised "white glove" service, and we did most of the work ourselves. When we stated our concerns, they ignored our emails and one member of the management team hung up on us. Then, the day of the move, after we had already paid, no one showed up. It took us several hours to find out what was going on, before they told us that they sent their movers to the wrong job. We have never been more appalled with a business in our entire lives. I know this is super cliche, but I wish I could give them 0 stars. The only good part of the business is the packers who were kind and did a good job. Other than that, the quote we were given was misleading and left us scrambling to pack half of our house that we weren't told till moving day was not included in the work order. As I've seen similarly in other reviews, we call the salesman who walked thru and marked what would be packed/ gave us the quote etc and suddenly he couldn't pick up any calls? Finally a week later we get to moving in day and they tell us they will be there around 8 am. Well throughout the day we ask for updates of where they are because they are hours late. Keep being told they will be there in an hour till it is around 5pm. Finally arive and everyone is stuck unloading the truck till 10pm. It's a couple weeks later unpacking and we are now finding multiple boxes missing, mainly including very important documents and art. Nothing about this experience was pleasant and I urge no one to use this service. read more

I used United for a prior container move, without issue, so I chose them again when I needed another container move. I signed an agreement for a container move, which the salesperson sold to me as "fewer moves of items" so less chance that something will break or get damaged. However, my items were picked up in a regular moving truck and delivered in a regular moving truck. This agreement was changed without my consent and without any prior communication. When I did this same move with United a few years ago, my items were picked up two buildings south in a container truck (so, why can't they be delivered in a container truck to almost the exact same location) and my items were delivered in a container truck in FL (so, clearly container trucks are available in FL). When I tried to get a credit, I was offered $300, which is a fraction of a long-distance move from FL to IL. This does not make up the difference for the type of move I paid for and the type of move I received. I have not even received that credit and my move was completed about a month ago at this point. My moving coordinator escalated to her manager, who sent me one email telling me they couldn't do more and never returned my phone calls. The regional manager in FL was included on emails and asked to comment on what happened on the origin side, but he never responded. I found the VP of Sales on their website and reached out. He dismissed my concerns. Moving is stressful enough without having a poor experience and being marginalized for asking to make a situation right. In addition to having my agreement changed without my consent and without compensation, the movers at origin were terrible. They said they didn't even know it was supposed to be a container move, so they didn't have enough paper to wrap my items. They said they couldn't use blankets because they would never get the blankets back. See photo of my patio furniture in the back. The head mover at origin told me I should have had 4 movers; I had 2. The move took 7 hours and I incurred extra cost with an extra hotel stay because the move took too long. Additionally, I was unable to see how much space I had left in the containers (since they were not actually there), so I discarded items that I would have kept if there was space. I incurred additional cost to replace those items. This was by far the worst and most stressful move I've ever experienced. If you want your large ticket items to come in missing, not have a resolution weeks later , and your signature forged on documents - this is the mover for you. Moving for a new job, we had arranged for a move about three weeks in advance. Face time call, went from room to room. Estimate was about $18k. They knew the dates, when we had to be out, when we got possession of the new house - everything. Promised they would be moving everything, it would be all their team. The day of the move- specifically the day the new owners took possession- imagine our surprise when our 8am-10am window of arrival passed and not a phone call, not a driver- absolutely no communication. When I started calling I was I was told at least three times the driver would be there in 45 minutes- each time it passed, another 45 minutes were put on the clock. Said the driver had to find a crew, the crew didn't show up. Then he had to go get a truck. Just talked to the driver he is in his way.... And hour later nothing. United finally asked if we could just call them if a driver arrived - that isn't comforting. At 2pm a crew showed up with no driver or truck At 3pm ish the driver showed up. House was 4 bedrooms, 5 bath, bsmt, shed, garage full of tools-Driver comes with a rig that is 2/3rd full. It was obvious from the time the back opened there was no shot in hell we would fit. Called United- they first challenged that I was listening to hearsay