I normally don't write reviews but this place is awesome. I really enjoy going to Lindy's 2.0. Both locations are good, but the Shore Drive spot just has that laid-back vibe I like. The staff is friendly, the food is always delish, and it's one of those places where you randomly run into people you know. I also love that they mix things up with live music nights and game nights -- it gives you a reason to actually get out of the house. Overall, it's just a solid, easy place to relax, grab wings, and hang out with locals. The honey old bay sauce was really good but the wings they paired it with were too fried, way too crispy and dry inside. Meanwhile the spicy BBQ wings were perfect. If they used the same wings for the honey old bay they would've been legendary. read more

I'm sorry to say, our last delivery from Lendys was not great . The wings were overcooked and dry and crunchy . Was very disappointing .

Special thank you to the amazing customer service at Lendy's tonight!!! Since I was in the mood for wings and have always heard of how great Lendy's wings were, I placed an online order for 24 wings, Jalapeño Poppers and Cajun Fries. Before processing the order, I called and asked how many sauces were allowed to be selected for a 24 count of wings and was told I could receive up to four sauces, 6 wings per sauce. Unfortunately, the online ordering site only allowed for me to order 12 wings at a time and didn't allow for the selection of multiple sauces so I placed a note in the order asking for the additional sauces. Because I understand how the "notes" can be overlooked for online orders, I called back to let them know I was only able to select one sauce per 12 count but that I placed the additional sauce requests in the notes area. I picked up my order and unfortunately, I had 12 wings with the Suicide sauce and 12 wings with the Garlic Parmesan sauce. In the notes, I requested 6 Suicide, 6 Garlic Parmesan, 6 BBQ and 6 Cajun. I called back to inform them that the order was wrong and the lady was extremely understanding. She provided me with a way to receive a refund or offered to make me all new wings. I preferred the option to receive new wings since I really wanted to taste the different wing sauces and the wings were ready in 10-15 mins. The wings were absolutely amazing!!!! The Suicide sauce and the BBQ were my absolute favorite. The Cajun fries were seasoned wonderfully and the Jalapeño Poppers were very good! My daughter and I were in there this past Wednesday night 4/22/25. One of the cooks( I believe her name is Brittany)who appeared to be drunk or on something while working and yelling at the staff members from the kitchen making a huge seen that had everyone in the restaurant stop what they were doing and look and some customer actually left saying how unprofessional the cook was. I felt so bad for Gina and Amy who were busting there ass as always to make it a great customer experience. The cook also came out from the back being loud and slurring her words as she was talking to customers while they were eating saying something like she was the manager on duty..while the food was fantastic the atmosphere was not due to her outburst..she should have been sent home being as messed up as she was. read more

Solid location on general booth. Really caught me off guard with how good the wings were. I got the old bay seasoning and ended up getting 12 because I thought they would be a bit small and wasn't getting a side. I was definitely wrong, as I was only able to finish 6 of them before having to take the rest home. I also liked that they had an Old bay dry rub and it was excellent on the wings. When I got home I ended up finishing the leftovers for dinner and they were still excellent. Would recommend in the future for anyone looking for some casual diner food. read more

