It's definitely a place that looks authentic. I read the menu while inside and it had so many choices including cocktails and many food options. Many choices for any taste! I was really looking forward to trying Thai food here. Unfortunately, I ended up walking in and out due to disappointing service or the lack thereof. When I walked in (almost at 7 PM), there was a long line of diners that were not acknowledged. They were confused and asking each other where to wait and who will take their table reservation. It was very unclear where the hostess is, where to pick up orders, or wait for a table. The restaurant is very small and was overpacked on a Monday night. I had to wait an extremely long time right in front of the hostess to be acknowledged. The wait time for a table was 45 minutes to 1 hour. The wait for to go order was also 45 minutes. I would probably wait but it was scorching hot inside despite it being it being the 70's outside. I was hoping that the service would be more attentive. My suggestion to anyone visiting is to figure out a time when they're not busy. The food is probably very good, but get ready for not so good service and extended waits.

Staff speaks Vietnamese and they had Viet beers imported in. It's a decently large restaurant and the parking lot is alright, as Midwestern ones go. Food came out quickly and the ambiance was busy, lively, and loud, but in a fun way. For our visits, we got a mix of the grilled pork vermicelli, rice plates (sadly not broken rice, so it's not THAT authentic, I suppose), spring rolls, and pho. Delicious, tender meat, texture of the carbs were perfect. I do recall that the fish sauce was just a tad too fish for the vermicelli dish, but that might have been us adding too much of it in to make up for something else, but overall not bad. It obviously doesn't beat what you can find in Little Saigon, California, but if you're all the way out here, it works.

I live in a city with tons of amazing Vietnamese restaurants, but this place blew them all away with maybe the most flavorful pho I've ever had. A huge bowl, not overly salty, with fresh produce and great flavor. Some of their beers are brewed perfectly to go with these zesty citrus flavors, so you really can't go wrong eating and drinking together. As I knew this was my only visit this trip, I also ordered a plate of fried rice which was also fantastic and I loved trying their sauces with it. Prices are so reasonable for the quality here. If you're a fan of Vietnamese food, great beer, and cool vibes, this is a must visit spot!

Lunch is a perfect time to go if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, since you still get a full, satisfying meal at a great value.