when I was staring at a nearly full rig. They finally admit it won't fit and at this point the new owners come in 3 hours-.Was promised by Monika that a second company would come that same day and grab that overload. Somewhere along the way one of their guys mentioned no second truck was coming that day - no official communications came until after 5pm. They were never able to secure that second truck for that day, they promised something they hadn't actually arranged. Turns out - the crew the driver had banked on, per the driver, left the previous job before it was done on Friday, their 'contract' expired Saturday, but somehow he expected them to show up to our house the following Tuesday nope.The driver said he tried to call corporate all weekend and couldn't get a hold of anyone. And the finger pointing begins. Panic sets in that we need to be out of the house per our sales contract , 1/3 of our things are on one truck. The house is full of our stuff still, and the new owners are now at the house.They agree to let us put all the remaining things in the garage and it will be picked up the next day. Garage is packed, TV's, beds, sofas, tools, etc. Still tipped them, I was afraid if I didn't i would never see my shit. We had no where to stay with three animals and we had already book and paid for the hotels for our 1200 mile trip to FL. The next day I asked for progress photos, that lasted about 5 minutes, begged for a Venmo- as I felt if I didn't tip- I would pay one way or another. Every day Monika reassured my everything would be fine and after asking four times for a Venmo to tip over 3 days - I gave up. Turns out a second company picked up the items in the garage, a third f'ing company drove 2/3 of our stuff down. Three companies now involved- by the company who said they would handle everything . The day of the move - a forth crew- but from Johnson starts delivering. Super kind crew - hustling. It is late, like 9pm and they are putting together furniture etc . They are done - and our reclining sofa have no backs. Two sofas - six backs - none of them are here. Table top ripped off of the pedestal vs unbolted, cabinet with legs missing, bookcase with delivered but missing shelves, chair with missing wheels- and later to find out a shit ton of missing tools. Driver pulls out a form that said many items were voided (including the sofas) and signed by me- but not my signature. Move out 9/3, move in 9/19- no solution to date 10/10. Run - do not walk - to another moving company who actually who has one shred of honesty, doesn't forge your signature and who won't destroy/'lose' your items. read more

NOTE: Johnson Storage and Moving handled the initial pickup of our items for a cross country move. This review is in relation to a cross-country move, from Denver CO to Baltimore MD, in October 2020. We waited until now to post a review, as we were hoping to have some resolution of the damages incurred. However, as of today, August 5th 2021, we are still waiting for resolution. We signed an agreement with Mayflower Moving company to carry out our full service move. As part of that agreement, we upgraded to (and paid for) the full replacement insurance option. *** A quick note: apparently, Mayflower subcontracts their pickup and delivery services, so you potentially will have multiple different people handling your belongings at different stages of the moves. In this case, the pickup was handled in Denver by Johnson Storage & Moving. Long story short, the move was a disaster. Everything seemed to start out well. We had everything packed and ready for pickup as scheduled. Everything was loaded onto the truck and we then began our drive. First off, the delivery was late by a day outside the delivery window. Not terrible, just a little annoying as we had a 5 day window to begin with. The issues were uncovered at delivery time - multiple boxes were crushed and carefully packed items in the boxes damaged. Some of the boxes were very strong wardrobe style boxes with the metal hanging bar at the top and even those were collapsed. Several furniture items (an armchair, an end table, a console table etc.) were damaged beyond use. An expensive Casper Wave mattress (which was bagged) somehow got water damage that was resulting in mold spots, as well as what looked like dirty boot prints. Something similar occurred to a large, expensive area rug that had been professionally cleaned and wrapped prior to the move, We discovered after the pickup, that the items were unloaded from the truck and repacked into wooden moving pods at a different site. We suspect (but cannot prove) that this is where the damages happened. The damage is consistent with a crushing blow. Either something dropped onto them, or the items were themselves dropped from a height. Obviously, items were left out where the ground was also wet. In Baltimore, the delivery itself was horrendous, and that is not even included the physical damages. The team leader was incredibly aggressive to the point that we wondered if we needed to have him removed. He argued vehemently with the building management, refusing to wear a mask. The team damaged hallway walls, damaged apartment walls, dropped everything in the living room, were refusing to do setup of larger items (per the full service agreement we