For our visits, we got a mix of the grilled pork vermicelli, rice plates (sadly not broken rice, so it's not THAT authentic, I suppose), spring rolls, and pho. Delicious, tender meat, texture of the carbs were perfect. I do recall that the fish sauce was just a tad too fish for the vermicelli dish, but that might have been us adding too much of it in to make up for something else, but overall not bad. We have always called them back in the day, and I called them last week from home for a Saturday reservation with no issues. The menu has a lot of great options and I have enjoyed their drinks before in the past. The portions are great for vacationers because although I am a leftover queen, they do not have give salad here, only soup. They do not offer noodles here, only rice. So the portion is a bit smaller than when I go closer to home where I can take home leftovers, but still the portion is large and filling. We do look forward to coming back and treating ourselves.

It's a thin, crisp lentil or chickpea flour wafer, usually fried or roasted, served as the starter. The three chutneys / sauces that traditionally come with it are: 1. Brown - Tamarind Chutney (Imli Chutney) Sweet, sour and a little tangy. Made from 2. Green - Mint-Coriander Chutney (Pudina-Dhania Chutney) 3. Reddish-orange - Mango Chutney or Red Chili-Garlic Chutney The chuckney was delivered but we had to ask for the cracker which came out after the food. We ordered naan bread. A more than generous portion came out. Actually one order was ( in my opinion ) enough bread for 4. It advertised (outside portable sign) said Bar Opened. Yet they didn't and couldn't serve wine.
