This location lives up to what I have come to expect from Jimmy's: good sandwiches with ridiculously fast service! It's crazy how fast they crank out sandwiches here! This location also has a drive thru, which is very convenient, and they also deliver. There are classic sandwiches, slims (just meat and cheese), and larger sandwiches that have multiple meats. There are a couple of bread options, but if you don't prefer bread (like myself), you can order any sandwich as an Unwich, which replaces the bread with a lettuce wrap. My faves are the #5 (Italian) or #2 (roast beef) both as Unwiches. Don't miss out on getting a side of the Kickin Ranch sauce! I have never complained online about a restaurant, but this is becoming out of control. My husband has ordered double meat on his sandwich the last 2 times we ordered pick up. We got the huge up charge but never got the extra meat. Today he again ordered extra meat. Again got charged but did not receive the extra meat. I ordered the Pepe and had NO meat on the sandwich. When I called they told me the manager had to review the video footage and would call me back right away. Of course, no follow up call was made. I called again and was told it may take 24 hours for the manager to review. Avoid this location. It awful. read more

Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. One I asked for no onions and tomato's with extra cheese. It didn't have extra cheese and had both onions and tomato's on it. Paid an extra dollar for the extra I didn't get. The other sandwich I asked for extra meat and cheese and it had neither. Paid an extra two dollars for that which I didn't receive. read more

Freaky Fast??? A freakin' JOKE!!! I am done with this Jimmy John's after two bad experiences, both involving orders I placed online. The first time, I arrived thirty minutes after placing the order. When I pulled up at the drive-thru, I was told that they had to "bake more bread." (I saw the loaves of bread being carried from the oven about 10 minutes later.) There was another 10-15 minute wait after that to receive my order. When the employee came to the window about halfway thru my wait to say it would be "a little bit longer," I requested a complementary soft drink or a pickle for my troubles, only to be told that "we can't do that." (Wow!) I posted a poor review on Google and received a voice mail from the store manager a few days later (I don't know how he got my #!) and a gift card from J-J's corporate HQ for my next order. Today, I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru. I never received a confirmation that the order was ready, so I drove out to the store about 45 minutes later. The drive thru was moving very slowly. When I finally got to the order window, there was nothing but silence from the speaker. I went inside. There was one customer ahead of me. It took the staff about five minutes to take his order. It was another five minutes before I was served. My order was sitting on the counter, waiting to be bagged. I ordered a couple of their "Unwich" lettuce wraps. Thery were impossible to eat as served and could not be called a "wrap" at all. What I got was open-faced sandwiches served on a bed of lettuce. I'll give them credit in that the sandwiches were tasty but the overall customer service at this location is poor. They should be prohibited from using the Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" slogan because they are anything but! With so many other competitors in the sandwich and wrap business within three minutes (Zero's, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, Subway, Tropical Smoothie, and two pizzerias that serve subs) I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Pulled up at 8:50 (they close at 10) and waited.. pulled around the building to make sure the light was still on and there were still two workers inside. Proceeded back to the line and waited, then pulled around to the window and waited. Worker walked past the window twice and never acknowledged me, once i pulled past the window he then watched me leave from the counter. This has been the ONLY jimmy johns I've ever had problems with and also the only sub shop that I've seen run out of bread in the middle of the day. Ordered a BLT mini, got home no bacon. Brought it back and THEY gave an attitude. They questioned "no bacon" I said as u can see no bacon. My first time here was great- the sandwiches were well made, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was quirky and fun. I ordered the number 9 (Big Italian) and my wife ordered the number 4 (Turkey) and both were phenomenal. They also had the normal selection of Jimmy John's branded chips and cookies to go along with your meal. It's a shame the owner only wants to reach out after you write the review....I had a bad experience with disrespectful employees. I called customer service and merged the call so they could see how long I was on hold and how the employee talked to me.
