    Crinkle fries

My family discovered this place when we made a visit to one of the shops in the same area. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was and have been back 2 times since our first visit. We absolutely love the wings, boneless and bone in. The flavors we have tried so far are honey bbq, chipotle bbq, old bay rub, and mango habanero. I really liked the chipotle and honey bbq, those are my go to flavors and they did not disappoint. My husband says the mango habanero was really good also. They have crinkle fries that are always cooked well. They have so many other food options on their menu but we have only had the wings because we've enjoyed them so much. It is a very small place, there are about 4-5 tables inside. They were very busy when we first came so we did have to wait quite a bit for our food, but it was definitely worth the wait.

I love the place. Great food and excellent customer service. Razu always take good care of his customers!

    Honey Old Bay.. all flats!

The food came out hot as hell, which is a huge plus for me. Nice, steamy and fresh. I ordered the hot old bay wings. Juice was dripping with every bite. Service was quick and efficient. Overall the ambiance was alright, but you can tell that a lot of "YN's" be pulling up since it's 24 hrs.

I've been here 3 times and every time the service and food were excellent! The young men at the counter are so friendly and even when it's packed, they greet you as soon as you walk in and give great service. The wings are seasoned and fried to perfection, and my Philly was delicious! This place STAYS packed. I'll be a regular customer.

    Philly cheese

The last time my wife will pick something up from here. Is this your excuse for a Philly Cheese Sub. There's other places that has better food if you want quality and flavor. Wings are dry also.

The Buffalo wings are not crispy and so overcooked you can barely eat them. Save your money!

Wings and sauce was not good at all. I tried two different flavors and they both were terrible. I recommend a different option for wings.

Some friends and I ended up here after realizing the Gourmet Burger Bistro closes early on New Years Day (oops), but honestly it worked out in our favor. I've been seeing Amici's floating around online for YEARS and just never got around to visiting ... but better late than never because babyyyy the food was hittin'. Y'all do NOT judge a book by its cover. From the outside it definitely gives a little "divey neighborhood spot," but the food? FYE. Way better than you'd ever expect walking in! Now I gotta talk about this Caesar salad. When it hit the table, I made a face at my homegirl because why did I see tomatoes in my Caesar salad!? In all of my almost 34 years of life I've never seen that before. But listen, I took one bite and had to humble myself because it was honestly one of the best Caesars I've ever had. Got me right together. We also got the hot caprese queso appetizer with foccacia bread and it was absolutely delicious. My chicken parmesan pasta was also amazing. I put the leftover caprese queso on top of the pasta and it was a wrap from there! Me and all my friends agreed that the food was really good despite our first impressions. I'm officially adding Amici's to my list of places to visit whenever I'm in Hampton Roads.

The level of service from the manager, Claire, was nothing short of exceptional. She was attentive, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in ensuring every guest has a great experience. That kind of leadership sets the tone--and it absolutely showed. The food matched the service perfectly. The fresh salad bar was crisp, well-stocked, and full of quality options. The pizza was outstanding--perfectly cooked with a flavorful crust and generous toppings. And the Philly cheesesteak sandwich? Incredible. Tender, well-seasoned meat, melted cheese, and served hot and fresh. Every bite delivered. It's rare to find a place where both the service and the food hit a 10, but Crust and Cork absolutely delivered. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we will definitely be returning--and recommending it to everyone we know.

