When we were searching for something to quickly grab for dinner last night, we headed over to Jersey Mike's. I can honestly say, I can count on one hand how many times I've ever had Jersey Mike's but since it was close by, we figured why not. As soon as we walked in, we smelled the aroma of bacon and fresh bread and it smelled divine (who doesn't love the smell of bacon lol). I love a good Italian sub so I ordered The Original Italian which comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. I was asked if I wanted it the "Mike's Way" and since I was unsure of what that meant, they explained that it was just added onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices and oils. Since I'm a girl that loves all the fixings, I told them that I absolutely wanted it the Mike's Way lol. They offer a Mini, Regular or Giant size and I ordered my sub Regular size. I also grabbed some chips as well. For some reason, the sub seemed a bit bigger while they were making it but we were a tad bit disappointed in the size of the Regular when we got home. Seeing as there was almost a $7 difference between the Regular ($9.65) and the Giant ($16.50), we definitely chose what we thought would fill us up and not break our pocket lol but in my opinion, the Regular size should be a tad bit larger. Overall, the sub was pretty good. I did ask them for jalapeños on the side so that extra kick to my sub made it taste even better. We did add Mayo to the sub once we got home since it was a tad bit dry for our liking but it hit the spot and I would go back if I were craving a sub sandwich.

It's my 1st time to try Jersey Mike's subs.It was worth the wait!.I ordered the Big Kahuna.I was in heaven!..So good! Also the customer good service.I can't wait to go back.It is unfortunate that where I'm from we don't have a Jersey Mikes subs location. So I can't wait for my next trip.

I frequently order from this location. A few weeks ago, I ordered my regular, a turkey provolone sub. When I got home, I noticed the toppings were a bit skimpy. This was odd because usually, my subs from this location, have been great. I figured perhaps it was just a fluke. I decided to go by today to give them another chance. Unfortunately, got home and same issue; very few toppings. At this point, I'm just paying for bread. Looks like another establishment has got to cut quality and value. Sad to admit, but this is becoming the norm. Time to start buying my own sandwich fixings.

Best of the sandwich chains! Subway and the others are a distant second place. Jersey Mike's has the best bread.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but what happened today deserves to be called out…read more I placed an order for 40 pounds of chicken leg quarters for a family Easter gathering--something that requires planning, coordination, and trust. Yesterday, I even called ahead to confirm hours and made it clear I would be picking up my order today. When I arrived, I was met with complete incompetence. My order was scribbled on a yellow Post-it note--already a red flag--and they had written the wrong date (Monday the 7th). Because of their mistake, they had sold out of chicken and had nothing to give me. No backup plan. No accountability. Nothing. So now, on a major holiday weekend, I'm left scrambling to replace 40 pounds of meat for my family. It gets worse. After leaving, I called and spoke with the owner. I expected at least a basic apology or some attempt to make things right. Instead, I got smug indifference. No ownership, no urgency, no concern. His "solution"? Offer me whole chickens cut into quarters at nearly THREE TIMES the price. That's not a solution--that's taking advantage of your own mistake. When I asked how something like this even happens, his response was essentially: "Well, I guess they wrote it down wrong." That was it. No apology. No effort to fix it. Just a shrug wrapped in arrogance. This wasn't a minor inconvenience--this was a complete failure in customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. If you're trusting this business with an important order, don't. They've shown exactly how little they value their customers when it actually matters. I won't be back.

Our large multi-generational family would attend church and then return home to indulge on traditional Polish foods, including smoked kielbasa (pork sausage), ham, beet horseradish, poppy seed and walnut rolls (sweets!), and bread/butter that had been molded into the shape of a lamb. This year would be different. I'd be in Virginia Beach, visiting our adult daughter -- and we'd be guests at her boyfriend's, whose parents would also be visiting. While the meal would be Italian American (their heritage), we wanted to share some traditional Polish favorites with the group. We discovered the Kielbasa Euro Deli online, and rushed on over. Upon entering, you find a small shop with aisles of mostly jarred and canned food items from Poland, some souvenir items, and freezer/refrigerated cases with pierogies (filled dumplings), farmer cheese, and other treats. At the back, there's a deli with kielbasa and other meats. As we considered one particular kielbasa, the worker in the deli area offered us a taste. Sold! We ended up finding and buying many of our traditional favorites. We missed out on the butter lamb. While the store carried them, we watched another patron buy the final one that was in stock. More would be in stock in a few days. *Kielbasa. We bought a large 2 pound link. (smaller links are also available). It was good, but our personal favorite continues to be the smoked kielbasa from Schiff's in Scranton. *Horseradish. (jarred). Excellent. Pungent. *Pierogies. We bought three frozen packets, each of which contained 12 small pierogies. (1) The potato and mushroom ones were disappointing. The potatoes were grainy, and we couldn't tell that they included mushrooms. (2) Blueberry -- as expected, but more of a dessert because of the sweetness. (3) potato and cheese -- haven't tried yet. *Poppy seed rolls. Very good, but still can't replace fresh and homemade! *(Wal)nut roll. Disappointing. More bread-y than sweet, a bit stale, and with an insufficient amount of nuts. Our final bill came to above $75. Note that, based on the labels, it appears that most of the "fresh" items are not made in Virginia Beach. Rather, they're coming from New York. I would return to this shop for Polish foods -- which are unique and time-consuming to make. It's great to have the shop in VB! Enjoy!

IYKYK, just how limited Town Center parking can be on a Saturday. The restaurant was clean and it offers plenty of seating options, which makes it a quaint lunch spot. We found that the Mix & Match Manager's Special option was perfect. Two of us enjoyed the half Caprese Panini sandwich with chips and fresh fruit. The fruit comes with a dipping sauce, but it didn't need it since the fruit was very sweet. My daughter enjoyed her Mix & Match with the half Chicken Caprese Panini sandwich with chips and a cup of chicken noodle soup.
