This location lives up to what I have come to expect from Jimmy's: good sandwiches with ridiculously fast service! It's crazy how fast they crank out sandwiches here! This location also has a drive thru, which is very convenient, and they also deliver. There are classic sandwiches, slims (just meat and cheese), and larger sandwiches that have multiple meats. There are a couple of bread options, but if you don't prefer bread (like myself), you can order any sandwich as an Unwich, which replaces the bread with a lettuce wrap. My faves are the #5 (Italian) or #2 (roast beef) both as Unwiches. Don't miss out on getting a side of the Kickin Ranch sauce! It's super tasty to dip your sandwich in (or a pickle, which they also serve here). JJ's is new to this area, but you can't tell! The team here is doing a great job. read more

Jimmy John's - Italian Un-wich - Fast Food Near Me - Suffolk, Virginia

Today I ordered a beach club unwich. I got it super fast and decided to wait till I got back home to eat it. Opening the package to meet the oldest, most wilted piece of lettuce being used as the wrap for the unwich. The contents seemed fine, plenty of turkey and toppings, but where is my crunch!? I threw the entire thing away and just made something myself. I won't be back. read more

This location is the worst by far . Water down your lemonade and barely put mayo on the subs smh ‍

I was ther last week..ordered The Vito with double meat and guess what...they forgot the meat all together. Guess they are concerned about food cost. I did get it fast..and I love shortcuts...but no meat? Cmon Jimmy john...give me my meat that I paid for #alljohnsnomeat read more

I have never complained online about a restaurant, but this is becoming out of control. My husband has ordered double meat on his sandwich the last 2 times we ordered pick up. We got the huge up charge but never got the extra meat. Today he again ordered extra meat. Again got charged but did not receive the extra meat. I ordered the Pepe and had NO meat on the sandwich. When I called they told me the manager had to review the video footage and would call me back right away. Of course, no follow up call was made. I called again and was told it may take 24 hours for the manager to review. Avoid this location. It awful. read more

Ate here on a whim and was pleased with the experience. The sandwich was very good (toasted Italian) and the service was good. The restaurant was very clean but that may have been due to the fact there were no other patrons present. Anyway, I was pleased with my meal, so give it a try. read more

This location is ridiculous! Ordered a turkey tom, hand to God when I bit into it I couldn't taste any turkey, opened the sandwich to one strip of meat. They also didn't put tomatoes. My hubbys sandwich did not fair any better. Lost of $19 and my business for sure. read more

Their sandwiches used to be so much fuller. I spent over $12 for a lettuce wrap as a lunch and it essentially was smaller than a snack wrap. Very disappointing. Will be using other sandwiches places around from now on. read more

Big fan of Jimmy John's Unwich with turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper. What I'm not a fan of is an Unwich with 1 slice of turkey, tomato, mayo and a lot of attitude! Shame on the young man that took my order. If you didn't want to work today call out. Don't roll your nasty attitude into my lunch. Very unprofessional. read more

Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. One I asked for no onions and tomato's with extra cheese. It didn't have extra cheese and had both onions and tomato's on it. Paid an extra dollar for the extra I didn't get. The other sandwich I asked for extra meat and cheese and it had neither. Paid an extra two dollars for that which I didn't receive. read more

Jimmy John's had a promotion for their new toasted subs. You could get one FREE with your account. I ordered my sandwich to be picked up at 11am. I only waited a few minutes for my order and the sandwich was fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly and polite! Thank you for a great experience today! read more

So much for freaky fast, i'm writing this from the drive in window. where i've been sitting for 8 minutes... that was after he took 3 minutes to make it to the mic and take my order. One sandwich combo..... still waiting. read more

This location plays loud and offensive rap music. I find the vulgar language offensive and it is difficult to hear the order takers. I do not recommend this place. read more

Jimmy John's - the inside of the restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Suffolk, Virginia

