    Itsy bitsy spring roll

I ordered from here by accident thinking I was going to try the other Chinese place a few doors down. Three of us got takeout from here and we were able to be disappointed in multiple dishes in one sitting. Crab Rangoon, soggy. Scallion pancakes - burnt and very small portion. It looks like they picked some char off, but should have started over. General tso, soggy, zero heat, sauce needed salt. This is not general tso sauce... See next food. Sesame chicken. Same sauce as general tso. They added sesame seeds to this dish and peppers to the other. They are not the same dishes. Vegetable Fried rice. Wasn't fried at all. This was steamed rice tossed in oil. The vegetables were barely noticeable and looked like they used a bag of mixed vegetables from the supermarket and tossed them in. The rice was flavorless and of course had zero wok hei. Pork egg rolls, very small and hard to find any sort of meat. They should call this a cabbage roll. Spring roll, around the size of my pinky. Also poor filling. I hope they don't rip off the landlord when they go out of business. I'm wondering what store will be in this strip mall when this happens, hopefully soon.

It's Christmas Day and we are looking for some good Chinese and sushi. Landed in Jin Fu. Decided to give them a chance. Ordered: Chicken and broccoli: pleasant sauce. Chicken cooked well. Broccoli not over cooked. Could use more flavor. Chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce: also well cooked. Tastes good but light on flavor. Hot and sour soup: certainly hot! Packs a pleasant punch. Great flavor. Tom yum soup: exciting flavor! Packs heat, sour notes, popping with flavor and 2 huge shrimp! Butterfly roll: yummy! Super spider roll: expertly rolled. Surprising pop of flavor (unlike some other places which are very dull) Also worth noting, ordered online. System said 90mim to get food. Phone rang immediately after that popped up to say that it would only be 45min. The young lady who answers the phone and called me back was extra polite and sweet. Very pleasant to deal with. Unlike other places that barely understand you and sound rude. If it wasn't for the food then I'd be tempted to do business with them just because of the customer service. They said 45 min. Meant food would be ready around 6:15. I showed up early. They handed me my bag at 6:16. I mean woah. To be that precise on the time estimates! In short. Soups and sushi are the best parts. Service is exquisite.

    Wonton Soup

While being quarantined, I figured I would support a local business. Been wanting to try the food here for a while, so it was time. Wasn't really sure what I wanted. After looking over the menu I decided to share wonton soup, an egg roll and moo shoo chicken with my mom. Soup was yummy. Wasn't traditional wonton soup as other veggies were included; spinach and bean sprouts. Broth was a little darker and wontons were smaller than usual. Either way it was super tasty and there 8 (possibly even more) wontons in a quart. I enjoyed the flavor a lot! Egg roll was decent. Wasn't as greasy as your typical egg roll. Flavor was there...just wish more pork was inside. Moo shoo chicken had excellent flavor! Wasn't greasy either. There was a lot of chicken, which is a rare occurrence when ordering this dish elsewhere. The wrappers were good too...they weren't as thin as most places, which is a huge plus! Very good and filling dinner! I will be ordering from here again.

The first reaction you'll get from looking at the store front is that it's a regular takeout Chinese restaurant but that's where you're wrong! The interior is clean and comfortable. There is also parking out front so that's always a plus! I came here because I heard good things about it after a few changes were made to the place and I was not disappointed. The food is worth because you get a large amount for the price you pay. It's really filling and I usually order different dishes to share with the table. Even though it's a chinese place, the food resembles Thai food, like the noodles I got reminded me of pad thai.

    Welcome to heaven!

Our server, Gina V., was delightful, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. The owner, Joe, also stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect, which truly showed how much they care about their guests. The last time I dined here, I ordered the 4-pound stuffed lobster, and it was so memorable that I couldn't resist ordering it again. It was just as delicious as I remembered--loaded with shrimp and scallops, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. I chose the New England clam chowder as my side, which was excellent as well. The portions were incredibly generous, and I ended up taking most of my meal home to enjoy later. My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp and flounder combination and loved it. He said the fish was very fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Once again, we left thoroughly satisfied.

The staff was very friendly and attentive from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and were happy to answer questions about the menu. We went for the all-you-can-eat buffet, and it was absolutely delicious! The seafood was noticeably fresh and tasty -- crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and a great variety of other options were all well-prepared and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh, not frozen or overly salted like some buffet places. The sides and accompaniments were solid too. For the quality and unlimited seafood, the price was very reasonable -- definitely one of the best budget-friendly seafood options on Long Island. Whether you're craving fresh seafood or just want a fun, satisfying meal without breaking the bank, I would highly recommend Sexy Crab. Great spot for families, couples, or groups. Management skills -…read more Extremely disappointed with the way this restaurant handled a situation that was entirely their mistake. I arrived after missing the 3:00 p.m. lunch special, so before ordering I specifically asked the waitress if the dinner special was still available. She said yes. I then asked a second time if it was still $29.99 for one appetizer, one entrée, and one dessert. Again, she said yes. Based on that information, my guest and I ordered our meals. When the bill arrived, it was over $104. I immediately questioned it because it didn't match what I had been told. The manager came to the table and informed me that they no longer offer the dinner special. The waitress then admitted, in front of everyone, that she had told me the special was available. At that point, the restaurant had a choice: stand behind the information their employee gave a customer or refuse to take responsibility. They chose the latter. The manager's response was simply, "Sorry, you have to pay for everything," followed by, "The waitress will have to pay for her mistake." That is not my concern. As a customer, I relied on the information your employee provided--twice. Had I been told there was no special, I would have ordered differently. Expecting a customer to absorb the cost of your employee's mistake is unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, accountability, or any attempt to resolve the issue. No effort to honor the quoted price, no partial discount, no goodwill gesture--nothing. Great customer service isn't about never making mistakes. It's about taking ownership when mistakes happen. This restaurant failed completely. You didn't just lose a loyal customer today--you lost future business and countless referrals. I will never return, and I certainly won't recommend this establishment to anyone. Accountability starts with management. Today, your management failed

Hawaiian Kitchen, based in Bethpage, absolutely knocked it out of the park! From the start, they were incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I had originally requested 2-liter bottles of soda, but since they didn't have them in stock, they proactively delivered individual cans instead to ensure our team had plenty of drinks. Now, for the food--it was phenomenal. Our office hasn't stopped raving about it! The Coconut Shrimp and Grilled Shrimp were huge hits, and the Angus Steak was incredibly tender. Even the Chicken Fried Rice was a standout, and all of their signature sauces were delicious. They also did a large house salad for us with the most incredible Ginger dressing. I had numerous people ask me where I found them, and I couldn't wait to order for their next small house parties or to pick up dinner on the way home. It was all so fresh and not greasy. We also ordered spring rolls that were so light and crispy, pineapple fried rice that was really delicious, and marinated chicken and steamed broccoli. If you're looking for reliable catering that people will actually get excited about, I can't recommend Hawaiian Kitchen enough. THANK YOU for making me look like a superstar!