had paid for). A lot of items were left in the hallway for us to move. They basically just dropped things in the living room (left the coffee table standing on one end) and it was only when we insisted that they put the larger items (Couch, beds etc.) in the places they needed to be. We immediately contacted Mayflower and the Denver local representative. The Denver office arranged for $100 reimbursement for the single day delay. We were then instructed to file a claim through their corporate claims team. The immediate offer was $500; however as estimated damages were closer to $4500, we declined that and proceeded to file a claim. This claim went to Claims Team 2 at Unigroup. Since October, this claims team has been incredibly incompetent. They have lost the photos sent multiple times, they have lost paperwork. They seemed to be unaware that we had full value replacement, and for example offered $150 in compensation for a $2500 mattress. They only assessed a small fraction of the damaged items, even though the local assessor took pictures of everything and documented everything. As a result, the assessor had to come back and do it all over again. To date, they have offered only $525 in compensation. At this point, it's difficult to believe that they are quite this incompetent - it seems too deliberate, a ploy to get people to give up. This is not what we expected when going with a big name company that supposedly had a good reputation. This has been, and is, a nightmare. I have never had a move go so badly and in 20+ years, I've moved at least 18 times, including cross country several times. I could not ever recommend Mayflower or any of it's subcontractors for a move, particularly long distance. Our belongings, some of whom we had had over 20 years, were destroyed and they are refusing to do the right thing. Avoid at all costs. read more

Worst movers ever. They broke stuff when they packed it, cracked tile in the house, only sent one packer who threw stuff in boxes. When we received our stuff, stuff was taken apart and thrown all over. Cushions walked on, parts broken, things labeled wrong. By far the worst company ever. We only used them because the military forced us to use them. 0/10 do not recommend. Worst experience ever. Even the guys who unpacked us said it was the worst packing job they have ever seen and they have been doing this for 23 years. Do better Air Force and vet your people more. We used Johnson Moving to ship some very fragile items across the country. The estimating process was attentive and professional, listening carefully to what we needed and working out a quote that fit our needs perfectly. The packing and crating went off without a hitch. The items were packed with care with plenty of packing material to protect the fragile items, then the boxes were placed in a plywood crate / cube so they all shipped cross country together with a minimum of handling. DONT EVER HIRE THIS SCAM MOVING COMPANY! WE LOST 10.000usd and all our personal household goods worth 25.000usd. We shipped a 20ft container with Johnson International for our move from Texas, USA to the Netherlands. Everything went smoothly in the beginning with the quote, we chose to do the packing and loading/unloading ourselves, with a door to door service for the amount of $3490 The container was picked up 02-23-2018. We then repeatedly asked for an update but never got any. We got an email on 03-22-2018 that the container was placed on a customs hold. So where was the container between those dates?? The container was due for the most intensive inspection. On April 16th, they sent us on an invoice of 2700usd regarding the customs inspection and with a very arrogant approach of Mr. Ayal S. who also calls himself Alex S, probably of the scams Mr. Ayal S has done before, they forced us to pay quickly even if you dont have funds available. The invoice shows the the inspection was cleared April 2nd. So they sent us the invoice 2 weeks to late, pls note, this is important later on. Dont expect any support from Johnson they will not bother to help you. The charges were too excessive. We managed to obtain a discount BY OURSELVES but still had to pay 2300usd to St George, the warehouse that performed the inspection. Payment was made and the container was shipped on May 9th, again delayed. Then our greatest nightmare begun. When the container arrived in the port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, we were told by the agent of Johnson International, Vanguard Logistics that the container was on hold and I had to contact Johnson to find out why. Mr Ayal S tells us happily, there is an outstanding charge of 11.000usd !! Vanguard is directing us to Johnson to discuss those charges and release the container. I contacted Alex immediately, but he blames us for making the payment for the customs inspection too late and causing these extra charges, and tells me to handle this with Vanguard. Vanguard also tells us that this shipment was booked port to port while I paid Johnson for door to door. Johnson don't care, we had to find out ourselved what exactly those charges are and they want to charge demurrage and detention for 62 days the container was at the port due to the customs inspection. Just google intensive customs inspection and even CBP tells that this