A lot of used car dealers don't do much to their merchandise, but this car showed pride of ownership. When I picked up the car, it was washed, the interior looked like it came off a showroom floor...no funny smells, nothing broken,... just a perfect little car. And the whole sales process was straight forward and quick. Everything was explained to me, got copies of all the documents, and most of all....NO FAKE FEES OR CHARGES. He had asked me if we had gotten any other quotes and I let him know that we went to Carmax, which I probably shouldn't have. Still, the guy seemed nice and honest, and offered us $200 more than Carmax. JNB treated me well, I wouldn't hesitate to return. These people buy and sell cars. They are not magicians. They can't see every little thing wrong with a car on their lot. If you want certified pre-owned, go pay the premium for certified pre-owned from a big dealer. Fact is you're gonna pay thousand(s) of dollars for that. If you are willing to do some research on the vehicle, learn about the common failure points, stick with reliable models, you can walk away with a heck of a deal. But you have to be able to rely on your intuition, and remember any used item is a gamble to some degree. If something looks extraordinarily well-cared for, it probably is. And vice versa read more

I was in the market for a toyota tacoma, and searched high and low for one. It seemed like every dealer i went to had a pile of garbage on the lot. I took JNBs tacoma to a nearby shop to have it inspected, and i was very surprised to find the car already had a tune up performed! It had a clean title and a great price, how could i not buy it? So i did! Fast forward about half a year later, this car is still solid as can be, even after my own personal mechanic checked it out! I had a great experience buying a car at JNB. The guys that work here are honest. They are not trying to scam you. They let you take their vehicles anywhere to get an inspection. If they promise you a car, they will hold the car for you even though there may be other buyers offering more money for the vehicle. All of their cars have Carfax sheets and are clean titles. They do not sell salvage vehicles. They keep their word if they tell you something. Overall, really good experience and I would recommend JNB to anyone looking to buy a used car. Do not even THINK about doing business with these con artist! We bought a Camry that we were told was in great condition. Drove it off the lot, 25 miles later the engine starts making a horrible sound, oily water leaking, etc. What a nightmare. The next morning we go back to tell the salesman Mr. Tse about the situation, thinking he would do the right thing. He did come look at the car (which would not start). Told us he wasn't a mechanic but "guessed" it was the timing belt and the water pump. He said he could give us the name of a good shop. WOW thanks, sell us a lemon and then make money off of us to get it repaired. This man has no honor and will steal you blind. He kept saying "You bought it AS IS". Yes but he lied to us about the AS IS. Spread the word in your neighborhood so that other people are not cheated! We just got a call from our mechanic. My family and I went in today to look at the cars they have on their lot. They have a good selection of vehicles. Right away, we were greeted by the salesperson, Miguel. He was very friendly and offered us help. He let us look around and check out the cars without pressuring us or being pushy. When we inquired about a few cars we were interested in, he gave us pricing info and offered us financing services. He calculated some estimates for a few of the cars to help us narrow down which one we would be the best fit for our budget. He explained that running too many applications would hurt our credit score. We appreciate that he took the time to explain that to us, it shows that he cares about his customers. He also lowered the price of the car so we would not go over our monthly payment budget. My husband and I ended up purchasing and financing a Toyota Prius from JNB We were very impressed and with Miguel's professionalism. He was patient and kind and answered all our questions. I had checked out a car from them. I even pointed out that the radiator smelled. I went with a driver to his mechanic to have it checked out. But mechanic was not available to do right then and there. So then I suggested to get it done and give me a call. The call came in claiming that theres nothing wrong with it. So Then 2nd attempt is to take it for a spin again, taking it to my mechanic. Sure enough He pointed out that it smelled and he showed it to me with a flashlight and pointed the fresh green water droplets on the pan and the hose showed leaking. Although I had mentioned to my mechanic about the smell of radiator. He looked at me, impressed because He had been