Wow! Incredible service! I called Jimmy Rooter after waiting too long for a sewer cleanout. My sewer drain makes a couple difficult curves and is over 80 feet from the city tap. When I had the house inspected in 2012, the inspector only had a 50-foot camera, so I couldn't see thick root balls at 75 feet. I hired Drain Genius a couple times; he never bothered to run a camera (that costs extra), nor did he get his snake all the way to the street, but he had no trouble concluding that I needed a new sewer drain ($5-10K). Jimmy came by the house and ran a camera all the way to the city tap. After rooting my line SIX TIMES, Jimmy was able to clear the line all the way to the city tap. He initially thought that the blockage at 75 ft wasn't solvable, but with persistence, he was able to clear the entire line all the way to the street and keep me from (hopefully) having to replace my line for 10 years or more. He stayed until 9 pm on a Friday night, saying he "just didn't feel good about leaving us with that blockage." His charge was very reasonable, given his huge effort. I'm eternally grateful. read more

My experience with Jimmy Rooter unclogging our Kitchen drain was as good as it gets. He showed up at the time he said, snaked out the drain with the right tool, the blockage was about 40 feet down the line, (so the several times I used draino the day before I called him probably never got close the clog) and gave us a 30 day guarantee. Knows exactly what he's doing, has the reason for everything he does and can explain in it plain english, does it efficiently and quickly, honors his time commitments and follows through with any and all communications. I found him here due his great reviews and he's proven to me why he's earned these great reviews. I had need of three items to be repaired, I contacted the main number and Marci called and we scheduled a time and Jimmy was here just before that time. He took a look at all the items I needed and explained what I needed and why and offered to complete something I'd started and not yet completed.... that was above and beyond the call of duty!.. He gave me what was a fair price and said he would speak with Marci and she would call me back to set a date. She called back the next day and we scheduled a time that was convenient for me and once again he showed up when expected and completed the work excellently and quickly, he knows what the heck he's doing, I had a question about something after he left so I left a message at the office and he called back that evening and took care of me. Jimmy Rooter is awesome! So here's the story. I had a pipe that was leaking in my crawl space. After putting my google skills to the test I thought that it was backed up. I called Jimmy and made an appointment to have Jimmy come out. Marci made the appointment and was SUPER nice! She made my appointment and sent out Jimmy. When Jimmy arrived he was unaware that the pipe was in the crawl space. i probably forgot to mention that. He goes in and realizes that the pipe is actually cracked and not backed up (thanks a lot Google). He then quoted me a great price to get the pipe fixed. While there he mentioned that he could re install the pipe so that if there ever was a backup I could access the pipe from the bathroom and not the outside or the crawl space (saving me lots of money in the future should I ever have an issue). He didn't even charge me for that. Oh and did I mention that I was having my 2 year old's birthday party that day? Jimmy called me before he went out and reassured me that he would be done in an hour and that we could use water as soon as he changed the pie. YES!!! All in all visits from the plumber are met with the same enthusiasm as a dentist visit but Jimmy made it a painless experience (see what I did there). I would highly recommend him.
