I don't visit this restaurant often but when I do it's always on point for me. Rather I'm ordering a salad or a sub it's always a 10 out of 10! I love the fast service! I love the personable service and I love the quality of the ingredients here. If I'm in the need of a sub I will definitely come to this location without hesitation. I prefer the cold Subs heated but then again a hot sub is great every now and again as well. But lately I've been into salads! On this particular day it was almost closing time so they were tidying up the restaurant but I could tell that the Ambiance is well taken care of so no worries there. Ordered 3 sandwiches and all 3 had issues. First off the sandwich's were all made sloppy. Hardly any lettuce. One sandwich was hardly any bread on the bottom portion of one of the sandwiches. Ordered giant Philly chicken with extra onions, peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes, mayo, oil, and vinegar. Second sandwich was a giant Philly steak extra meat. Order was paid for and before we left the store they confirmed that they did not charge us for the extra meat. Got home and the chicken philly was never made. We received two of the same sandwiches of the giant Steak Philly. Call back to the store, which they confirm that they made a mistake and I told him we were coming back up for them to remake the sandwich. Before we can leave the house we received a call back from the store and was asked to bring the sandwich back, which I thought was ridiculous. We brought the sandwich back, and then they came with some bull crap excuse that the sandwiches were read back correctly to us. Wish they were not, and they refused to refund the money. And they had the audacity to tell us that we ordered and we agreed to the order never mind that they took the order incorrectly. Wow, in the store they made the incorrect sandwich of another person and she called it to their attention. And then we were told that the store manager told them not to refund our money because the order was read back to us and we agreed to it. All I can say is they are lucky I'm saved! So you jacked up the order and blamed the customer and stole our $16.95 + tax. You never read the Oder back to us if so I would have said no to the steak Philly and would have told you it was a chicken Philly. Also, the no extra meat that was not on the order would have been caught. None of this would have occurred. Screw this raggedy establishment that has zero customer service and cares only for the dollar bill. It's not hard to understand why they have such low scoring reviews. read more

If I could rate it zero stars I would went in to get what we usually get and all the staff was new, and sadly that was not a good thing. Lack of training and attitudes definitely showed tonight the lady behind the grill thinks we can't hear her but that's completely wrong. I can definitely hear your sly remarks, also was sent away without her sub after not having any ingredients to make it gluten free, mine doesn't even taste properly made. The hours say open until 9pm yet at 8:15pm doors were locked and gentleman taking trash out- CLOSED! On a Saturday night closed at 8pm online says open until 9pm - Jersey Mikes please change your hours online - we could have drove uptown instead of downtown- so greatly disappointed not sure who more at JM for not having proper hours listed or myself for caving to even think of spending that much for a sub!!! read more

I was able to come here soon after they opened. They had Good sandwiches with meat that they slice in front of you. Service was fairly quick ad well which was nice. Since this restaurant is new, it was very nice and clean. Parking was easy and close by. This restaurant is right in front of the Obici apartment complex and near Aldi and Dunkin Donuts. read more

Walked in and I was third in line sub was made super fast by the disgruntled mad looking employees- stood In like to checkout over ten minutes- the machine taking cards acting up, when I finally got to my turn I heard employee complaining under breath about machine- I tried tapping swiping inserting card over 10 times wasting another five minutes- finally just left- management get it together get a new machine and tell your employees to clean up physically and to have better interactions with customers- I generally really like jersey mikes but I will not return to the one in Suffolk which is sadly the closest one to me. This a new store. However employees are not friendly. They do not greet you in a properly. No sign where to place order. When I told them about it she just shrugged her shoulder and said the store is new. It has been open all summer. No excuses. The sandwiches are so so. Will not return again. 3/4/2020 My husband and I decided to order JMS for a late lunch. We both ordered the Giant club supreme. Our roast beef was extremely raw I mean blood soaking bread. I placed a door dash order for pickup at this store and upon arriving around 745pm they tell my boyfriend that they are shutting down early because it's only 2 of them working so they aren't making any orders. Meanwhile, door dash allowed my order to go through and I inconveniently waisted my time driving there to be told they aren't making any orders at all. OK I just went to the Jersey Mike's on N. Main St. in Suffolk Virginia this is the second time that I've come to the store and the same young lady is at the cash register on her cell phone paying more attention to her cell phone then to the customers. placed a mobile order at 1:03 today. receipt and app both say order will be ready at 1:18. arrive after 1:30 to be told they ate waiting on one sub. I only ordered 2. After 15-20 minutes they tell me my order is ready.