kind of inspection may take 5-7 days. What is even worse, they act like they are on your side by saying they do everything they can to negotiate or reduce those charges, just pay upfront and any deduction will be refunded. Of course this ''refund'' will never happen and they act like everybody has thousands of dollars in their pocket to just go ahead and pay for. After many emails explaining that they sent me the customs invoice too late so called president of Johnson mr. Bassin sends me an email that their hard work resulted in a deduction of 14 days of charges, 14 days charges for the mistake that they made! that is not a deduction, but a correction! And by this time, container storage and demurrage charges start to build up at destination port as Johnson will not release the container. Johnson dont send you the Bill of lading so you cannot your own goods, even after paying. They intentionally delayed the container before and after the customs inspection to create extra charges and then blame the customer on delaying the payment too late! 62 days as result of a customs inspection is ridiculous. They probably take commission from those charges or it can even be a fake customs inspection as they never sent any proof although we requested for many times. Who will believe that a customs inspection in the US will change the agreed service of 4000 usd to total of 17000 usd? Costs will rise each day the container is at the terminal and they are not replying to emails anymore or are very rude. We have already paid 7000usd and have nothing, they threaten us with auctioning our goods if we dont pay for those 11000usd. This business is a scam, they dont advise you in time of costs they already know so they can force you to pay quickly. This is a scam moving company who will keep telling nonsense and lies to you in order to take much more money from you in exchange for your ''life'' I cannot believe nobody is trying to take them down. If someone is interested in legal action against them I am willing to team up. Look at all the negative reviews and there is only 1 positive reviews and guess what, it is Mr Ayal S, employee of Johnson Storage and Moving!! how good is international move was to London blablabla (see attachment under). We have moved internationally half a dozen times and cross country multiple times over the years and have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and unresponsive as Johnson-United. Our move from Nashville to Puerto Vallarta Mexico in May 2019 was nothing but a nightmare and it took a year of dealing with abusive and unprofessional management at Johnson-United to get any kind of insurance settlement. No responsibility was taken by this company and they made excuse after excuse about third party partner problems and local issues. If you decide to use Johnson-United for your next move we wish you the best of luck! Some lowlights: * Movers never showed up the day they were supposed to pack us up. Johnson scrambled to find a local company who could help on a few hours notice * Replacement movers did a lousy job of packing (many broken items) and had no idea of paperwork requirements for international moves * Johnson lost several items of ours en-route and for weeks told us they had them and would be delivered any day but never were * Johnson said they would show up for delivery on a Monday, never showed, said they would be there Tuesday, never showed, said they would be there Wed , showed up at 445pm (deliveries are btwn 9a-5p had been explained to them prior). Finally showed up Thurs afternoon (after saying they would arrive first thing) * Boxes were crushed, damaged and packed into an open uncovered pickup truck. Movers intended to leave all our belongings on the side of the highway, unguarded, overnight until we called Johnson to let them know that wasn't acceptable. * Filed an insurance claim for damaged and missing items in Aug 2019, including photos and links with replacement cost. Insurance company (Pac Global) set status of claim to waiting on movers to provide shipping documents which Johnson-United never did so Pac-Global closed claim??? * Sent CEO/VP Ops & other VP's a message to try and get traction on claim. Finally had to settle for a low ball offer from abusive VP of Ops or try our luck in court as insurance company wouldn't re-open the claim * Even after coming to insurance claim agreement it took months for them to pay out after saying initially it would be two weeks * It was only through persistence, repeated calls and emails that we received anything from Johnson-United for the items they damaged and lost. Johnson tried to blame it all on their Mexican partner and took no responsibility. Our contract was with Johnson-United. Johnson Moving and Storage moved my household from Denver to Rapid City. It was expensive, shockingly at first, but as I shopped, I came to realize that all moving companies fees are shocking. What I got from JM&S is the takeaway here. My move, the selling and buying of real estate, planning it, doing it at age 70, it was an absolute nightmare, it's amazing I survived it. The people at Johnson were the bright part of the move, actually, my driver Cameron and Angie, my move coordinator held my hand the whole time and went over and above tha call of duty a couple of times, they made the move less stressful, very competent, very experienced and, most importantly, very nice and empathic human beings. This is a true story. We hired Johnson for a local pack and move. The schedule was tight and they couldn't move us when we thought we had a commitment to move. It was pushed back a few days but that was acceptable. They showed up with a small crew of packers but they were very efficient and we packed , loaded and moved on schedule. After pickup was told I had 20% more items and quote was raised to 4800 3. When I refused the quote I was told I can have my items back for 3000 dollars for the packing. 