Came across this gem of a private car dealer when I was searching for a very specific Mercedes last week. It's a small privately owned dealership specializing in luxury cars - Mercedes. I called after getting frustrated with the process and run around, spending hours at other large dealerships in the area and getting my car appraised. After nearly defeat, I called Apex Auto and confirmed the car I was interested in was there and got there 2 hours later. Kevin, the gentleman I spoke with automatically remembered and asked my name. He quickly pointed out the AMG GLA35 I asked about and had paperwork ready for me to test drive. Efficient! I speak fluent Chinese, and my parents came along with me to car shop. The process was seamless. He didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off, provided all the carfax paperwork, and what he needed for me to get the process started to drive out that evening. There wasn't that grimes used car salesman banter I cannot stand at other places and he drew up all paperwork required while I went and sold my car. When I came back, paperwork was ready and I got keys in 30 mins. Walkthrough done, he submitted all my paperwork to file with the DMV and was kind enough to give me all the details I needed with this new fancy 2021 after driving a 2014. Also gave me an OEM USB C because the car doesn't have usb ports and is all USB c ports :) Kevin was professional, kind, patient, honest and helpful. I can't say enough great things about this experience! Highly recommend this place, you won't regret it. read more

I sold my previous car to Apex Autonet. Everything went well. He gave us reasonable price. All he did was open the hood to see the engines, walk around the car, see inside, and start the car to check. He also took care of all the paperwork including release liability. Recommended for people who would like to sell the car without hassle. They also sell used car. Location in Alhambra on Valley between 4th and 5th Street. read more

Hello. Just wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to the team over at apex autonet, specifically Kent for making the car buying process easy and smooth. Backstory: I had gotten into an accident and had a week to find a car-a specific model car in mind-Lexus CT 200h, and they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. After test driving at a couple other used car spots, I appreciated the professionalism and ease at apex autonet. Not to mention the great quality of cars on their lot. I was greeted by Kent, who allowed me to test drive the car a couple times and took the time to pop the hood and take me thru the mechanics of the car. No high pressure sales, a true patient and practical approach. Which made it all that much easier. I did the financing application online and within minutes I was good to go. Cars are sold As is-but I'm telling you, the cars on the lot seem very solid and fairly priced. I was truly grateful for the knowledge and help from staff that made this car buying process a smooth one. If you want to buy with confidence-this is a great place to get a used car. No hassle, no stress. Just super practical. U want it? Test it. They will work it out. If not. No worries-no pressure. I loved that. Thank you Kent for your help and making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. I love my car! read more

Got my G82 here at Apex Richard did a great job. The purchases was seamless and quick.

I found a car at cars.com and contacted the dealership several times over the phone to answer my questions and request an appointment to see the car (I don't live in the area). Wanted to initially see the car on the weekend and told several employees about it, only to find out the car was taken to a shop appointment on my preferred day to see it. Disappointed, but liked the car so much, I made a new attempt to see it during the week. Upon arrival, Jack Chu greeted me and immediately handed me the keys to the car to check it out and "just come and ask if you have questions". I had time to check the car inside and out by myself, and was able to take it on a test drive quickly after without much interaction with Jack. As the main business of the dealership is exporting cars to the Asian market, it's no surprise you'll find a basic service with no fluff and no gimmicks at Apex. After my test drive I waited for Jack, expressed my interest, and we got straight to the point. He is no pushy salesperson, he'll allow you to look around and ask questions. Cars are priced fairly, and there is not much room for negotiations. You basically buy as-is, and can't haggle for the price much. My trade-in car was valued based on an online recommendation, again without much bartering for a better price. On the other hand, Jack didn't try to up-sell me anything, add services or costs beyond the sales tax, documentation fee and DMW registration. I'd recommend Apex to customers who like the cars and their prices online, and want a quick and satisfactory car buying experience. Definitely no frills, so do your research before you commit, come here to check the inventory and buy your vehicle close to the advertised price. I purchased my vehicle, and drove away satisfied with the overall experience. read more

I purchased a car from Richard at Apex Autonet Inc. They were very honest and easy to deal with. The process was smooth and quick. I took the car to get an inspection from a mechanic and they confirmed that nothing was wrong with the car. Everything was perfect. I appreciate that the dealer was transparent and honest. They had prompt replies to my questions. I will come back again to purchase another vehicle here. They have very reasonable prices. I recommend them for your next car purchase. Over the past weekend my family and I went to Apex to shop for a commuter car for myself. Kevin was very nice and he gave us time to look at all the cars in the lot. I ended up choosing a Nissan Juke 2011 and it was in pristine condition, with the interior detailed. While we were there I saw that they were washing the cars in the lot, so no cars were dusty from being out for too long. Kevin gave us time to think over the decision, but once we accepted, he was able to take us through the steps seamlessly and answer all questions. It was an overall excellent experience. read more

The used car buying experience here was great. I was helped by Kent and Jack. They were extremely friendly and they didn't rush us nor did they pressure us into a purchase. They left us to inspect the car on our own and let us take our time, which was great. The purchasing the car was quick and simple. Kent also went a filled the tired to the correct PSI for us when he noticed it was low. It's the little things. We purchased a 2014 CLA 250 and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these guys. read more