teaching me on what to look for. Although I always knew some of the common things such as radiator smell. Don't we all? So then upon return I pointed it out to the dealer, Chris, Miguel, and Brian. They say that they don't see the problem, its like grabbing their heads and press their faces on the problem but their eyes are looking sideways. Wow, talk about professional car dealers. All 3 of them shrugged their shoulders. So then I said it needs to be fixed. Let me know the following day. The next day they called and said its been checked out. I went and test drove the car. It seemed to hold pretty well. I didn't smell the radiator, so I asked to go see my mechanic again with Miguel this time. Well as it turned out when I opened the hood, the pan was gone. Then suspiciously I looked up at Miguel and inquired of a missing pan. His reply was they had forgotten to put it back on. So My mechanic, in suspicion, says it seemed to look fine. So then on the same day, of 22nd of March. It was delivered that evening, paid in cash out the door. I came to find out after purchasing my own insurance and drove it and then smelled the radiator again. So I had returned to Chris. It was shuddering, and he then put in a new coil. It seemed to calm down a bit. Then I suggested to have my radiator repaired by my own mechanic and I would bill them. Reluctantly, Chris then suggested to have it lifted and have a look see himself. Once it was lifted, He asked to point out the problem. As soon as I looked under, I see smeared oil and hanging drops stilled at the end of a block. I wiped with one finger and asked " What happened?" Showing them my finger. Chris then says, "You were talking about the radiator, and now you are talking about something else?" As if to say that I'm bullshitting him. We went back and forth on that. He dared to argue with me as if it was normal. His co worker, Miguel was in shock and awe. He was quite silent the entire time we squabbled about his admitting problem. Then I felt the radiator hose, it was bubbling quite fast. I, then, felt the tire to see if the engine was on, since I'm deaf. I was shocked to find that it was still bubbling after only driving under 2 miles Since the morning. I knew that they don't keep engine running when a car is lifted to be observed from under. It wasn't running, thats how loud the hose was bubbling over. And yet, it screams loud on my fingertips. Thats when I was shocked at these guys being reluctant to come over and feel it upon request. It was like pulling teeth with them. Then I asked Chris to please feel the hose, he stood there like a kid sassing back. He would not budge, then i asked Miguel to come and feel it. He finally moved up and felt it. Finally I had to point out how Chris was behaving by refusing to feel what i asked him to do. Chris finally came forward and felt it. He did NOT say a word about it. No apologies, no offers of repairs no compensation of any sort. The end result was that I ended back up at my mechanic for the 3rd time and he had it lifted up. He showed me a crack in one area, also explained that brakes are nearly gone. ALL 4 wheels have faded. By law, as my mechanic pointed out that every dealer are responsible to ensure that brakes are in working order. Then to my dismay, its not just the radiator, but the oil leak, a crack in one area, and faded brakes. I was left stumped at the guys that literally lied to me, they had their mechanic sneak a radiator hose. Then at a different date, Chris replaces the coil when I had to return and show them that the car is showing "check engine" even after they had replaced coil. He wanted to go for a drive by himself, whilst, I said I'm going with you. Then I pointed out "check engine". Thats when it lead to having my car lifted by these shysters, thats when I had discovered oil leak from there on.So it goes to show that they had taken advantage of a DEAF female. Although, Im pretty good with knowing whats what in and out of cars. The downside was that I didn't know much about modern brakes, and engine. So He refused to pay the bill when I suggested it after the repairs are done. On the last day of March 28th, 2016. As he dropped the car from the lift, and started to drive off the lot. I had an old car that we don't use anymore. It was just taking up room in my parking lot and I needed to pay for registration again, so I thought about selling it. I did a little research and went to a few local used car dealerships that buy used cars. I was greeted by a young dude named Johnathan and his manager Chris, both made me feel really comfortable, which was a huge plus. Since the registration was due, they gave me a little less, but i don't care because it's more money than I had yesterday, with one less headache. They offered me another car, but I simply declined since I had one, AND THEY DIDNT FORCE AN UPSELL!!
