Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

On April 17, 2025, I visited this location to purchase a BIOMAT QUEEN mattress. Before making the payment, I asked very clearly about their return policy. Both the owner, Mr. Huy, and his staff assured me: "Don't worry. If you're not satisfied within 14 days, just bring it back and we'll give you a full 100% refund. After 14 days, you can contact the manufacturer directly. But this is a high-quality product, and it sells very fast, so you won't have any problems." Because of that assurance, I decided to make the purchase. However, after paying, I never received any confirmation email or shipping information, as I had been promised. After several days with no updates, I returned to the store on April 20 to ask about my order. They told me it was delayed due to the holiday and assured me they would follow up. On April 21, I finally received an email saying the mattress would be delivered on Friday, April 25. But that night, when I opened the package and used the mattress, I discovered it was defective - the heating function was malfunctioning, causing extreme heat on my back, which made it impossible to sleep. On April 29, I returned to the store to report the issue and request a refund. Instead of showing any concern or support, the manager, Jimmy, was dismissive and even aggressive, refusing to refund me simply because the product had been opened - despite it being clearly defective. When I asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Huy, again, he told me: "I'm no longer in charge - the manager decides now," and then refused to come downstairs to speak with me. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I'm sharing my experience not to cause conflict, but to warn other customers to be extremely careful when shopping at TELETRON, especially at 13818 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove, CA. They made big promises before the sale, but once there's a problem, they ignore the customer and take no responsibility. I truly hope the store will reconsider how they treat customers in the future. If you're thinking about buying from this store, please be cautious and don't make the same mistake I did.

The manager/supervisor, whose name is tony, comes around to the line and makes and announcement. Specifically stating that they will NOT place multiple orders for individuals. I paid no attention, it didn't apply to me. I had just got there 15 minutes ago and hadn't placed any order yet, I thought. Then tony looks at me and proceeds to tell me that I should leave and that he will not be taking my order. I didn't listen to him. There were only 4 ppl in front of me. I was almost there. Soon as I got in front of the cashier, tony comes rushing from around that corner and tells me he's not taking my order. I kept asking why so he tells me to talk to security or call corporate. I'm confused as fuck! Then the female cashier looks up my account and tells me that I've been buying from other stores and now that I can't buy from their store. So I'm asking myself, if I bought a tv from the other location, I can't buy another tv at this location?? I started to feel like tony was discriminating against me. Becuz I came to realization that buying/purchasing from other stores was not the issue here. Becuz tony had already told me before I even got to the register that he was not going to take my order if I'm intending to place multiple orders. Which I hadn't. We went back and forth, and then begins to tell me that he now will take my order but it WILL be canceled. So after discriminating against me, he now wants to threaten me by deliberately canceling my order. So as he proceeds to place my order. I give him that necessary information that he needed. I gave him the sku number for the product that I wanted. And after I gave him that number he says to me 'funny that you know the number by heart' . It was 7 numbers. I remember my dl number. My license plate number, my ssn, and even my mama phone number by heart. I have no idea why he thought I couldn't remember 7 numbers to a product I've purchased in the past numerous times at other locations. All in all, this guy tony discriminated against me, threatened me. Intimidated me. And patronized me. He straight up profiled me. I wanna have a talk with HR next and ask what type of ppl they hire and requirements are needed to have a manager/supervisor position. It's ppl like tony is the reason why I don't come to this location. I've had better customer service at other Best Buy's location. I get 'good mornings' every time I walk in after a night of camping out. I don't get treated like shit like how tony did me. Take my word for it Don't come to this location Westminster mall and Costa Mesa is the place to go. I got the proof.

The only computer store I could find in the high desert was a Best Buy. I looked up the wattage I needed and figured 100W would be fine. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). I will continue to do all my electronics shopping here because the customer service is second to none. Shout out to you, George. Thanks again! Plus, how can you not go to Best Buy when it's so nostalgic? I don't know how many hours I'd spend here checking out all the latest CDs and DVDs released. So many fond memories! Highly recommended.

I received a call…read moretoday from someone who clearly has no idea what customer service is and they told me they me delivery I was expecting in 2 days was being pushed out 2 weeks because the manufacturer just shipped the unit. So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....
