No, they charge per item but quality of meat is much better than all you can eat places.

Only on Fridays and Saturdays! Last call for food is at 1am, but the restaurant itself is open until 2am.

The best BBQ I've had in Phoenix is located in Gilbert... but it's not Joe's. That honor goes to Caldwell County BBQ. With that being said, still solid. And another nice thing is that if you come in on your actual birthday (you have to show them your ID), they will give you $15 off.

We were given wet wipes, hair ties, aprons. The tables come with a little stacked swivel shelves for putting more food so it won't crowd the tables. There was a station for making the sauces as well as rice porridge and some fruits. And there was a dessert station too. They offer all you can eat for $37 for set A or $47 for set B which is the premium. We selected the $37 AYCE. We chose mushroom and tomato soup base enjoyed pork belly, beef brisket, basa fish, Napa cabbage, enoki, corn, bean curd, and more. They have 3 options for Bogo free of the milk tea. A few staff came over to sing happy birthday and give a cheese cake slice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was so full and would happily come back again.

When this visit first started, I was honestly very disappointed. There were several moments during the ordering process that negatively affected our experience. I was repeatedly interrupted while ordering, my request to use the same soup base in two sections of the four-part pot for my child was denied, and after choosing the All You Can Eat option, I was immediately warned about leftover penalties before we had even started ordering. Those interactions made me feel more like I was being monitored than welcomed, which was very different from the level of hospitality I expected from Haidilao. Instead of ignoring my concerns, the dining room manager, Evi, took the time to listen to everything I had to say. I explained my entire experience, including my disappointment from a previous visit when I ordered a Zootopia promotion but was never told about or given the promotional gift. Evi was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to understand why I was unhappy. More importantly, the management acknowledged my feedback and told me they would review and improve these issues. They also generously comped our entire meal, which I appreciated--not because I wanted free food, but because it showed they took customer feedback seriously. After those initial issues, the rest of our meal was excellent. The food quality was great, and the service for the remainder of the visit was attentive, friendly, and exactly what I had hoped for when coming to Haidilao. Nobody gets everything right every time. What matters to me is how a business responds when something goes wrong. In this case, they listened instead of arguing, took responsibility instead of making excuses, and made a sincere effort to make things right. Because of that attitude, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars. I truly hope the improvements we discussed become part of the experience for every future customer, because that's the Haidilao reputation people come here expecting.

I am an ASU student. This is the first time I went to Jin BBQ. I like BBQ very much, so I used to go many BBQ restaurant. Jin is my favorite BBQ restaurant. The restaurant is very clean. The theme color of the restaurant is black and red. The wall is made of wood and all the plates, bowls, glasses are made of metal. The pot there is different. It mixed many cooking ways in one pot, You can teste different kinds of food in one pot. All these give me different feeling from other restaurant. We ordered Jin Combo #2 there for a group of 3. This meal is enough for us. No body felt hungry after finishing the dinner. The meat there is very delicious and fresh. Also, in this meal, there are many different kinds of meats in the meal, such as beef, chicken and fish. Some of them are spicy, and some of them not. The chase corn there are so sweet, but I like it. Also, I like the soup there. It taste a little bit salty, but it is good for BBQ and rice. After drink the soup, you can eat more food. The servers there are so friendly there. If you don't want to cook the food by yourself, or you do not know how to cook the food, they will help you to cook it. This is good, because if you don't know how to cook the food, it will be hard for you to enjoy the Korean BBQ. But they will help you to cook, so you just need to enjoy the food and study how to cook the BBQ. They price of the food is a little bit expensive. For the food and drink, we spend over 100 dollars. Arrived at Jin BBQ and was seated right in the front of the door entrance. Didn't even receive ANY napkins. Our banchan's came late to our table. Waited for our server to come back to our table to ask what we wanted. Waiting around for him to come back. And had to wave him over to give him our order. Didn't receive ANY PLATES/ OR BOWLS. For us to eat on for our dinner. NO RICE or SALAD. A women came over with our beef/ meet combo with no tongs or utensils use to cook out meat on our grill. Didn't even ask if we've been here before/ or to similar restaurant style. If we hadn't didn't even bother to offer how to use/ cook the meat and use the grill. Also, only then we had to ask to use a small bowl to put our dry meat in to eat. Another thing we ordered side dish came out horrible, we wanted to take it back; was offer a substitution we didn't want. Made it seem like the only solution. We asked for rice and then didn't bring us any. Even though multiple servers( including ours) walked past our table in the FRONT multiple times. Our waiter didn't come back to check on us at all. Didn't ask if we needed any more water, utensils, napkins, etc.. Other people we're seeing enter after us served immediately with great customer service. Immediately having their plates/ drinks/ sides on their table for them. Just wanted our check and go boxes. Called the service button multiple times; had to wave an employee over to get the check. That took 10 minutes. Overall experience and customer service horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

I will always give 5 stars to this place because of the above-and-beyond service that Justin, the manager, provides every time we visit. He consistently checks on us, makes sure we're getting our food quickly, and delivers some of the best service around. My friends and I have been coming here for years, and we always find ourselves returning. Jin BBQ recently went through a remodel, and I will say the new detailing looks amazing. It gives the restaurant a more modern yet cozy feel. However, I do have a few critiques. One of the things that made Jin unique was their grill setup--it cooked the egg and corn cheese differently from other KBBQ spots, and that really stood out to us. They also changed their combo options, and my friends and I always used to get the beef combo, so it's a little disappointing to see those changes. Lastly, they got rid of the radish paper, which honestly feels like a staple at KBBQ. Pretty cool spot, it's dark inside and feels like a night club atmosphere with the music and everything. Cooking our own meat was weird at first but it becomes quite addicting and therefore no excuses for burnt food, well maybe poking fun at your friends expensive pile of char. Service is really friendly, but you gotta hit a call button like on airplanes. It might be on the pricey side, but then again I have never had so much meat in one place. You can get sides and soups for like $10 each if you don't want to go all out on a $100+ combo. All in all, Can't wait to try this place again. read more

Jin BBQ in Mesa is an excellent spot for Korean food. The quality of the meat was outstanding, everything was fresh, and the flavors were on point. Cooking at the table made the experience fun and interactive, and the portions were more than satisfying. Amazing Korean BBQ spot! The medium-sized beef combo was fantastic--high-quality, tender meat, especially the marinated short ribs and beef tongue. You can get these at the bigger Asian chain stores, but hey, I'm here to support local small businesses!