4. We moved from downtown Denver to Evergreen and these movers were great. It really should have been a three crew move, but there were only two and they worked their butts off with no complaints and a great attitude. We moved out of a big apartment building so they had to deal with a slow elevator and long walk to the truck. The house we moved into has several steps to climb to get to the front door, and then stairs up or down depending on where in the house things had to go. They were exhausted in the end but still in good spirits. I assumed that they would charge us more than what was quoted because it was obvious that the guy who gave us the initial quote was way off - he didn't take the stairs into account and a few other things, like telling them to bring wardrobe boxes. HORRIBLE experience so far. We're still midst of the move. I'm just now realizing all the red flags. Asking for a power of attorney? For what??? And the original title?? Beyond horrified. The only reassurance I have is that in the midst of all the horrible reviews no one's claimed not having received their container/ shipment. We did a containerized move (i.e., we didn't need an entire moving van) of family-heirloom furniture from Denver to Manhattan in March 2016, and were very pleased with Johnson. Once we finally settled on a list of items--and thus a fixed cost for the move--the rep we worked with, Eric, was efficient and straightforward. We didn't want to waste his time, and he seemed interested in not wasting ours, so once we got serious about the list of items, convenient dates, and paperwork, things moved very swiftly and efficiently. On the Denver side, the crew of two were professional and polite, and wrapped the furniture extremely well. It took about three weeks from when the crew departed Denver for our move to arrive in Manhattan, and we understood that. The delivery date did change a couple of times, and the delivery window changed, but we were aware in advance that that might happen and it didn't create a problem. On both the Denver and Manhattan side (Johnson's NYC affiliate is Suddath Relocation, based in Wayne, NJ), crews arrived on time and worked quickly. There was no damage to any of our items (including a 2 x 5 foot mirror), and there was never any change in the first agreed-upon cost. We were pleasantly shocked by how smoothly things went, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them highly to friends and family in Denver. read more

Had a moving quote scheduled and ended up having the guy leave because he wouldn't come in unless I put my small, friendly dogs outside while he came in. My dogs are so small that it's not a good idea to leave them out alone for any period of time. Called to let the lady in charge know and she did not seem to care. Terrible experience with my elderly relatives. Unhealthy (especially in the last year) couple trying to move literally 7 miles away. They treated them like shit. They didn't assist. If I could give this company negative stars I would. This has been the absolute WORST experience ever (and we have done our fair share of moving). One person says one thing and another person says something different. Nobody is on the same page. We were promised we would have our stuff 2 weeks after our move date. Nope! 4 weeks later we finally get a call for delivery. Guess what, 8 of 11 of our crates were left behind!! I mean how does that even happen?! Here we are going on the 6 week mark and still no furniture. Here's a tip for this company, DON'T TAKE ON MORE THAN WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE. We booked a move with this company for a long distance move from Albuquerque to St. Paul. When we signed our contract, we were told to use the pod option so that the company could give us a solid move out and move in date. Our stuff was picked up on May 24th and the team that moved our stuff out was super nice and treated our stuff with care. However, that is where the good news stops. We were never contacted or told how many pods our stuff ended up filling so we don't know how much this move is even going to cost. Then, we arrived at our new home in Minnesota on June 1st, expecting our stuff to arrive June 3rd, as was in our contract. On the evening of June 2nd, our moving coordinator contacted us to say that our stuff had never arrived in Minnesota so they would not be able to deliver it. Not only that but the company that they had contracted with to deliver our items to us in Minnesota was booked and because of our stuff not arriving when it was supposed to, they were not sure when they'd be able to deliver our items. It has now been two weeks since the date Johnson United