Was having the most stressful day trying to figure out my moving situation and honestly Ruben was the highlight of my day. I got a call from him and he took all of my inventory and gave me a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately my indecisiveness got the best of me and I ultimately made the decision to not move at all. Extremely disappointing moving experience from beginning to end. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. Our move was rescheduled multiple times, and communication throughout the process was terrible. My mom was the person coordinating and paying for the move, yet they repeatedly spam-called my phone instead of properly communicating with her. We were constantly left uncertain about when our move and delivery were actually going to happen. The condition of our belongings after the move was even worse. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged, including bed frames and kitchen chairs. On top of the damage, after unpacking we discovered that a significant amount of our property was completely missing. Multiple pairs of shoes and boots that were packed for the move never arrived at our new home, including Nike/Jordan shoes, Madden boots, cowboy boots, ostrich boots, and other pairs we're still identifying. Between the missing belongings and damaged furniture, we are currently estimating our losses at MORE THAN $3,000, and we are still going through everything. I am not going to accuse anyone of something I cannot prove. What I can say is that these belongings were in our possession before the move, were packed for the move, and did not arrive at our new home. Between being rescheduled multiple times, terrible communication, repeated calls to the wrong person, damaged furniture, damaged property, this has been an unacceptable moving experience. We are documenting everything and pursuing the missing and damaged property. I will update this review to reflect how the company handles the situation and whether our belongings are recovered or we are appropriately compensated. read more

Alex, you are simply repeating the lies that Yevgeny and his crew have told you. Practically everything in your latest reply is a lie. Lies lies lies. And like I said previously, I will not let your lies be the last word here. I've lost some very valuable belongings and that is being pursued through criminal charges with the Douglas County Sheriffs Office. I also intend to pursue this through civil court until the end of time if necessary to get my justice. Since my last reply to you I have had three other additional people Contact me and say they would like to provide any assistance they could and possibly even join my legal team to pursue their damages. One even offered to help pay for Attorney fees just to see you guys take responsibility for the lousy work you have done for so many people. I told him that wouldn't be necessary as my attorney is my brother-in-law who is a senior partner in a very powerful legal firm in Denver. He won't charge me a thing. He has had some bad moving experiences as well and is happy to take on a case like this. As far as your specific lies in your latest reply I can say practically everything is a lie. I have the appropriate home security videos texts and recorded phone calls to support my case in full. The people reading these reviews aren't stupid. They can see the pictures and know who's telling the truth here. Again, this is what you call white glove service? And now all of a sudden the situation at my home became hostile and there was verbal abuse? How ridiculous is that? This is the first I've heard of that but I guess your guys had to have some reason to leave my home in the condition it was left. But again this is a lie. I bought the whole team pizza for lunch and despite the hard work everyone was in good spirits. The two local movers that you hired to help were good enough to stay the rest of the day that your guys left and then they came back again the entire next day to complete the heavy moving. They left me their names and numbers and said they would be happy to write a review themselves supporting what I am saying here is the truth. You say you stand by your work and the job your crew did here? I hope everyone who reads this can look at the pictures and say that is not the type of white glove service they want to pay for with your company. I just received an email from Yelp that said since my first review there have been 1,972 more viewers on your website. You're getting the negative attention you deserve. Requested in state move, signed contract and paid deposit, confirmed the morning before, thought we were good. A few hours after confirmation that everything was set they called and said they had truck issues so had to change to the following morning but assured us they would be at our house at 8 am the next day. At 9:06 called because no one had showed up and was told they were finishing another move but would be here in an hour. 2 hours after that with no movers in sight tried to text and call - no response. Now we have to try to get our deposit back and find another mover. Unreliable, don't waste your time and money with this company. read more

Let me say the movers who came to pick up our belongings were Great, and the movers who came to deliver our belongings were great as well . But the broker in Miami said that we would get our belongings the next day. Which wasn't the case. It took 2 weeks for us to get our furniture. When the movers arrived by UHaul we were informed that they would be going back to Denver. Eugene didn't mention this . Then the brokers in Miami made A mistake as to the first quote. We then had to pay another amount. In the meantime Mileway Moving could not locate a truck for our furnitire. Finally arrived by Ryder. Alot of my husbands tools had rust on them . Movers Brian & Ernie were excellent. Very effective & professional. Problem is estimate indicated cost between $703 and $893. Estimated job time was 3-4 hours. Estimated travel time was 1 hour between Longmont and Thornton. The total time for job (labor & travel) was 3 hours and 5 minutes. I expected a final cost near $703. They initially charged $893 syaing the job took 3 hours and there was one hour of travel time. In my mind there was 2 hours of labor at $190/hr and 1 hour of travel. Add stairs cost of $100 and fuel of $33. I thought a 3 hour total job beginning to end should have been closer to $703, not $893. They did take off about $70 when I complained. read more

My experience with Mile-Way Moving company was above and beyond the best moving company I've ever worked with and since I've moved three times in the last six months I can tell you that means a lot! They were on time, took great care of my furniture by wrapping them all and by organizing the moving truck in a very efficient manner. As well, the way my two guys (David and Louie- both very kind and considerate, easy and fun to chat with) handled moving my many boxes was amazing!
