After the problem came back, I contacted the company many times requesting warranty service. As shown in my text messages, I asked them to repair the TV or honor their warranty. They repeatedly promised to come, but never showed up. It has now been well over a year, and my TV is still not repaired. I still have the repair invoice and the text message history documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. Before leaving this review, I gave the company many opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, they failed to provide the warranty service they promised or offer any meaningful solution. One thing led to another, handle was fixed but then he had to take the unit apart multiple times because he did something else that caused another issue (he claimed he didn't do it, but it had no other issue when we called him). Long story short, after paying him $440, the microwave stopped functioning properly, shortly afterwards, I was hoping to get a few more years of usage out of this appliance. Very frustrating, I should have invested the repair funds into a new unit instead trying to use his services. He will charge you a minimum fee to come out again and I didn't want to waste another penny on his services. Learn from my mistake, just invest in a new appliance.

These things are expensive, so I looked at repairing it versus replacing for a new iPad. While the Apple store will perform some work, they are closed during the pandemic, so I started Yelping alternatives. I contacted a phone service shop, and they explained the work required micro-soldering, which they don't do, but were nice enough to refer me to iTechCare. I contacted iTechCare and spoke with Xia. She is clearly very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what the work entailed. She made a recommendation on changing the battery since the case will be open, and the battery had a few years of charging cycles on it. I opted to just have the charging port replaced. I wanted to keep the time the iPad was away as short as possible, so I paid a deposit so the parts could be ordered. Then a couple of days later Xia notified me the parts were in, I dropped it off that evening, and she had it ready for pick up the next afternoon. Xia showed me photos of the old very-damaged charging port, which had several charging pins bent and some missing all together. It's been a couple of weeks now and the new charging port is still working flawlessly. Thank you!