was supposed to deliver our items. Not only have our things not been delivered but we have not even been given any information or a new date for when they can make our move happen. We understand that things are busy and they are experiencing a staff shortage; however, that does not excuse them from not fulfilling the job they were contracted to do. Not having any of our things in a new state while starting new jobs has been extremely inconvenient. We have had to buy an air mattress, new towels, new pans, and many other items just to be able to shower and cook for ourselves. I am starting my new internship in July and we are just hoping that our things are delivered in time for all my professional clothes to be accessible to me at that time. It would be beyond inconvenient to have to go out and buy a new wardrobe of work clothing just because Johnson United had failed to deliver our items. Per our contract, we have been told that we will be given $100 per day that our shipment is late. While that would have been fine for a short-term late deliver, as the days tick by, the cost of replacing necessary and needed items we don't have are getting larger and larger. We can only pray our things arrive soon and that they are not damaged from having sat in a truck for so long. We still have no answers. This makes it difficult for us to plan for other appointments or outings, as we don't want to potentially miss the random day they decide they can finally do their job and deliver our items. DO NOT use this company. We understand that some of what has happened is outside of their control. But the unprofessional and dismissive way that this has been handled is not acceptable. read more

Caution, If they provide you a "NOT TO EXCEED" quote don't believe it. I hired Johnson (United Van Lines) to facilitate my move from Colorado to Texas in early October. At that time I received a "not to exceed" quote for my move. This quote was for almost $14,000. Part of that quote included crating for certain high value items or items that needed to be in crates (60 inch Plasma TV for example) to ensure they would survive the move. The day before the move the third-party service company arrived and began crating. When they were done, they showed me what they had crated. I asked about the 60 inch plasma TV in the basement. They indicated that their work order only included one TV. As it turns out, they crated the wrong TV so they had to build another crate. As this was their mistake I did not think much of it. The next day the move happened and my stuff showed up on the other end. I paid my "not to exceed" quote in full and expected that to be the end of things. Imagine my surprise when two weeks later, I received a bill for $2330 and change for the third party services (crates) that were built. I immediately called my move coordinator to discuss. She did some follow-up and informed my that I should not have received that bill due to the fact that those service were included in my "not to exceed" quote. She also told me that since I requested an incremental crate I would need to pay for that. I told her the same thing I wrote above in this review. She told me that I would not need to pay the $2330 and would get back to me on the other matter. On November 14th, I received notification from my credit card that a large transaction had gone through. When I looked, you guessed it, I had been charged the full $2330 and change. I called my move coordinator and left a message. Twenty-four hours later I had heard nothing so I called again and got through. She said she was following up and would get back to me ASAP. After five days I called again and could not get her. After that I tracked someone down at United Van Lines in MO. She called me back on November 21st saying that the issue was being worked on and she expected me to get a credit on Monday 24th. She also indicated that the credit was less the about owed for the incremental crate -- the one I never requested. It is now Saturday, December 1st. I have not seen any credit. My issue: * A "NOT TO EXCEED" quote means exactly that. I should have never been invoiced or billed for the $2330. * Once the issue was acknowledged a credit should have been issued immediately. Why it would take three weeks and counting is unfathomable. * I am not responsible for the mistakes your sub-contractors make. If I explicitly said "I know that your list does not include a crate for this TV but I want you to create it anyway", then I should have to pay for that. To the consumers, if you value your time and do not like surprises I would suggest using someone else. I have spent countless hours trying to get this resolved. read more

I have moved many times in my life and this was the best experience I have ever had. The company was so easy to work with. The actual movers were so polite and accommodating. the were polite and respectful. I truly have never had a move go so smooth. I would recommend them to anyone moving big or small! There are dozens of moving companies available and my experience was so frustrating and miserable that I'd never use United again. My move cost over $25,000, and when my furniture arrived, there was over a thousand dollars of damage. When I submitted a claim for $988, they provided $535. When I provided photos, receipts and descriptions, and responded to their questions to support my $988 claim, they went silent and even though I sent numerous emails and waited two months, they never responded. Do yourself a favor and try some other moving firm. Find a firm that values satisfied customers, not a company like United that so frustrates their customers that they take the time to write posts like this one. read more

