If I would've been given my bowls in the order it was taken I would not have waited longer because my order could've been completed with the mix that was given to the customer that ordered after me. Also there were three customers that ordered inside and our orders were forgotten about but the drive thru was being served for about 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes from initially ordering we were re-asked what we ordered and then they started making them. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I don't want to blame the high schoolers who were working, but this is a very poor way of doing things and maybe the owners should educate them on how to efficiently fulfill orders & not to only work on drive thru orders. I've always supported this business over several years but treating customers this poorly does create a desire to ever come back.