-Celiac- Gluten-free Review- Visited Halloween night…read more(10/31/25), and it ended up being crazy busy with just one server taking care of all of the tables. She was incredible and double checked on everything for us. The alfredo sauce does contain gluten, so that took two of the pizza options away. Also the fryer is NOT dedicated, so anything fried, including wings, was a no go. If I remember correctly, all of the pastas can be made gf, it would just be a gf penne substitute. We started with the scallops appetizer and it was pretty good. The cauliflower crust on the pizzas was indeed wood fired, and I confirmed with two separate employees to make sure that the pizzas we had were gluten free because they did not look it lol. I got the classic New Yorker and she got the white margarita. I loved my pizza...hers was pretty bland tbh. I'd probably stick with the Italian or New Yorker or create my own. We got a chocolate torte for dessert and it was pretty good. I think they also had a gelato available that was gf. Drinks were decent. I'm not a cocktail snob, but if you are, understand that the bartenders are bartenders here and not mixologists. It is a hotel bar so you will pay mixologist prices. I still give this 3.75 stars even with limited options. That is the BEST cauliflower crust I've ever had, and it's a 12 inch with 8 slices standard, which was much bigger than what I was expecting. Our server was incredible all the way around, and I didn't get sick! It is on the pricier side, and their website does not list menu prices. Average pizza price is $17 +$2 for gf.

The space is intimate and cozy with side-by-side counter seating right in front of the open kitchen -- perfect for watching the chefs at work and adds to the whole experience. We started with the ensalata di Luce and it was fresh and flavorful, a great balance to the rich mains. The pollo con strati was perfectly cooked and the lobster gnocchi was phenomenal -- rich, indulgent, and definitely worth ordering a side of sourdough bread for dipping in the sauce! To finish, the cheesecake with berries was a delightful end to the meal -- creamy and just sweet enough without being heavy. Service was attentive without being intrusive and the ambiance complemented the food beautifully. This place is small and fills up fast, so reservations are a very good idea, but snagging a seat at the counter made our night feel special and lively. Overall -- truly one of the best Italian meals in Norfolk if you're looking for great food, a cozy atmosphere, and a memorable dinner. Always my fave & we will definitely be back!

I was told that there was no availability for the evening and I should try to walk in for bar seats. Upon arrival, the bar was not busy so we took three seats and noticed that the table behind us never got sat the entire time we were there. To me, this is a pretentious restaurant that falls below the bar in every way. Second time dining here and would not return because service from Branice C. was a C- in her caring that she was even at work, to the upcharges for extra marinara sauce to go with the greasy overbreaded calamari appetizer. The oil saturated flavor was almost nauseating. Please change the oil in your fryer! Prices were not excessive but the upcharge for using a credit card was. Who really walks around with $300 cash in pocket to pay for dinner without a credit card fee. JUST ADD IT IN YOUR MENU PRICES!!!! The Boar Ragu was truly not boar but probably run of the mill ground beef and the four tiny slices of steak on the Caesar salad was a joke. There are so many other lovely restaurants along this block that this is a skip right past for the future.

The place is small, somewhat intimate/ close seating, but we were seated in a booth so not directly facing any other diners. The place was hopping! I started off with some very nicely brewed unsweet tea. A large plate of garlic knots were placed on the table. They were a bit doughy inside, just needed another minute of cook time. Portions are huge. We ordered one of the specials, 3 canneloni topped with shrimp and scallops, 2 large pieces of chicken parm with spaghetti, and a sausage with penne pasta. All meals included a basic green salad. We each ate about half of our entrees. They were very tasty! Service was attentive. Bill came to about $80 for 3 meals, a tea and a soda. The parking lot is busy but plenty of spaces, entrance tight for a wheelchair user but no steps. Dining area is very crowded. My dish came in a wine sauce and it just looked and tasted like a microwaveable Lean Cuisine meal. We wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

I don't like that they tore down the detached Carriage House that was also on the property. The House is beautiful and unique with history. I am perennially disappointed with the golf course and I have been to only one function in the House since it was restored. The food was nothing remarkable and the service was even more non-descript. I don't know what they charge for functions there, but I thought that maybe they would have improved the surroundings a bit more to accommodate the status of the Obici House, the surrounding out buildings, clubhouse, 18th hole and driving range. It looks like they did the bare minimum to the house. I don't want to tarnish this review too much since I haven't been there for an official event within the last year.