Update: just received message from Yelp that the company made a complaint regarding my review. I refuse to take this review down as it is accurate and people need to be aware of this company. I invite yelp to come to my house and see all the broken "facts" in my garage or ask this company for the images and list of the things that they broke! If yelp can get ahold of them I hope they can relay I'm still waiting for the claims agent to contact me and pay for the damages! An ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I'd give it negative 5 stars if that was an option. I just received my stuff from cross country move and 30% of my furniture has been completely damaged! I'm talking broken in half top of a dresser, crushed legs of bookshelves, ripped backing of the cabinets, broken pieces of antique, etc. 10% of my furniture was left in pieces because the parts required to put them back together (I.e. screws, bolts) lost! They PRETENDED to put my child's bunk bed together. They aligned the pieces of the bed next to each other and left it unscrewed!!! Thank God I checked the bed before my child attempted to use it. The rails of the bed were also lefts unscrewed because they lost the screws and DIDN'T BOTHER to tell me. And they knew it was a child's bed!!!! The driver, the guy in charge, was completely nonchalant. He told me to go look for the parts if I wanted for the furniture to be put back together. He refused to have his guys look for the parts and hiding behind an excuse that the parts got lost during the move. In the meantime I found the parts spread all over the house. He himself sneaked into the kitchen and try to screw on the leg from the dog bed. I asked him "where did this come from?", he responded that before he came out another guy in his warehanded it to him because it fell out of the shipping container! His people didn't even bothered to put the right boxes into the correct rooms. They just dumped off 400 boxes that will take me now months to go through to figure out where everything is at! They also "lost" our handguns! They are saying that they are not lost, but simply they "forgot" them and that they are somewhere in their warehouse!!! However, until I have them in my hand they are lost or possible even stolen! Update: our handguns were eventually found. He refused to look at me or talk to me after I voiced my concerns and only would talk and look at my husband, completely ignoring me! It took me too loose my patience with him to acknowledge me!!!! Very argumentative, full of excuses, disrespectful people, lacking customer service skills and just basic decency!!! The upper management is no different! This company specializes in braking your stuff. Save your money and your heart health, go look for someone more professional and reliable. This company is completely worthless!! read more

Never let these people into your home. I had to do a military move and they were more interested in dry firing my fire arms and throwing kettle bells ontop of breakable things in boxes. Somehow they kicked the welded metal slats out of my sons bed, crack my bed frame in half, kick and know half of the top off of my coffee table, and stole anything they could get there hands on. When I called them they don't answer their phone, and won't return your calls. According to my police report they won't even call the police back about a reported theft. All told between what they destroyed or stole I lost 37,000$ and when you file a claim with them the only answer I was sent after asking about it was, oh that's not our fault. read more

These guys suck. Would never use them again or recommend them. I bought them all lunch, gatorade, and gave the crew $200 tip. When it was all done i found multiple chips and scratches in a lot of custom wood molding. Could have been easily avoided if they took the time to hang moving blankets on the walls but they didn't. Rushed through it. Put all the beds/cribs together wrong and we called to have them send people back out to fix it. They did, then sent us a bill for $250 (which we refused to pay). Supposedly sending someone out to fix the scratches and chips. We'll see. All things considered these guys were rough and a little careless with nice furniture in a nice house. read more

Used this company to move my son's college stuff due to COVID in Colorado and they were good at the beginning to get the business. They started changing the conditions, we had a day set to pickup the items and now they say they can't and the only options are either to pay for their moving service or pay a "release fee" to be able to get the stuff, apart from having to pay extra for moving truck as these changes means that we need an additional Uhaul rental. Everything they change is for their convenience resulting in increasing costs. I definitely won't use their service again and don't won't recommend it to anyone I know. read more
