Decent pizza, the crust is great. The sauce is lacking flavor to me but not horrible. Could use better cheese imo. But overall a fresh pizza from them is better than most. 7/10 . Just moved from the East Coast + we were craving a good ol' fashioned New York-style slice, and Johnny Bronx delivers. Good cheese, good sauce, good crust. We also really enjoyed the garlic bread, and the marinara sauce on the side is VERY good -- and very garlicky. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. We've just been ordering the 20" pie, but after stopping in to pick up our pizza, I'm pretty curious about the option of a "building" a pizza by the slice with their other offerings. Really like going to this location. It's very clean, they have plenty of seating, and the employees are very friendly. I like having options to buy a whole pizza or pizza by the slice. You can also order slices with different toppings that are ready to eat. The thin dough is perfect and the toppings are fresh. I have never received a cold pizza or slice. If you're on the fence about trying this olace, just do it. The pizza is wonderful. After spending a couple years near New York back in the day, this place is a true slice of heaven for those New York pizza fans. The crust is thin but not soggy. It has an abundance of flavor in all the pizzas we've tried. Whether it's pepperoini, white pizza, or a specialty slice, they've all been truly memorial. And they're reasonably priced. First time ordering from here, the quality of pizza ingredients was impressive, all fresh and topped nicely with the perfect amount of cheese. The pizza is good but the wait is brutal. If you call in an order they don't seem to even start making your order until you arrive. Call in at 2pm and they tell you 30min, if you arrive at 2:30 they tell you it will be 15min because they haven't even started yet. Three people working, no one dining in and the excuse is that they are "slammed". It's a common occurrence and quite annoying. Staff seems to take the "whatever man" shrug attitude which is about what you get these days for min wage jobs. read more

Very good pizza! The crust is amazing. We had a party of 9 adults and 1 toddler and ordered 3 large pizzas (had about half a pizza left over). We loved that there wasn't an overwhelming amount of options but still the opportunity to create your own pizza! Pricing was very reasonable, about $15/large pizza. Service was good but it did take a little longer than we would have expected to get one of our pizzas. Everything came out hot though! Previous post: My family and I frequently visit this location and order pizzas for various functions. Unfortunately, after two negative experiences, we have decided not to return. We ordered five 20-inch pizzas and breadsticks for a birthday party, with a 6 o'clock pick-up time. When we arrived, we were informed that the breadsticks were not ready yet, and we ended up waiting until almost 6:45. It turned out that our pizzas had been ready, but because we were waiting for the breadsticks, all the pizzas were cold. I was not happy about this, so I asked to speak to a manager. When I spoke to her, she mentioned that they would give me a free pizza for my next visit. I specifically asked if a coupon would be emailed to me or how it would work, and she assured me that they would note it for my next visit and that I did not need to do anything else. Today, I returned to pick up another large order and obtain my free pizza. The first employee told me that I had already used my free pizza, which was not true. The manager then stepped in and stated that there was no note in the system and she could not provide the free pizza I had been promised. There's a barbershop next to this place, however me and my daughter walked here to snack while the boys were getting a haircut. The pizza was amazing and not oily. It was fairly cheap and very clean. The girls working were very sweet and friendly. However the only thing I wasn't happy about was having to wait about 15mins for the food to come out. Keep in mind I only order a slice of pepperoni and cheese pizza. After realizing they might've forgotten about us I went up and asked when our food was coming and she of course did forget about us. So first off I'd like to thank the friendly staff at this location for explaining the flavors they offer, I ended up choosing a white sauce pizza with tomato and balsamic and it was delicious. The pizza is delicious, but the service tonight was outstanding! A mistake was made on our pizza, and someone forgot to make our garlic bread, but the employees were all very apologetic and worked very quickly to correct the issue. The owner, Judah, was so friendly, kind and also very apologetic. We had a great chat with him as we waited for our new pie to be made. I'm torn between three and four stars. The food is excellent, however the service... meh. They take forever to pick up at drive through, meaning you wait and wait for them to take your order. I just sit there... crickets.... Then you get to the window and they haven't put in the order, so you have to do it all over. Their paypoint always suggest "add a tip", which I normally do, but until they answer at their drive through right away and have their people put in orders so you can pay right away... I just can't give more stars. With that said, the pizza is delicious... I love it and keep coming back even with the service issues. read more

Here's my experience, take it for what it's worth. The pizza shop has a big roll up door, which I found odd that it was open today with a high of 63 degrees out. It was around 8pm when I got there and it seemed a little cold in the dining area. Pizza by the slice, or full pizza was the option. Since it was my first time there, I ordered a 14" pepperoni and mushroom, and two slices of Detroit style pepperoni. Short drive home and the pizza was still pretty warm. I cracked open the boxes on the trip to let them breath as I don't like soggy pizza crust. The Detroit had some crisp to the crust, but the round pie wasn't crispy at all, just firm and a little chewy. The sauce was pretty salty in comparison to what I'm normally used to at every other pizza I enjoy. The round pizza was pretty greasy. I'm not sure if it was just the pepperoni, or from the cheese as well, but the grease gave the undercarriage a bit of a flop on some of the pieces. When I made the order, I also paid at the same time, which at that point, it asked for a tip. I hadn't even gotten the pizza yet abd they want a tip? Crazy days in food service.... Anyway, I gave them a tip so I didn't look like an A-hole, and thinking the service/pizza would be deserving. The employees looked like they had all been in the back making pizzas, without a dedicated front counter person, so they all had flour all over them, which kinda takes away from the professionalism, in my opinion. Over all the pizza was fine, but with the tip it came to slightly over $30, which was pretty high priced considering the quality of the pizza was slightly better than what you would find in a gas station. read more
