I brought my xbox series X over to mason for a simple HDMI port replacement due to corrosion. He…read moreended up having my xbox for over a month along with extremely poor communication. I was getting worried due to the poor communication so i asked for it back. This xbox had NO other issues other than the HDMI port. When i asked for it back he stated that it was having other issues such as overheating which i found odd because it never had that problem before. When i arrived to pick it up he informed me that if i gave him more time he would have been able to fix it but i found a months worth of time was PLENTY of time. I brought it home plugged it in and there was no picture. The HDMI port didn't work but WAS replaced. I called up another place called Luxe Tech repairs and brought it in. They opened it up immediately after me bringing it in a provided me with some very shocking photos of what the inside of my xbox looked like which i will provide below. He said there was automotive grease on it and solder flux instead of thermal paste which was causing it to over heat. 1 hour later this company had my xbox working and ready to go which i will also provide pictures below on how beautifully Luxe Tech fixed my xbox in just 1 hour. i will never be bringing my business back to repairland.

Had to wait another 2 months for the 'Warranty' repair to be completed. After 3 months, I had to call several times for a status/update, always with the same response: 'Waiting on the part'. Within 2 weeks after the 3 months, finally got a call it was ready. 3. Went to pick it up, and was told I owed $30.00, for parts. Asked why since it was returned within the warranty period, now get this, "it was out of Warranty"...ya see how this works now! 4. Sooo...after taking my tape deck home, after the 'Warranty' repair, discovered the tape deck was severely scratched across the surface face. 5. Finally. After 2 days of playing tapes, tape deck didn't work, again, severely dragging. I reported the issue and asked for them to fix, guess what, it was "Out of Warranty". Stated if I wanted it fixed, they will charge me again! In conclusion, you might be better off going to a more reliable & responsible vintage stereo service.

I had an issue recently--two separate ones, actually with both of my computers. I called Laguna Hills Tech Access both times, because I am simply just too busy to fix them myself as my life is way too busy with taking care of my kids and having a full work schedule. Let me just say that these guys know their stuff!! The first time I called, I needed to have my motherboard replaced and new RAM (those are sticks of memory that go on the motherboard) installed on my HP laptop. My computer was constantly freezing and sometimes failed to get to the startup screen, along with a couple things more. One of the owners, Matt, came out promptly and treated me very well. I actually pretended I didn't know anything because I didn't have the energy to speak tech with him (lol sorry!). Not knowing that I know much about computers, he in no way belittled me for my "lack of knowledge." He was very cordial and encouraging. He really does know what he is doing and I speak from experience here! The second time, my Dell Inspiron was having problems stuttering while playing videos of my kids and husband playing together, among some other issues. This time the other owner, Michael, came out very quickly to look at the problem and took great care of me and my computer! We had to order some parts, and as soon as they came in, he was back to install everything and fixed my computer right up. Superior service! Don't let the youthful ages of these boys fool you. I can tell you from both experiences that they really know their stuff and not only that, they are super professional and have EXCELLENT customer service.