Oh my word, this place hit the spot! We were out here on a work trip, and someone had mentioned that this place has great wings. I'm not a wing person, but they have other stuff on the menu so we figured we'd try it out. We came in a pretty large group (maybe 9 of us?) and they were accommodating to get us seated together. The place had a great, local atmosphere and most people in the bar seemed to know each other. The bartenders were super fun and both were absolutely hilarious. We really enjoyed our time chatting with them! Lendy's was a breath of fresh air. We had previously been eating over-priced food from food trucks or oceanfront restaurants that charged a lot for average quality. All in our group agreed this was the best place we'd been to thus far and remained a trip favorite. Chill, casual, tasty, simple - it was exactly what we were looking for. I had the fried catfish dinner and it was delightful. I ate the whole thing and it was pretty sizeable. Super reasonable prices, too. Ok went here to watch a football game and they deliver what you expect. Wings that are hot and tasty. Decent service, big tvs, and clean spaces. Ambiance wise it is a sports and wing place. I popped in here for a quick bite to eat after discovering the restaurant I was looking for was closed. I got the jalapeño poppers that were so good. I also has the cheeseburger deluxe. I recommend asking to get the buns toasted. I personally will ask for no Mayo next time. I LOVE these wings!!! It's just so far from my house but I try to stop to eat here when I'm in the area. Perfectly fried wings and tasty sauces. They have some video games if you actually carry cash. Some TVs and it's big enough to socially distance. Good size menu with a kids menu. We loved the fries and can't beat the beers. Not a huge menu but big enough for you to find something. Hope they open another place on the other side of VB. Food comes out hot, nice service without bothering you too much. A nice local spot to have in our area and find myself coming here when I am in the mood for some AWESOME chicken tenders. The place itself has that locals feel to it with a decent sized bar area but also the main area expands out quite a bit for plenty seating options. Would I say it's the most fancy or cool sports bar spot? Ehhh, however it is just fine for having conversations and relaxing with your buds without drama but the big benefit is the "bang for the buck" with the food. I tell you, they have the best chicken tenders and flavors that keeps me coming back. When I first ordered it, I couldn't believe the portion size that came out. Easily taking home half of it or two people can eat no problem. Their sauces are kick A#$ as well but it's not only the chicken, their quesadillas are also massive! You have two versions but there is one (forgot the name) that you order and is like a "mans" version meaning that thing is loaded with chicken! I was so excited the wife couldn't finish it because I was drooling over that thing. Shoot, everything I've tried or seen coming out looks fantastic. Overall, it's a nice local spot with great bar food with fantastic prices, all wrapped up inside a low key but chill place without a lot of hustle and bustle. I was actually very impressed with Lendy's. It's tiny and cozy and feels like a local's family-type joint. The menu has a lot of items on it and I saw a range of goodies to choose from - it was much larger than expected and had a variety of things for everyone. It was around lunchtime during a busy Sunday football weekend and we joined a large party of co-workers at tables in the back by the bar and bathrooms so we were quickly greeted and helped. I ordered a water and sweet tea and they have very large cups so it's a huge size drink. Sweet tea was very good. I chose a side salad with tomato, cucumber, carrots and greens with ranch dressing. It was a great size for a side salad, with fresh topping and some delicious ranch on the side. I really was impressed. Delicious! My boyfriend ordered the lemon pepper wings with a side of the jalapeño poppers and so I chose to eat some of that as well as ordering a side of potato salad, a side of cole slaw and a basket of fries tossed in old bay. The potato salad was very good - tasted homemade and the cole slaw was delicious as well. Just the way I like it - southern style with lots of sauce. The basket of fries was absolutely huge and I like that they have malt vinegar and ketchup on the tables so you can add whatever toppings you like. These fries were tossed in too much Old Bay for my liking and were very salty so I actually didn't eat a lot of them - instead I offered them up to the table. Next time - no seasoning - just vinegar. It's small and dive-y inside. A cozy locals gem. Lots of Navy and military pride on the walls with patches from local commands and lots of memorabilia. There were more than half a dozen televisions with all the various football games playing so you could watch everything that was happening around you as the table was doing and keeping up with their fantasy leagues. I had a great time for the two hours we were here and the food was very good. I'll come back to hang out and bring my dad here, who will absolutely love it, next time he's in town. read more

Sadly they have went downhill. Recently had wings and they were gummy in the middle and way light on the sauce. Fries were on point however. The service was quite slow and less than which was not expected with only two tables seated at the time. Lendy's 2.0 however does it right however. It's been a long time since I've been here. Lendys has been around for a long time. Known for their wings, I wish I had chose them. Unfortunately I was in the mood for a Philly. Bad choice. It was the dryest Philly ever. I couldn't finish it. The meat was dry, onions rubbery, so little cheese that I had to actually check to see if there was any in there, and I'm sure there was no mushrooms. Made a quick stop in for lunch and chicken wings. The restaurant was booming and only one table left, thanks to social distancing. Kent, the owner immediately came over and took our drink order. I decided to have garlic parmesan wings and hubby did classic hot. These are cooked to order so be patient, worth the wait. Both flavors were banging! Still very very very good, but if you're pregnant and craving that classic "watery" and bright red buffalo sauce like at Shorebreak or Brothers, you might not satisfy that craving here. I did not enjoy the cheese steak sandwich. I ordered ahead and the time was not too long but the sandwich was disappointing. I was told they are known for there wings so I ordered the sandwich, not strange but I needed my hands clean for what I was doing. We stopped here for lunch while on vacation because of the good reviews. When we pulled into the lot, we weren't even sure they were open because it looked closed from the outside. We saw someone leave and decided to go in. We sat at a table and immediately noticed the walls were dirty and splashed with food/ drinks. The server and bartender were really nice, but the kitchen was crazy slow. Food took over an hour to come out, and they weren't very busy. We only ordered some wings, salads, and a couple of sandwiches so not a lot or anything complicated. Because of the rave reviews, we were excited to try the wings, but they were disappointing. The spicy BBQ sauce was good, but the wings themselves were way overcooked and underwhelming. Reuben and salads were okay but nothing special. The fries were the best part because they were well done and crispy. Their main bathrooms were out of order, so we had to go behind the bar to use the ones next to the kitchen. They weren't very clean, and there was barely a trickle of water to wash your hands in the ladies room. I genuinely enjoy a good dive bar especially if the food and service are good, but we couldn't find many positives here. First off. If you want the best wings in town, Come here. If you want the worst customer service, also come here. There's not too many places where the bartenders, managers and owners make anyone who doesn't frequent there daily as a giant outsider. Nor do they give you that inviting vibe. I mean, I order here at least once a month (or at least did). But constantly I order take out and get treated like crap. The bartender ignores you. Almost every time you order to go, you sit there and wait at minimum an extra 20-30 minutes. One time I waited an hour longer because the bartender gave my food to someone else. Then didn't tell me. 30 minutes later she goes to check on my order and figures out she gave my order to the wrong person. Time and time again they underperform with customer service and quality. So if you want the best wings. Just plan on shitty service thats going to take 30 minutes longer than they state online. read more