Freaky Fast??? A freakin' JOKE!!! I am done with this Jimmy John's after two bad experiences, both involving orders I placed online. The first time, I arrived thirty minutes after placing the order. When I pulled up at the drive-thru, I was told that they had to "bake more bread." (I saw the loaves of bread being carried from the oven about 10 minutes later.) There was another 10-15 minute wait after that to receive my order. When the employee came to the window about halfway thru my wait to say it would be "a little bit longer," I requested a complementary soft drink or a pickle for my troubles, only to be told that "we can't do that." (Wow!) I posted a poor review on Google and received a voice mail from the store manager a few days later (I don't know how he got my #!) and a gift card from J-J's corporate HQ for my next order. Today, I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru. I never received a confirmation that the order was ready, so I drove out to the store about 45 minutes later. The drive thru was moving very slowly. When I finally got to the order window, there was nothing but silence from the speaker. I went inside. There was one customer ahead of me. It took the staff about five minutes to take his order. It was another five minutes before I was served. My order was sitting on the counter, waiting to be bagged. I ordered a couple of their "Unwich" lettuce wraps. Thery were impossible to eat as served and could not be called a "wrap" at all. What I got was open-faced sandwiches served on a bed of lettuce. I'll give them credit in that the sandwiches were tasty but the overall customer service at this location is poor. They should be prohibited from using the Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" slogan because they are anything but! With so many other competitors in the sandwich and wrap business within three minutes (Zero's, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, Subway, Tropical Smoothie, and two pizzerias that serve subs) I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Good hoagies for the familia. Eat here and you will enjoy life more fully. Yum yum gets me to the required number of words.

I brought my parents here to eat, my dad and I had the #15 and the tuna really had no flavor no salt or pepper added. The soda fountain, all the soda was gross tasted like pool water! I won't be back here ever again. read more

Who even eats Jim John's ? This places as a whole establishment sucks . Subs suck , and they don't even toast or warm a single thing . You can just go to food lion and get your own cold cuts and make the exact same sub , only better cause a bum ass KID isn't making it . read more

Pulled up at 8:50 (they close at 10) and waited.. pulled around the building to make sure the light was still on and there were still two workers inside. Proceeded back to the line and waited, then pulled around to the window and waited. Worker walked past the window twice and never acknowledged me, once i pulled past the window he then watched me leave from the counter. This has been the ONLY jimmy johns I've ever had problems with and also the only sub shop that I've seen run out of bread in the middle of the day. Multiple wrong orders in the past, and unfortunately the only jimmy johns close to me. Check your stuff before you leave AND make sure you get there hours before they close. read more

Ordered a BLT mini, got home no bacon. Brought it back and THEY gave an attitude. They questioned "no bacon" I said as u can see no bacon. They didn't even offer anything extra or sorry that happened. The last time I was at this facility they had a child sitting on the food counter. I would not recommend this place....AT ALL. It's filthy dirty. read more

This place has definitely gone down hill since opening I've been waiting roughly 10-15 just to get 2 sandwiches and bottled drinks. I'm currently still waiting in the drive thru. read more

My first time here was great- the sandwiches were well made, the service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was quirky and fun. I ordered the number 9 (Big Italian) and my wife ordered the number 4 (Turkey) and both were phenomenal. They also had the normal selection of Jimmy John's branded chips and cookies to go along with your meal. This location is brand new, but you couldn't tell by how well the team was working together to deal with the demand from the customers both in store and online. read more

I have ordered from them a few times since I am stuck at work alone and can't leave. They are by far the fastest of anything I have ever ordered. The drivers are all super polite. The number 7 unwich is like a crazy flavor explosion. That and the Cuban are my favorites!! read more

Omg I've seen the commercials but really didn't think it would only take 10-15 from ordering to arrival. Yessssss Jimmy Jones Yessss and our order was perfect! The delivery driver was really nice. I'm impressed and planning on ordering more in the near future. read more

Food wise they have good food and the staff and service is good but as for verity very limited compared to other sub places...an all famous steak and cheese sub nope they don't have...I like my beef and ham...I'm not a health nut or a rabbit so I don't like a lot of greens. read more

This is the worst jimmy johns ever! They advertise as freaky fast but it literally takes them over 15 mins to get my order when no one else is in the drive thru! I order 1 sandwich and I'm sitting waiting for 15 mins????! AND THEN THEY MADE MY SANDWICH WRONG! I asked for the turkey on the side since I am pregnant and need heat the turkey at home. I was very clear to them. And they just gave me my turkey tom with the turkey inside. Absolutely horrible service! Do not go here!!! read more

It's a shame the owner only wants to reach out after you write the review....I had a bad experience with disrespectful employees. I called customer service and merged the call so they could see how long I was on hold and how the employee talked to me. Customer service said they reached out to the owner I should receive a response...never did...Cause they don't care...So I don't care when restaurants are complaining about the nationwide shutdown and losing money...Most of them deserve it especially this one..so maybe they can have a wakeup call ..I am a member in the Jimmy john's rewards program..I eat Jimmy john's often...this is by far the worst location...they need a lesson on customer and racial relations...don't wait like Starbucks until something happen and gets recorded and exposed ..I never had a complaint about any other Jimmy john's . read more