The atmosphere is laid back. The service was great. I wanted a grilled chicken salad. The salad met exactly what I was looking for and I have leftovers for about 2 more days. I've been to this restaurant twice. It's a neighborhood place and I want to like it, I just can't get there from here. The good? The beer was cold and reasonably priced. I had the Irish nachos the first time I went and they were ok. Most recently I had the phat quesadilla. Supposed to come with onions (there were tons), mushrooms (a scant few) and jalapeños (I didn't see or taste any) in addition to blacked chicken. There was a decent amount of chicken, but I didn't taste any blackened seasoning. It was also supposed to come with lettuce (a few, very sad, small chopped pieces), tomato (missing) salsa (which was good) and sour cream (which was also fine). The size of the quesadilla was reasonably good. I only went because I was starving and my car was being worked on at Firestone...it's not a bad place to have a beer and watch the game, but that's probably the only way I'd go back. read more

If you only order 6, that's enough to fill you up. Sauced or dusted, they're all delicious! Grab a side of onion rings while you're at it! The service here is great and they made me feel like a regular right off the bat. The place is dim and divey but that shouldn't keep you away. The only strange thing is that you can't really tell if it's open from the outside because of the windows. Good prices, awesome foods and nice folks. Definitely a stable of VB! Cheers this exactly ain't. But it seems like from my first visit a place that has super regulars and staff that know most of their customers. Nothing wrong with that just laying the groundwork. It's hard to put finger on the joint, but would not call it a dive bar. I saw all types from blue collar to white collar and even kids. One thing is clear they support our military, police, first responders and love the Dallas Cowboys...you have been warned. The location is challenging on GPS. They are located at the NW corner of the intersection of General Booth and Dam Neck beside the Food Lion. Their is plenty of parking on the side and front. I found the lot and front walk to the business tidy. I elected to park on the side and saw an employee on the side of the building smoking. Sorry, but that is a pet peeve of mine. The interior has a sports bar feel with a bar directly in front and a few TV's. Even during the day it will be on the darker side with dark tinted windows. I'm really not a fan of this type of ambiance myself. But hey, I came here for one reason...the wings. Everyone says they are the best, so I had to try them out on a Monday night wing deal for $2 off. Two waitresses worked the bar and handed a menu and got my drink order. There is a yelp check-in deal for a soda, or tea. I elected for just water and they are jumbo cups. They also have several local crafts on tap and well drinks. I discussed the menu which is quite expansive. Burgers, wraps, salads, kids, raw bar, dinner entrees and of course wings!! Up to a dozen types and they are known for bringing the heat, so be mindful. I ordered a dozen and split it between garlic Parmesan and Old bay. I included an extra dipping sauce. I got got ranch and blue cheese. I sat at the bar with several regulars and kept to myself. When the waitresses were not busy they chatted it up with regulars. My food order came out in approximately 12-15 minutes and smelled great! Lots of meat on the drums too. I started with the garlic Parmesan which ended up being the hero. The dipping sauce cups are huge and you can really dunk the suckers. The Old bay was good, but was coated with too much for me making them more spicy than I would like. Service was extremely lack luster. Not once did either waitress ask how my meal was. My jumbo cup emptied and I had to ask for a refill. That's a big no, no in my book when setting at the bar. So after finishing the dozen I hit up the restroom to wash up. It's in the very rear by the kitchen. The facilities are functional, but a bit rough. Some minor debris was on the floor, but overall clean. Lendy's is probably not a place I would frequent, or rush back to. But if I did I would hit up the wings which saved the review. 2.5, rounding up. read more

I ordered the Wings entree that comes with 6 wings and two sides. The sauce I had was Spicy BBQ and it was not spicy at all, which I really like because I am not into too much spicy good. Great local spot that the family and I enjoy eating at on a regular basis. They have awesome wings and tenders with homemade sauces. I like to get my special jazzed up bacon cheese fries I've dubbed the "Amy Fries". The staff is like family and we love that they know us by name and our drinks and often times our order too!
